01/07/2025: The olive oil square is nice, close to the old port; the tables are spaced apart. The food is very good, with rather average portions. (For example, the bottarga pasta: you'll get 5-6 slices of bottarga.) On the other hand, the service is too commercial. They treat you like an American tourist. "Try my good extra virgin olive oil" #Spanish oil, nothing more, "€10 a bottle," and at the end of the meal, "How many bottles are you buying?" "As for the bill, it's fine, let's keep it simple, round up €442, and you get €450." In short, the food is good, but the attitude is poor, which is a shame and leaves you feeling heavy ;-)

22/06/2025: On this Place aux Huiles, we find many well-known food haunts, but the real gem is here with Mediterranean specialties. Paule is in the kitchen, Kopa is at the service. We are welcomed with grilled toast with black olive tapenade. The menu gives us a taste of the local side, the sea, and a slice of Italy. I'm thinking in particular of the essential half-and-half Marseille pizza that is served to you as you go. One part is with Emmental cheese, the other with anchovies on a tomato sauce base.

26/09/2024: Great location with fantastic views, elegant decoration inside... Though one of the oysters in the seafood platter was rotten, and one of the family members who had roasted lam fell ill afterwards. We are not sure with their hygene standard... We have notified the staff for the rotten oyster (was brown and smelled disgusting), they apologised but did not even try to change the platter nor deducted the price of the platter. Quite poor service.

25/09/2024: Incredible place, magnificent welcome, food is just divine, on the other hand the lady who served us, I felt like military service, no pleasant words even at the end of our meal the lady absolutely wanted us to leave!!! But the main thing is the food and the incredible place. Too bad for this lady’s service!

01/09/2024: It's very rare for me to leave reviews like this. But I hope it will be constructive and not badly received. The service was friendly, that’s a good point. As for cuisine and dishes (Sunday lunch brunch): Firstly we found the portions very small for the price! I paid €18 for an unseasoned sandwich, fairly dry bread and half a slice of ham inside. And €5.50 for a small cappuccino. We still found that the presentations of the dishes were very aesthetic, this “Instagramable” but at the expense of flavors which is a shame. I was able to taste the avocado toast and the Sicillian sandwich which were both bland.. we seasoned ourselves to have a semblance of taste. It’s a shame given the magnificent potential you have. I am taking the liberty of writing this review not to put you down but on the contrary to kindly warn you of what I felt, because unfortunately I would have difficulty coming back and so would my friends. 10/09/2024: I was there with my boyfriend, we both ordered moules, one with cream and the orther with cream and cheese. Fantastic dinner for 18€! We were served by 3 different people, especially nice was a woman from Ukraine that spoke amazingly good French and seemed to be perfectly prepared and familiar with all the details about served meals. Additionally we ordered local white wine and the desserts and it was so good! My only complaint would be the price of the dessert, just a bit too high. :)

06/01/2025: Finally a restaurant where customers are considered. The service is impeccable, the servers smiling, friendly, very good food with fresh produce, I had mussels and fries, delicious. The fries in quantity, the mussels fleshy and cooked just right. And we were treated to 3 tiramisu, so I was the only one with the menu with dessert. Then the complimentary digestive. We found it very commercial and finally very reasonable prices. An establishment that I highly recommend

22/09/2024: Traumhafte Aussicht auf den Felsen und das Meer, vor Allem bei Sonnenuntergang! Das Essen war sehr gut, jedoch ohne zu überraschen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

21/09/2024: Bien sûr l'endroit est exceptionnel, en revanche au prix du repas, je me demande encore comment se fait-il qu'en commandant la volaille, je me sois retrouvé avec un demi poulet dans l'assiette 🤔... Aucune élégance pour un tel établissement, très déçu. C'était de ce fait une assiette digne d'un routier. Résultat comme je ne suis pas le spécialiste de la découpe de la volaille, surtout devant mes collègues de travail, j'en ai laissé quasiment la moitié. Un conseil ne prenez pas la volaille !!! A bon entendeur....
