27/06/2026: This unassuming restaurant, with its PMU (betting shop) name, is a pleasant surprise. The welcome is very warm, and the menu is short because everything is homemade, which I find much better than a long, frozen menu. The dishes are well-prepared and flavorful. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. In short, for a simple but good meal at just over €30 for a starter, main course, and dessert, it's a perfect choice.

30/05/2026: We enjoyed a very, very good seafood sauerkraut. Being able to eat on this large terrace under the wisteria was a real treat. And the dessert was a little marvel of freshness. 25 euros. Very reasonable price. Served by the owners. Simple and very friendly. I recommend it.

07/12/2025: Truly one of the best pizzas my wife and I have ever had. Cooked perfectly. Waiting time was perfect. Price: very reasonable. I highly recommend this place... You won't be disappointed. Oh, one last thing: if they run out of snacks, they'll call you to ask if you can replace them with something of the same price. Now that's thoughtful!

02/06/2026: A wonderful discovery! We had dinner at L’Angelo, a family-run restaurant called Elle est dans la porte, just the way we like them. Here, there are no unnecessary frills: simple, generous, homemade cuisine, and above all, bursting with flavor. The mother, 61, is still at the stove with admirable energy. Her sister takes care of the appetizers and desserts, while her son provides service with professionalism and kindness. You can feel a genuine passion and a beautiful family bond. The dishes are beautifully presented, the ingredients expertly prepared, the cooking perfectly executed, and the flavors are spot on. Special mention goes to the perfectly cooked fish and the fresh, well-balanced appetizers. An authentic establishment where you eat very well, far removed from marketing concepts and soulless chains. A place that deserves to be known and supported. We will gladly return. Well done to the whole family!

29/06/2026: We had a wonderful lunch today, greeted by a smiling and very friendly waitress. We felt very welcome, even with our dog 🤗. The mussels in cider and cream sauce were a fantastic discovery. We highly recommend it!

14/06/2026: An incredible stay. The entire team, without exception, took excellent care of us and our 8-month-old daughter. They even accommodated specific requests (like a dishwasher in the room). The concierge, the pool, the bar, and the lobby were all very pleasant. This hotel truly deserves its 5 stars and is very kid-friendly. One small drawback was the parking. We were told not to necessarily reserve a space, and upon arrival, the parking lot was full (we may have misunderstood). However, a solution was found without any problems or delays.

08/06/2026: Passing through Deauville for the CSIO, I stopped for tea and to work at the hotel bar. The white tea was delicious, the service impeccable—no complaints there. However, in the bar, I had the charming company of a mouse, which accompanied my tea by scurrying between my legs, wandering between the restaurant area and the lobby, nibbling on leftover chips on the carpet and tiles. I reported Ratatouille's presence to the bar staff, who assured me that management would be informed. While my initial aim in reporting this wasn't to obtain compensation, which I politely declined, a gesture of goodwill would have been appreciated in a 5-star establishment with this level of service. This comment is not intended to recoup anything retroactively. But simply to ensure that this experience isn't repeated by other customers in the coming weeks, and that the relevant teams are indeed alerted. This contrast clashes with the place and its legendary atmosphere.

23/05/2026: It was late January, for my birthday. The bar was empty. There were eight of us around 6:30 pm for drinks. She refused us with disdain, saying she doesn't take more than six people. We suggested splitting into two tables of four and that we weren't in any hurry. She wouldn't accept. Appalling service. RESPONSE: That's great, I got a reaction out of you, I'm happy! We tried to talk to you to understand, but you were so dismissive! Hatred is contagious.
