Welcomed with a smile, free shower (renovations are planned).
Excellent meal, several dishes to choose from.

22/11/2025: Great roadside restaurant for a good, solid lunch – well worth the detour! Starter and main course with homemade fries (a rarity these days) at a reasonable price. This restaurant deserves far more customers for such good food! I highly recommend it!

Poor value for money for me.
Fortunately, the service was discreet and friendly.

25/06/2025: Brasserie in the heart of Caen. A terrace lined with shrubs that provide privacy from the street: ideal for dining al fresco or simply enjoying a drink. The interior dining room is (very) beautiful, in my opinion.
The food is as good as the setting is pleasant.
Friendly and cheerful staff.

25/02/2026: Authentic, simple, and friendly. Very inexpensive. Indeed, a mix of regulars, tourists like myself, and workers. The two of them run the place expertly; it's quick, simple, good, and efficient. We went in October and came back especially for it. Still just as good!

28/10/2025: A great place to stay in the heart of Lisieux. The family room is spacious and quiet. We loved the breakfast, especially the homemade madeleines. The jams are also excellent!
27/10/2025: We stayed at this hotel for one night. After having problems with our first room due to the noise from the kitchen ventilation system, we were moved to another room.
The rooms are fine, but nothing extraordinary. The toilet seat was broken, the pipes seemed half-clogged, and when we came in, a damp smell hit our noses.
Apart from that: clean room, comfortable bed.
Breakfast was okay.
Good for a stopover hotel.
