18/01/2026: Extremely disappointed! We're regular customers and have never had any delivery problems, but this time we get a trainee waitress who doesn't know what she's doing and, above all, a manager who has no respect for customers! Avoid speaking ill of customers when you can hear everything over the phone!

15/01/2026: Delivered to the Lactalis factory. Excellent service on the phone, very friendly person who provided helpful information. Fast service and delivery, and the delivery person was also very friendly. The Mielleuse pizza was delicious, and the ingredients were excellent. Thank you to the Pizza Family team for your service; I will gladly order from you again next time I'm in the area.

27/09/2024: I chose ravioli and Italian bread. The waitress forgot the bread order. My sauce was completely cold. It was taken back to be reheated( should have given me a new hot order?) . My daughter's salad wasn't fresh either and had very little dressing, so was unpleasant. 3/4 through the meal I found a label from a salmon packet in the food. My dish was not fish. We were offered a free coffee which we declined but the manager would only offer a 20% reduction on the food. The restaurant was very busy with a long queue to pay, I didn't want to argue about it as there were a lot of people already looking, as it was clear there was an issue. She jumped the queue for us so we would leave quickly. I feel strongly that I should not have had to pay for a dish that should never have been served. Overall the food was poor but the customer service was terrible.

17/09/2025: We visited on a quiet Wednesday evening in mid-September and there was only one other table occupied, although there were some locals collecting takeaway pizzas. The pizzas were excellent with perfect base and delicious toppings. The beer was slightly expensive like many places in Normandy, but a carafe of wine was reasonably priced. Overall we really enjoyed the experience and will be back.

However, the food is rather bland: the burger is smothered in processed sauce, and the Caesar salad is swimming in dressing. You can also hear arguments coming from the kitchen…

09/07/2025: At the Merville Franc market. 2 12-packs of specials advertised at €13 per 12-pack, opened by the fishmonger and eaten at a corner of the table. Price paid: €26. At the P’tit Mousse in Trouville, 2 12-packs (the same) advertised at €16 per 12-pack, bill €58. ????: I was served the special at €24 instead of the €16 requested, I was charged €10 to open them, without being warned. I don't like being ripped off... It went to hell with the staff, as I realized the deception before tasting, I was reimbursed. To enjoy yourself at the advertised price, drive a few kilometers.

24/01/2026: A bar, betting shop, tobacconist, and more. Very noisy atmosphere, sometimes with confrontations. There aren't many chairs left on the terrace; don't ask why. The owners need to be a bit firmer.

16/11/2024: We had a great culinary time in this restaurant. Excellent pizza and just as excellent homemade nougat (nougat and tiramisu). I highly recommend. Only point of improvement in my opinion - the decor of the room which lacks a little style.

20/01/2026: A reservation request for January 24th at 1 PM was made on TheFork with a 50% discount offer, which was accepted but immediately cancelled by the restaurant due to closure. Yet, everywhere else it's listed as open. Don't associate yourself with promotional offers if you can't stand behind them!
