09/12/2025: I used to be a regular customer at Les 3 Brasseurs, however, I won't be going back. I used to go there for their Welsh rarebit sausage, which was very good. Since the Welsh rarebit sausage was no longer on the menu, I asked if it was possible to add another sausage for an extra charge. They told me it would be €1.50 extra, then a minute later they said €3. I told the waitress that I had been told €1.50, except we were right next to the bar. The bartender told his colleague, "If he's not happy, he can just eat at Buffalo Grill." Nice! Anyway, I received my Welsh rarebit sausage, as I'm a regular customer, and this time, as if by magic, it was inedible. So, this is the first time this has happened to me at this restaurant, and I'm really, really unhappy.
09/12/2025: We had a wonderful time. The atmosphere was great and the setting very pleasant. The food was delicious and Paul's service was excellent. The team was very attentive and responsive to their customers.
We went back in November. Cécile gave us a very warm welcome. Very professional!

11/12/2025: The 5-star rating and price would lead one to expect much better service: the bathroom was outdated and clearly not used regularly, judging by the difficult water connection upon our arrival; the furniture was damaged; and the cleaning also needed to be more thorough (dust on the TV, etc.). My parking reservation request by email went unanswered until I followed up the day before my arrival. A fire alarm went off, there was no evacuation, and no explanation was offered by the staff, even though everyone was in the lobby. I only received an apology by text message after the incident. Overall, I am disappointed with my stay at this establishment.
07/12/2025: Superb hotel, spacious room. But right at breakfast time, they brought us the bill to sign. I don't see the point; we hadn't even started our coffee.
Try doing that at the end of breakfast; we're not leaving without paying.

23/09/2024: We had dinner at Vauban during our visit to Port en Bessin. We don't regret our choice at all. The card is limited and this is a guarantee of quality. We had oysters and langoustines as a starter, mussels and skate wing as a main course, a Liège chocolate and a gourmet coffee. Everything was very good,
We highly recommend. The restaurant is slightly set back from the port but it is worth the detour!!!
