30/07/2026: There are several things that are completely wrong. First, there's no set menu; you have to order everything separately, which significantly increases the price compared to other similar places. Then, and this is what shocked me the most, is the price of the drinks: €3 for a 25cl can of soda (TWENTY-FIVE!), can you believe it? That's €12 for a liter of Coke, can you believe it? There are other things, like the fries not being salted, the fact that you can't choose your sauce with the fries, or the fact that they explicitly ask for a tip (it's the first time I've ever seen that) when you pay, even though it's already way too expensive for what it is. In short, there are far too many things that are wrong. The only positive points are: the burger, which is good; the relatively fast service; and the opening mechanism for the burger box (yes, I'm really stretching to find any redeeming qualities). Do better for consumers, and you'll gentrify the concept of burgers and fast food.

28/07/2026: Very fast service, homemade fries, and cocktail sauce too. Excellent burger and fresh ingredients. Very pleasant staff. I recommend it!

18/08/2026: I came with a friend and her children; the welcome was friendly, and the terrace was pleasant. The pizzas were good, and we were able to customize the toppings. There was a wide selection of dishes and generous ice creams for dessert. I recommend it.

28/03/2026: Passing through Deauville this morning, we were tempted by the shop window, so we went in and bought two vol-au-vents and a slice of rillettes. Given the prices, we trusted the quality, but the rillettes were greasy and tasteless, and the vol-au-vents tasted of nothing but puff pastry and sauce. So, very disappointed to have spent money on such mediocre quality. A tourist trap.

24/03/2026: Excellent experience with Breton Traiteur, the food was very fresh and delicious! We received nothing but positive feedback from our volunteers; a huge thank you for contributing to the success of our event!

14/08/2026: We ate there one evening as a family of four children for my son's birthday. We received a very warm welcome, the menu was varied, the servers were pleasant, and the manager was very attentive. The children were delighted. There was a €9 children's menu. One small drawback: the pizzas weren't as good as the rest of the menu, from what we tasted. Otherwise, no complaints. I highly recommend the gourmet coffee, which truly is a treat! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

14/07/2026: And one more star is too much. My family and I sat down at a table for six. We asked him to clean the table, and he didn't do it with enthusiasm. We could tell the cloth was dirty! We asked him to clean it again, and the man replied, "Listen, if you're not happy, 'GET LOST!' I won't serve you!" No need to argue about the cloth; he put down a tablecloth. We left and went to another restaurant, unaware that it was the same owner. He went to the waitresses and told them they wouldn't serve those people. Being in the restaurant business, I find it unacceptable to refuse a table of six and speak like that.

12/07/2026: An experience to forget, lacking professionalism and zero hospitality. A group of eight people were rudely ejected because they had ordered only one bottle of cider with two crisps. When we complained, the resentful owner claimed he couldn't grant a table for eight people for just one bottle. When we pointed out that some of us were drivers and couldn't drink, the owner rudely asked us to leave.

02/08/2026: If you're looking for a pure, authentic, affordable and centrally situated place for dinner in downtown Caen, this is it. Nothing fancy, just really good and fresh Italian food, rustic surroundings and kind service. The pizzas are simply terrific. Enjoy!

22/07/2026: Avoid at all costs. They swear it's allergen-free and then accuse us of lying when we taste it; twenty minutes later, the person has a severe allergic reaction. Terrible service. Don't trust them.

02/08/2026: I'll keep it short and sweet, you know how it is: Passing through the area on vacation, Pros: - The Chicago Burger and Madrid limited edition pizzas were excellent! - Good crème fraîche, just the right amount of salt, a pleasantly thin crust, and generous toppings with quality ingredients. Negatives: - The price: the XL is €18.90, with no special offers except on Tuesdays (when they're all €11.90). Thinking of the locals, I find it expensive. - A second promotional day would make customers even happier ;) Tips: - Buy your drinks at the grocery store almost across the street (Viveco Market); Fuze Tea certainly won't be €4.20 for 1.5 liters. Enjoy!

10/08/2026: Small restaurant run entirely by an older lady. The food was exquisite, but the portions are slightly smaller than we are used to in the Netherlands. However, it tastes many times better than at home. You do need patience, but you are rewarded. Highly recommended if you want to try a different cuisine while on holiday in Bayeux.

27/07/2026: Very busy and quite large restaurant close to the station. In summer, the terrace is popular in the afternoon and evening. The menu is quite traditional and very appealing. The staff are friendly although I sensed they were very rushed, and drinks took a while to arrive. Food was excellent although the bavette was tougher than I would like. A very likeable traditional restaurant.
