03/05/2026: The staff were very pleasant, but unfortunately, that wasn't enough to improve the overall experience. The establishment is run-down and cramped. The seawater pool is very small with only three massage jets for the large number of guests. The hammam was lukewarm and too small for the number of people. We opted for the brunch package and were very surprised to find that drinks were extra (tea and coffee are essential at brunch...). It's more like a buffet than a brunch offering. However, the buffets are regularly replenished, so there's no problem there. Once is enough; the value for money is completely unacceptable.

28/04/2026: A beautiful place to relax, with many treatments available, including a hammam and sauna. The leisure pool could perhaps use some fountains/waterfalls? My 4-star rating is due to the lack of parking, as finding free parking in Deauville isn't always easy! But it was a wonderful experience! PS: Don't miss the tea fountains once you've put on your bathrobe :)

19/04/2026: Listed as open, it allows ordering TooGoodToGo baskets, even though the restaurant is permanently closed and empty.

15/04/2026: Good evening, I wanted to inform you that Flunch Caen Hérouville St Clair no longer exists since the end of March, the date of the change of ownership of the Carrefour Hérouville shopping centre, which became Hyper U, thank you for taking our comment into account, cordially.

22/04/2026: The cafeteria is good value for money. The food is good. However, there aren't enough staff to serve the food, which is a shame.

21/04/2026: I'm discovering this establishment and a shocking lack of hygiene! The cutlery isn't clean (I had to use seven knives before getting a clean one), the cutlery trays are full of crumbs and even a piece of pasta in them. And the toilets are terrible; the accessible toilet is filthy, with grime that's been there for a long time. You seriously need to review your hygiene procedures, because this doesn't inspire confidence in the kitchen.

10/05/2026: Very good, good value for money, excellent cut of meat from the butcher, pork cheek with chorizo, and black cod loin, three very good dishes, and good service in August.

10/05/2026: The place is really nice, but I didn't understand why all the restrooms were closed, and we were told it was normal, so we went somewhere else. Unless I'm mistaken, this isn't up to code. If I were the managers, I'd find an alternative solution because I understand it gets very busy during peak season, but simply having a coffee gives a customer the right to use the restroom. You shouldn't drink a pint of beer, or else there'll be trouble, or we'll just have to do it like we used to and pee along the bar 😅

17/04/2026: We were with a large group and had all ordered a ‘pizza’. But what we got was far from calling it a pizza. At least 3/4 cm thick. It was just bread with some ingredients that could also be on a pizza.

16/04/2026: There were rats running around, it was too greasy, the chicken was raw, eating took an incredibly long time, and the dessert was inedible.

11/05/2026: Avoid at all costs, the bread was hard, I had to ask the waiter to show him, the fries were like rubber, and the cheese on top had no taste.

09/05/2026: Avoid this restaurant at all costs! The owner is rude and dishonest. She makes mistakes with orders and then charges us for them in the end. The manager wanted to resolve the issue, but she categorically refused, saying the dishes were our fault, not theirs. The food arrived cold, reheated in the microwave, and the meat was tasteless. To each their own, but never again.

05/04/2026: Don't be fooled by the rating; this restaurant is very good and of high quality. I highly recommend it. My grandparents and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

29/01/2026: Now only pizza. Okay, we understand, except it was COLD on top as soon as it arrived at the table because the ingredients were frozen... It's emptying quickly, and we get it. Seriously, make an effort with the service too. It's rushed. Disappointing. At least the atmosphere is quiet given the low number of customers.

01/11/2025: I came to get some bread this morning, and on the advice of the charming waitress I was tempted by 4 quiches which we enjoyed with friends as an aperitif, great, I will come back to try the coffee corner sometime!

13/09/2025: An excellent Breton cake (plain), a really friendly staff (which stood out compared to other establishments on the island). I really enjoyed it, whether it was for my morning coffee or my post-hike beer.

04/01/2026: Beautiful interior and a very warm, open welcome that immediately makes you feel comfortable. The service was kind, attentive, and helpful, and the amuse-bouche was a lovely touch. The oysters were very tasty, and the mussels were good as well — nicely filled, with a delicious sauce. The fries were a nice idea since they were made from fresh potatoes, not frozen ones, but unfortunately they were quite greasy, soft, and not crispy at all. The overall table presentation was slightly spoiled by a very basic bottled sparkling water, which didn’t match the otherwise elegant setting. The only real downside was a noticeable smell of dampness, which contrasted with the beautiful interior. Overall, the place has great potential.

25/10/2025: I had a table booked two days prior, arrived at 8 pm (the reservation time) only to find the door locked. Of course, without any prior notification. Under these circumstances, I wouldn't presume to judge the food.
