28/02/2026: We ordered two dishes of mussels and a bottle of white wine. - The white wine cost €24 and was not chilled, and the Chardonnay was very low quality (probably worth €3 in a supermarket). - The frozen fries were reheated after cooking. - The mussels were not fresh and had been reheated, even though the restaurant is located opposite the port. Many of the shells were empty. We barely ate anything. - Apart from one smiling and very helpful waitress, the others served without a smile and without any tact. - The background music was inappropriate for the setting (rap at 60 decibels). - The bread was stale and mass-produced. We suffered from indigestion and fever after eating at this restaurant. Avoid it like the plague. Where are the health inspectors?

12/03/2026: A beautiful, very quiet and magnificent place. The interior could use a refresh, but the staff are lovely. Close to Trouville-sur-Mer and Deauville. Truly ideally located on a hill. The indoor pool is a bonus.

19/01/2026: Food poisoning after eating a quiche. The saleswomen are very friendly and the service is excellent. However, the quality of the food leaves much to be desired. After eating a quiche, I suffered severe food poisoning. I therefore do not recommend eating quiches from this bakery.

01/01/2026: I bought a three-chocolate Yule log yesterday and it was really not great. Expensive and frankly not good quality. Since the owners changed, it's much worse, the cakes are smaller, and it's more expensive. Go figure! The waitresses were very pleasant, thankfully!

07/02/2026: The pizzas were good, the service was decent, but a bit more smiles and friendliness from the waiter would have been great.

29/01/2026: Now only pizza. Okay, we understand, except it was COLD on top as soon as it arrived at the table because the ingredients were frozen... It's emptying quickly, and we get it. Seriously, make an effort with the service too. It's rushed. Disappointing. At least the atmosphere is quiet given the low number of customers.

26/02/2026: Cardboard pizza, stale and already half-eaten bread basket. Friendly service, but nothing more. A 25-minute wait between finishing the appetizer and the pizza, even though the restaurant was practically empty. Pleasant atmosphere.

05/03/2026: Following an offer of a prenatal treatment, my partner and I went to the Thalasso spa last Saturday. The welcome and service were impeccable. Of course, I wasn't able to use the sauna or hammam, but I loved the seawater pool. Hygiene standards are respected, and the setting is very pleasant. As a side note, I was a beautician for eight years and worked in a luxury spa for three. I have experience giving massages to pregnant women. Unfortunately, the quality of the service was completely lacking. Besides being seen slightly late, I left before the 50-minute treatment was over. In other words, the massage was cut short. Furthermore, there was no choice of oil scent; I was massaged with a neutral oil in far too large a quantity, leaving me completely shiny! I also found it a real shame not to receive a massage on my lower back and the backs of my legs (by bending my leg, for example) when I'm seven months pregnant! My impression of the esthetician's touch: Had she ever been massaged herself? It was mostly just light stroking, with repeated loss of contact, so there was no point in using cat's paws, and she lacked confidence due to a significant lack of knowledge about anatomy. In short, I seriously doubt she received any training in prenatal massage... In conclusion, the price seems exorbitant compared to the quality of the service.

07/02/2026: €7.20 for two lattes served on the terrace in cardboard cups. We had to go to the bar to ask for sugar and something to stir. After waiting at least 10 minutes for the restroom, I realized the food didn't make me want to eat there. I do not recommend this establishment.

19/02/2026: Lots of activities. The children had a blast with the water games. The beach, the sea, the sand, the horses, the sailboats, the sandcastles... In addition to the historical sites about World War II, tanks, cannons, bunkers, and museums... So much to do.

29/01/2026: Relatively disappointed with this Capfun campsite for my week's holiday. Positive points: Close to the beach, the pool is pretty good, and the mobile homes are in good condition, but that's about it. Negative points: - The mobile homes are crammed together. You sneeze, and 15 other mobile homes practically say "bless you." Absolutely no privacy. Our living room overlooked the toilet in the next mobile home; its toilet window was a meter away from our kitchen. - The pool is okay, but the wooden castle with the slides stinks terribly. The wooden slats are cracked, and mushrooms several centimeters high are visible everywhere inside. - The campsite's safety is questionable. A child got their leg stuck in a play structure 3 meters off the ground. After waiting 15 minutes for someone from the campsite to finally come (in vain), some parents had to climb onto the structure to help the child... - A Club Med staff member contacted my 13-year-old daughter to explain that they were going to organize a pool party exclusively for girls. My daughter wanted to go with a friend, but my wife was refused because it was reserved for minors only and parents weren't allowed. So, Club Med staff (and only men) are organizing pool parties with ONLY minors and "hidden" from view; it's a pretty questionable concept... - The snack bar is a complete joke... the prices displayed aren't always the ones charged. During a "themed" evening on August 15th, we had reserved meals for the family. Once we arrived, the meals had been given to the "regulars at the campsite." I wanted to get something else, but apparently at 7 p.m., the snack bar was out of stock... - On the day of departure, a maintenance worker thought it would be a good idea to run a string trimmer around the pool area near the children, scattering dozens of pebbles everywhere. My 6-year-old son got hit in the face with one while he was in the pool...
