24/05/2026: The Parisian galette was decent. The warm goat cheese salad was very good. The service was a bit staggered; the hot galette arrived first, then the salad.

18/04/2026: Very poor service. We sat down on the terrace at 2:30 pm. After a 15-minute wait, and with all the tables empty, we finally managed to get the attention of the waiter who told us he couldn't serve us drinks before 4 pm!

16/04/2026: Tasteless pizza, the dough was far too soggy, and there was way too much tomato sauce compared to other ingredients. The cheese had no flavor at all. The pizzas are expensive and poorly presented for what they are. Go get a frozen pizza from the Carrefour Contact next door; it will be better quality and cheaper. Avoid this place.

30/05/2026: Decent pub with a large choice of draught beers, including Murphy’s Irish Stout which is unusual to see in France. Large TVs inside for sports, terrace outside and food available. Staff were very accommodating.

18/05/2026: The worst gin and tonic I've ever been served. A small tube-shaped glass with a minimal amount of gin and flat tonic water (probably from a large, already opened plastic bottle) prepared at the bar. And all for €10.50. Awful.

13/05/2026: Excellent brasserie. The chef is truly very good. And it's inexpensive too. Simple, tasty dishes with efficient and friendly service. If only all brasseries were like this...

21/04/2026: We arrived as a couple around 12:30 without a reservation and had no wait. We were seated immediately. I recommend making a reservation as the restaurant gets quite busy; we were lucky. After ordering, we were served almost immediately. The portions were generous and the meal was excellent. The service was quick and the waitress was friendly. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend it! 👍

05/04/2026: It's generally accepted that when a restaurant is packed, it's not just by chance... Indeed, my partner and I had the opportunity to try this establishment on August 27, 2025, during a tourist trip to Falaise. It was very busy even at 1 p.m., and the staff was overwhelmed, but no matter, they carried out their duties with enthusiasm and dedication, remaining friendly to the customers. In the end, the wait was bearable, and the plates arrived generously filled, with food that rivaled that of more upscale establishments. All this at a price consistent with the prices charged by the Leclerc chain. We therefore highly recommend this restaurant.

18/06/2026: Don't go there, defective Rolls-Royces. We've been buying them for years without asking any questions, and the one time we have a problem, they question your word. It's already not much to recommend going there, let alone adding this to the problem.

09/05/2026: The owner wasn't very friendly. €8.20 for an Orangina and a 20cl glass of lemonade.

20/05/2026: Tables set up in the casino entrance. Completely pointless. It feels like being in a snack bar in the lobby of a shopping mall, with absolutely no charm. We won't be going back in its current state. It's a shame, we used to go to Kaz often and regularly came to gamble.

16/05/2026: Very small, a bit disappointing. We were hoping for a quiet, romantic meal in a small restaurant, but it felt more like a cafeteria, right in the casino entrance – not very welcoming. The place is brand new but a bit empty... what a shame! Otherwise, the service was quite fast and the staff were friendly.

10/11/2025: Mixed experience: you have to order at the counter before sitting down. So you end up reading the menu standing up to make your choice... The galettes and crêpes were okay, nothing special. One was badly burnt on the bottom. Touristy prices. In short, not great value for money.

18/04/2026: I think it's one of the best bakeries in Caen, the products are reasonably priced and above all it's the taste and flavor of the products that make me recommend it.

07/06/2026: The accommodation is idyllically located, about a 5-minute drive from Honfleur. Parking is available, but it's very limited and can get crowded when all guests are staying. The garden is beautifully landscaped. The interior of the main house is also cozy, and its half-timbered construction is evident. The rooms are nicely furnished with lovely toiletries. Like many half-timbered houses, this one is also quite noisy. Breakfast was basic. Coffee was provided by a fully automatic machine. We had expected more, especially since we had received an email beforehand with questions and booking information. Unfortunately, our comments regarding food intolerances were not addressed, which we found very disappointing, particularly at this price point. When we inquired about it, we received a brief reply acknowledging our receipt, but no further explanation was given. The "local" juice was decanted into glass bottles in the kitchen, which we found disconcerting. Overall, we expected more from the service; we were simply greeted and then left to our own devices. We weren't asked if we needed anything or how we were enjoying our stay. ... Overall, we expected more service and attention for the price offered. The accommodation has potential, but it needs more guest focus to justify the price.

28/05/2026: We booked and paid for a room with a terrace, yet upon arrival we were told that all terrace rooms were already occupied and that the only option available was a room on the roof, twice as small. For a hotel of this standard, this is completely unacceptable. Not recommended!
