03/05/2026: A must-do. A little gem in the heart of the forest. Delicious and generous portions. The rhubarb meringue tart is to die for. And despite the large number of customers, the staff are very helpful and friendly. A truly wonderful moment of relaxation and enjoyment!

30/05/2026: Yesterday, we went to the "Rose" for the first time in many years. I remember the restaurant from a time when it was simply a quaint village inn, where the consumption of the tarte flambée was documented with tally marks on the disposable tablecloth, which we always loved. In the meantime, the decor has been "upgraded," but as they say, there's no accounting for taste... :-). The tarte flambée is still one of the best I know. It arrives oven-fresh, is generously topped, and tastes fantastic. The outdoor seating area in the courtyard is simple but functional, very quiet despite being right next to the road, and has ample sun protection, which is great. The service was very friendly, uncomplicated, and attentive. Seebach is definitely worth a visit for us, and we'll gladly return. Ralf T.

15/05/2026: Wow, superb meal, we both had the steak with different sauces and I could not fault it. Staff were brilliant, definitely coming back here again. We had a laugh about the language barrier but got there eventually. Beautiful restaurant. We are traveling from the Uk in a motorhome on our way to Croatia, and having our Friday night out what a treat. Love this place.
