The staff is incredibly kind and attentive without being intrusive. A highly recommended address for experiencing Michelin-starred cuisine for the first time.

08/03/2026: The setting was sublime, and the service exceptional—very attentive and pleasant. The team accommodated dietary requirements without any problem and with great kindness. The six-course menu was exceptional: French cuisine showcasing high-quality local Alsatian products. Each dish had a surprising, interesting, and delicious twist, making the experience even more memorable. I was particularly impressed by the scallops and the truffle dish. Everything was extremely refined, with perfectly balanced flavors. The wine list is extensive, although the prices sometimes seem unreasonable compared to their market value. But with a little searching, you can find some truly excellent bottles.

08/03/2026: I love going to L’Artichaut in Strasbourg for a beer in a relaxed atmosphere. The place is simple but very friendly; you quickly feel at ease. The beer selection is good, and there’s often something new to discover. It’s a pleasant place to spend some time without any pressure. The prices are quite reasonable, which makes you want to stay even longer. For me, it’s the perfect bar for an evening with friends in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

04/03/2026: A very cozy place; we went back four nights in a row because we couldn't resist. We didn't see any other place on the street that appealed to us as much as this one. A fantastic experience and a very cozy atmosphere with pleasant and friendly staff!

25/03/2026: Wonderful. The fondue in Alsace was a bit of a wait, but it was worth it. Everything was delicious, and the service was very attentive and friendly. Perhaps it's advisable to order a starter and fondue or raclette together, rather than one each, as it's quite a lot of food. Perfect quality/service ratio. Congratulations!

20/03/2026: A wonderful discovery thanks to a friend's recommendation. Passing through Strasbourg, I had lunch: veal kidneys and a cheese plate for dessert, with the added bonus of a presentation of the cheeses by the manager. I felt like I was at a wine tasting, he was so professional and attentive to the customer. In short, go for it!

01/03/2026: Excellent experience at this brasserie! The atmosphere is warm and very friendly. The cordon bleu with fries was simply delicious: tender meat, perfectly crispy breading, and melted cheese inside 😍 The fries were golden brown to perfection. You can tell the ingredients are high quality and the food is truly homemade. I highly recommend it.

03/03/2026: A huge thank you to Du Côté de Chez Anne for the absolutely magnificent organization of our wedding celebration. Everything was fabulous, meticulously planned down to the smallest detail, with great elegance and thoughtful touches. Our hostess created a warm, refined, and perfectly orchestrated atmosphere. An unforgettable experience that we wholeheartedly recommend!

30/01/2026: I've already had the opportunity to visit this estate. The setting is idyllic, both with its cheerful colors outside and its warm atmosphere inside. I highly recommend it. Communication is also excellent.

14/03/2026: We took a short break. One night in a red room. Impeccable cleanliness. Our first disappointment was that the pool wasn't open. But then we ended up going to the goat farm, which was a nice little break. You have to be flexible. We thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant, thank you so much. A major plus is that everything is homemade, and you can taste the difference. The owner is fantastic! 😁😁 The breakfast was excellent. I highly recommend it for value for money. 🤑 One small drawback: a bottle of sparkling water in the room would be a nice touch, even if it increased the price. Thank you, we will definitely be back.

26/01/2026: Our absolute favorite restaurant! We've visited several times and are always thrilled by the exquisite food. The quality of each component is simply outstanding, and the love you can taste is evident in every bite. Fantastic menus, excellent service, and inviting dining rooms. The extensive menu makes choosing difficult, and the wine list is equally impressive. The owner is lovely, and the waiters and sommelier are all friendly and highly competent. Some of the staff are familiar faces, which suggests the workplace is a success. We gladly return at every opportunity. To anyone who complains or gives a low rating, usually due to personal issues, my advice is: just stay home!

25/01/2026: We ate at Le Sauloch for the first time this past Saturday evening and we'll definitely be back! We were served quickly by two very friendly waiters, and the food was delicious and beautifully presented! The setting is lovely, all wood with a large fireplace in the center, and the decor is very tasteful! There's an outdoor terrace where it must be lovely to eat in the summer. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

We would have loved to come back a second time today, but unfortunately, as of 11:30 am this Thursday, the weekday lunch menu is still not available online.
