06/12/2025: A lovely restaurant with a great atmosphere. The food was really good – fresh, beautifully presented, and simply delicious. You can tell that someone here knows what they're doing and values ​​quality. The service was just as excellent: friendly, attentive, and uncomplicated. No stress, no rush; you simply feel comfortable and very well taken care of. We'll be back.

01/10/2024: In the summer months it is even more beautiful in the garden. Due to high demand, access to the café has been controlled separately via the garden entrance for several years. At lunchtime on weekends it can take a while to get a table. The tartlets, sweet or salty, are great. The coffee is also good for Germans and there is a small pot of hot milk with Mllchkaffee. The staff is competent, mostly bilingual and very friendly.

29/09/2024: Cold welcome, decent service but the consumption is not up to par, as for homemade chocolate I am still looking for chocolate, bland, tasteless...many pastries on the menu were actually missing.

03/09/2024: We reserved a table at the last minute on a Saturday evening for 12 people and the staff was responsive to welcome us! Good dishes, beautiful presentation, varied menu. To recommend

01/10/2024: As always not above, a sure value....pleasant, gentle, zen waitress, a pleasure...whether with family, friends or lovers, the place lends itself to it. There is something for everyone on the menu and everyone can find what they are looking for. Good and well served regional menu, excellent tarte flambée (and I'm picky😉). If you want to have a good time in all simplicity I recommend Chou'heim! Brigitte

16/12/2024: We were very excited when they were able to fit us in last minute. We spent $83.10 euros between my partner and I; this included 2 drinks, 2 appetizers, and 2 entrees. Which for the quality of the meal, I think it was well worth the splurge. I ordered the Riesling with an onion tart and the chicken entree. All of which were fantastic! The chicken came with a delicious cheese sauce. My partner ordered the beer/picon, escargot and jambonneau. The crust on the jamonneau was so dang good. I tried to take nibble whenever he’d let me 🤣. Personally, not a fan of escargot but this was far better than the last time I tried it. Overall, we had a great time! Got to mingle with the group of locals sat next to us - bit of a language barrier but laughing is a universal language.

20/09/2024: If someone asks me to recommend a restaurant in Alsace with homemade dishes, I would say Bim Buewele without hesitation. The staff of the establishment are super welcoming, always a smile which is super pleasant. The restaurant is clean. The dishes are homemade, thanks to the kitchen. It's not the first time I've come but it's only when I'm passing through Drusenheim. Just a big thank you and well done.

27/01/2025: We came with staycation. We came about ten years ago and therefore knew this hotel but we enjoyed staying there this time for 2 nights. A word of advice: also book on Sunday evening, you will have the spa all to yourself or in a very, very small group. Welcoming and pleasant staff whether at breakfast, in the restaurant, at the reception, or on the floors. Very complete breakfast and correct times. The massages were divine. A real parenthesis. Thank you again and we will come back with great pleasure Small suggestion: repaint the toilets in light colors

17/09/2024: Depuis le changement de propriétaire en janvier 2024, la carte s est dégradée. Les amateurs de Spaetzle, de Burger et de salade césar trouveront leur bonheur mais vous pouvez oublier tous les bons petits plats et salades originales du propriétaire précédent qui en avait fait la réputation.

07/09/2024: 4 personnes et 4 menus différents. Tout était délicieux et copieux. Nous nous sommes régalés! Nous avons mangé en terrasse qui est ombragée et joliment aménagée. L'endroit idéal pour bien manger au frais, même par grandes chaleurs! L'accueil est souriant et chaleureux. Nous vous recommandons ce restaurant au cœur de Molsheim.

05/07/2025: A wonderful day at this exceptional location so close to Strasbourg. (30 mins) Impeccable service, impeccable cuisine.

23/06/2025: The setting of this restaurant is exceptional, in a clearing surrounded by the woods of the Balbronn Forest. A family gathering over an excellent meal. The strawberry cake for 60 people was delicious. We would have happily had more. This place is worth braving the access road, which really, truly needs to be renovated. A starting point for beautiful walks and hikes in the surrounding area.

03/09/2024: I note that the restaurant. Good food, good service, nice decor of the room and beautiful presentation of the dishes. Flawless at a reasonable price for the most expensive menu. This is becoming rare.
