11/01/2026: My partner and I went to La Mirabelle, a bit by chance, after 1:30 pm on a Sunday, and we received a very warm welcome. We ordered two tarte flambées: a traditional one and one with Munster cheese, along with a side of fries, and everything was delicious. The tarte flambées are homemade, and we were served quickly and with a smile. We'll definitely go back as soon as we're in the area again! ☺️
11/12/2025: Flammkuchen in December – so of course, the autumn version with mushrooms and, to finish, with apples. We'll try the one with mirabelle plums next time.

16/02/2026: A cozy, beautiful atmosphere. The food is good. The waitresses could show a bit more cachet and hospitality. They could certainly do that with a bit more enthusiasm. Tip: a coat rack. Coats hanging over chairs is not appropriate in a nice restaurant. Tip: If there's enough space, don't seat guests too close together. Regards,
16/02/2026: We ordered the Valentine's Day menu dish: beef with morels and a side dish. The side dish consisted of three measly asparagus spears and a tiny layer of potatoes hidden under the meat. Honestly, when the waitress brought the plates, we thought she was going to bring us another dish with potatoes... The meat was very good, but the side dish was really meager. For dessert, I had a slice of Black Forest cake that I couldn't finish because there was only 5mm of chocolate cake and 2cm of cream, so way too much cream. Not finishing a dessert is something that very, very rarely happens to me.

07/12/2025: We had a wonderful time! We went there the evening of our arrival in Alsace, and this restaurant allowed us to start our stay off right with a very good glass of Pinot Noir and a fabulous tarte flambée with Munster cheese! I highly recommend it!

25/01/2026: Hello, first of all, I rarely give such high ratings, but when you enter Mamama's, you step back in time, to a time before cell phones, and that makes all the difference. You enter a beautiful place and are greeted by Sandra, who kindly explains the restaurant and its rules. Like many, I'm often on my phone, hence this review, which I hope will be constructive. But I tried it. You truly step into another era. The entire decor is based on antique objects like kettles, cast-iron pots, and other vintage items that you no longer find in everyday stores. It's a bit like a flea market, but most of these items are new or have been restored. They are mostly made by local or regional artisans in small quantities, and it serves as a kind of showcase. You can buy them at the end of your meal, and the restaurant doesn't take a commission. For those who are wary of the word "flea market," everything is very clean and tastefully presented. You can see that it has been carefully considered and designed to be both pleasant and unobtrusive. This has nothing to do with the typical image of a flea market. As for the food, it's small, slow-cooked dishes. Well, when I say small, you still need to have a good appetite because the portions are generous. They arrive in earthenware dishes, which is very practical because it keeps everything warm, just like our grandmothers used to do. So you can chat with friends or people at the next table without worrying about it getting cold. This restaurant encourages direct communication between people. The calm atmosphere, the decor, the friendliness—everything contributes to helping you disconnect from technology. I not only enjoyed delicious, comforting, slow-cooked dishes prepared by Olivier, but I also found myself chatting with people at the next table whom I didn't know. I truly had a wonderful time away from technology in a typical Alsatian setting. I can only recommend it. Enjoy your meal! 09/12/2025: Everybody talks about the atmosphere. And it is how they say ! The interior deisgn is simple , cozy and different at the same time. It is a special location that you need to see, at least once, because it is actually in a barn. Very interesting. But we need to talk avout the food!!! Amazing taste, everything has flavour, intense in flavor , one of the best dinners i have ever had. Salad, fries, Ribeye Steak, Venison Stew. Knepfle pasta evey thing was very, VERY GOOD! So much damn TASTE. 12/10 The down side is that they need to work a little bit on the deserts. They are lower compared to the rest of the dishez. Go try this place, it s amazing! Make a reservation before 1 week, so u can make sure you get a table.

Flore is a very friendly, professional, and always smiling waitress. Matthias in the kitchen is excellent; he serves high-quality products. Aurelia, the manager, is also exceptionally kind. I highly and warmly recommend this inn.

27/08/2025: At first, we were skeptical, but ultimately, we were pleasantly surprised by this small restaurant, which doesn't look like much from the outside. The decor is basic, and once we got past that, we realized the menu was a bit odd; there's a bit of everything from everywhere. And what a surprise! The meat was cooked wonderfully well, the fries were a real treat (the best in a long time), and the vegetable side dish was also very good. The only downside was the salad, which didn't add anything; the vinaigrette was bland, and the salad was bagged salad. (We forgive them, the rest was excellent.) The dessert was also very good. I recommend it without hesitation; the value for money is really very good.
