23/06/2025: Visiting with 10 friends, after booking, the service was rather slow, with many forgotten orders. We had finished our meal and 3 friends hadn't received theirs yet! After two complaints, the staff was strangely absent... the owner denied it so as not to have to make a goodwill gesture. Personally, I won't be coming back even though the food is very good. P.S.: The restrooms are in very poor condition.

16/12/2024: On s’en réjouissait On avait réservé , Assez surpris de voir le nombre de couverts par rapport à la superficie, c’était très serré, très inconfortable, … La serveuse qui veut desservir la table voisine, qui fait tomber les couverts quasiment dans mon sac à main, car elle voulait emporter tous les assiettes vides en un seul voyage… Les plats forcément, tout est servi séparément et quand vous avez une petite table, style table de bar et que vous avez un plat de crudités, un plat de patates, un plat de viande pour chaque convive, plus, la carafe, les verres à eau ou les verres à vin C’était vraiment très inconfortable de sentir serrés comme ça La cuisine , moyen Sans plus Les Winstub pour nous, c’est fini Nous continuerons à privilégier les brasseries

31/08/2024: Aucune fausse note : du service aux plats, c’est talentueux et excellents. Le chef d’orchestre en cuisine n’a rien à envier à madame qui accueille et sert parfaitement. Quels plaisirs de goûter les goujonnettes de carpe, les desserts glacés … au vu des plats dégustés par les autres convives qui semblaient satisfaits, nous sommes certains que notre avis est partagé !

26/08/2024: We had a great time. Whether in terms of cuisine, reception or atmosphere. Unable to eat cucumbers, the menu was adapted and was just as excellent. Thank you again for this moment.

17/12/2024: We ate tarts and half an pomme flambée with Calva. This was billed at 12€ while the whole cost 15€. I'm not good at Math but 15 divided by two doesn't make 12........ Even if it looked like 2/3 of the normal pie, I only came to €10...... Otherwise the waitress is very nice....smiling with repartee. Damage It would be nice not to take customers for 6 week old rabbits....or cash cows. Oh yes!! and the 1/4 of Pinot Noir at 14€ .....we don't talk about it......

15/12/2024: Incredible restaurant to discover in Rœschwoog. The setting is sublime and the Alsatian cuisine offered there is simply delicious and refined. Whether it was the visuals or the taste, everything was perfect.

27/06/2025: A restaurant with homemade dishes. I eat lunch there regularly during the week and am never disappointed. A lunch menu with a choice of two starters, two main courses, and two desserts.
