25/01/2026: We ate at Le Sauloch for the first time this past Saturday evening and we'll definitely be back! We were served quickly by two very friendly waiters, and the food was delicious and beautifully presented! The setting is lovely, all wood with a large fireplace in the center, and the decor is very tasteful! There's an outdoor terrace where it must be lovely to eat in the summer. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

11/06/2026: A wonderful discovery in a lovely, understated yet elegant setting. I was very surprised by the flavors of the dishes. From start to finish, it was delicious. An explosion of flavors! The sommelier was extraordinary: friendly, funny, and above all, knowledgeable. She perfectly paired our meals with wines! I highly recommend it. It was perfect.

25/06/2026: Excellent bar with a very nice signature cocktail. However, it's no longer in the restaurant at all; you're out of date.

A true gem in the heart of the Kochersberg region, that makes you want to return again and again. The dishes are delicious, homemade, and the cooking is generous and genuine. You can feel the dedication to doing things well. The service is always pleasant and efficient, even when the restaurant is full—which is often a good sign! A big thank you to the owner who manages the dining room perfectly with a smile, as well as to the waitress, who always has a kind word, which makes all the difference 👏 And of course, congratulations to the chef who does an amazing job in the kitchen! A reliable place we'll definitely return to!

05/07/2026: Lovely little country inn, serving mainly Alsacian specialties, at a former farm house. Their tartes flambées are second to none, and even their house wine, served in €3 pitchers, first rate. As the weather was perfect, we sat outside on the deck in the courtyard, surrounded by friendly locals. Never have we spent so little for so much enjoyment...

18/05/2026: We came with the Goxwiller Sports Union on Sunday evening, and if we could have given 6 stars, we would have! Super fast service, very complete and high-quality dishes. Keep up the good work! We highly recommend it.

20/07/2026: My experience was mixed. The place is beautiful, like in the good old days. The terrace is spacious and shaded thanks to the lovely trees. The dishes were excellent, well-presented, and generous. The only downside was the wait and the service (30 minutes to order drinks, 1 hour for the meal; we spent over 2 hours there...). Perhaps we caught them on an off day, judging by other reviews, which is a shame. The person who appeared to be the owner was also too intrusive throughout the meal, bringing up irrelevant topics, which made us increasingly uncomfortable.

28/06/2026: Organic, flavorful, and generous cuisine. A concise menu that reflects the exceptional freshness and 100% homemade quality. An unusual setting, somewhere between a warm family home and the Palais Idéal of Ferdinand Cheval. In short, a unique restaurant worth discovering.

Special attention was given to my child. The entrance was confusing as it was covered by an opaque, unbranded film; fortunately, light was visible through the front window.

20/05/2026: The best tarte flambée in Alsace, in my opinion. I happily return every time I'm in Strasbourg. The food is homemade, exceptional, and traditional. A word of advice: make a reservation.
