18/05/2026: We were so lucky to celebrate our wedding in this idyllic setting! From the brilliant organization of the entire event by Anne and her team, to the execution on the day itself, everything was perfect! Our guests had a wonderful time, and the decorations (springlike during our visit) were magical! The greenery, the decor, the lighting, even the ambiance of the rooms—everything is there to ensure you have a truly wonderful experience! Thank you again for the warm welcome and flawless support!

08/05/2026: A huge thank you to Anne and her entire team. We had an unforgettable wedding in a magical setting. Anne guided us through every step of the preparations. On the big day, we had a wonderful evening, thanks to Chef Guillaume for the meal, and the following day we finished with a magnificent brunch. Not to mention the beautiful rooms where we stayed. In short, everything was perfect.

25/01/2026: We ate at Le Sauloch for the first time this past Saturday evening and we'll definitely be back! We were served quickly by two very friendly waiters, and the food was delicious and beautifully presented! The setting is lovely, all wood with a large fireplace in the center, and the decor is very tasteful! There's an outdoor terrace where it must be lovely to eat in the summer. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

26/02/2026: Excellent food. Attentive staff. Very good value for money, especially the weekday lunch menu I had for €39. I highly recommend it and will definitely return. We would have loved to come back a second time today, but unfortunately, as of 11:30 am this Thursday, the weekday lunch menu is still not available online.

The dishes are delicious, homemade, and the cooking is generous and genuine. You can feel the dedication to doing things well. The service is always pleasant and efficient, even when the restaurant is full—which is often a good sign! A big thank you to the owner who manages the dining room perfectly with a smile, as well as to the waitress, who always has a kind word, which makes all the difference 👏 And of course, congratulations to the chef who does an amazing job in the kitchen! A reliable place we'll definitely return to!

30/05/2026: Restaurant in Neudorf near the Schluthfeld tram stop. Parking is available but not easy. Small outdoor terrace on the sidewalk. Many people are regulars; it really has a neighborhood bistro feel. Nice interior. Friendly waiter. The prices are reasonable, and there's a bit of everything on the menu. We opted for an Alsatian salad and a pizza. The Alsatian salad wasn't good; it was over-seasoned and had too much lettuce, which wasn't very appetizing. The pizza, however, was good. Well-cooked and generously topped.
