05/09/2024: After all the classic Alsatian food, L'Osmose was a nice discovery. High school cooking with surprises and refinement. Really something for culinary enthusiasts. Definitely worth a detour!!

21/09/2024: The setting remains splendid, but we were a little disappointed with the quantity of dishes and the flavor following our last visit. Indeed, we found it less tasty than what we were used to in this restaurant. It would be good to specify if the dishes contain meat (including veal stock in the sauces) because it can be problematic for those who don't eat it, especially when you don't expect it (like with fish). For example .. ). The setting remains splendid, and it remains a very good restaurant in which to discover Alsatian specialties.

19/09/2024: Hello great card but super long wait. On a Saturday evening arrived at 8 p.m. served at 9:15 p.m. For flame and cord.. Slightly cold atmosphere. But given the world, that’s understandable. I recommend despite this small inconvenience

14/09/2024: Despite my numerous calls and reminders, I notice that there is always a vehicle parked on the sidewalk in front of the restaurant, almost every day it is open. This prevents elderly people or people with reduced mobility from moving freely. My grandmother once fell while having to go around a car. What is unfortunate is that the restaurant does not make its customers aware of this problem. And don't say you don't see the vehicles: this week, a large 4x4 was parked on the sidewalk in front of your windows for at least an hour, while I went shopping with my grandmother. I therefore ask you, dear restaurateur, to raise awareness among your customers. A bad fall for an elderly person can have serious consequences.

24/08/2024: Great restaurant, we ate dessert crepes, a marquise and a marbled one, they were excellent, the servers were very kind, smiling, the little extra we can see the kitchen which is open is great. I recommend 100%! We will return there with great pleasure.

24/09/2024: Restaurant which has really remained in its juice. If you are looking for a typical Alsatian address, a place that has retained its charm, you are in the right place. It’s Alsace and the mountain side that you will find there. The menu remains small, but that’s good, because the dishes are quite the opposite. Here we fill your plate while remaining within the usual prices. The dishes are very good, and there is something for everyone. The service is very good, the waitress was very nice and smiling. I recommend if you are passing through, everything is quality at this address.

25/08/2024: I came to get a pizza in this restaurant which offers takeaway pizza While waiting for the pizza to be ready the waiter offered me a drink at a table when the boss came by he said to the waiter loud enough for me to hear him Give the pizza to this lady I hadn't finished my drink basically He asked me to leave and not occupy a table for two. I took my pizza and left. I will never come back to this restaurant again.

14/09/2024: This was our second time staying in a hotel, and this time we had a room in the “castle” part, which was larger, brighter and friendlier than the room facing the river. Facilities very good, comfortable bed, fully equipped bathroom. Unfortunately the pool is closed. The restaurant does not accommodate everyone who spontaneously decides to eat there. The service is friendly and attentive. Shortcoming in the room: the tired frowns on the bedside tables, which make reading in bed difficult.

07/08/2024: Beautiful hotel, very comfortable and very good location to visit the towns of Alsace. A pleasure to end the day after all the visits to the town with a glass of wine or a beer in the hotel bar, at tables overlooking the garden. Highly recommended.

12/09/2024: Be careful ⚠️ this is not a place where you can eat… It’s a beer factory… The visit is extremely interesting, on a technical level as well as on a human level: being an independent family business which has existed since 1640… Reception, bar and boutique staff seems very invested in the smooth running of the establishment's discovery journey. The products sold on site are at a very attractive price. Warmly recommended.

10/09/2024: my husband's pizza was excellent, on the other hand, my dish of the day Luiguini with flambéed scampi and pesto, rather mediocre: the pasta a little dry and no scampi (langoustines), but 1 flambéed prawn in addition to the shrimp and I had looked for pesto. The following customers did have langoustines!!!!!I had leftovers from the day before?
