28/05/2026: Friendly welcome, exceptionally slow service. The tarte flambée was decent, the veal cordon bleu very average, the cream sauce questionable, and the fries inedible. All this for 50 euros is far from what you'd expect from a good restaurant these days. We've had better meals at this place; perhaps they need a new chef.

The waiters/waitresses in their aprons and skirts were very elegant… Well done! The meal itself was perfect… We especially loved the dessert, which was exceptional. A wonderful experience. 09/05/2026: La Ferme Mellon is located in the heart of the countryside near Niederbronn-les-Bains. The setting is a blend of Northern Vosges and Alsatian styles. The specialty is Alsatian tarte flambée, offered in all its variations. The restaurant has a rustic style, with stone walls and half-timbering, a wooden bar, and a magnificent wood-fired oven at the far end of the room. I've never eaten such delicious tarte flambée. It was very generously topped, and the wood-fired cooking was absolutely perfect. Thank you to the owner! 😁 The service was provided by a very kind and friendly waitress. The prices are reasonable. In short, a fantastic evening. I highly recommend it.
