27/02/2026: A great find! For starters, we shared a tarte flambée. The flammekueche was decent. It was the main course that was the real surprise: a perfectly cooked ribeye steak 🥩, a delicious sauce with plenty of shallots, and vegetables that were cooked, not just boiled. 🥕🥦 Bonus: homemade fries! Delicious dessert 🍨. We'll definitely be back for another great steak. We had a lovely chat with the owner 👨🏼‍🍳, who clearly has a passion for his work 🍽️.
19/02/2026: Dear Gourmet Passport holder, please don't even think about asking for a carafe of water (I should mention this after already ordering half a bottle of Picon, a Coke, and a tarte flambée to accompany our aperitif) because this restaurant isn't allowed to give carafes of water to passport holders. Furthermore, the service was very slow (an hour between our arrival and receiving our food). I strongly advise against going there.

14/02/2026: A superb Valentine's Day evening at L'Ange. A refined menu, perfectly cooked dishes, elegant pairings of foie gras with beef medallions, and a delicate white chocolate and raspberry dessert. Attentive service and a romantic atmosphere: a successful experience from beginning to end.
11/02/2026: The waitress was unpleasant, wearing glasses so she could recognize herself, and only half-heartedly announced the dishes. The set menu included a lamb's lettuce salad, three cubes of feta cheese, and one crushed walnut. The worst part was discovering bacon bits in a sauce (even though I don't eat pork) that accompanied chicken liver dumplings. The service was cold. I do not recommend it.

15/03/2026: It was our first visit. The appetizer was presented carelessly and tasteless, and the raw vegetables seemed processed. The cordon bleu was good. The service was adequate, but as soon as the restaurant is full, the staff is overwhelmed. We weren't asked if we wanted dessert, and we waited a very long time until we asked for the bill. It's a real shame. The restaurant lacks a certain warmth and friendliness.

15/03/2026: Reservation OK. The staff were very young, courteous, and friendly. The flammekueche were good. The service was overwhelmed, and the food was very slow. We ate as a group but were separated due to an oversight in the kitchen. It took 2.5 hours from arrival to departure. Very disappointed 😞

29/01/2026: The waiter was unfriendly; he made me sit at the counter downstairs, telling me there wasn't room for one person upstairs, even though when I went upstairs to the restroom I saw there were plenty of seats. He also complained when a woman who wanted to go upstairs to see her friends only ordered herbal tea and no pastries. Avoid this place.

22/12/2025: Disappointed. Ribeye steak. Arrived raw when ordered medium-rare, the meat was so fatty it was like chewing gum! I only ate fries and there wasn't even a hint of compensation—shameful! It was so incredibly tender and poor quality that it was gone in one bite. Disappointed several times over, I won't be going back.
13/12/2025: Very affordable price and friendly staff, but extremely slow service in the restaurant and the room smelled strongly of cigarettes.

14/03/2026: A huge thank you to the spa team and the restaurant staff for their professionalism and kindness. However, the overall experience at this €310, 4-star establishment was truly disappointing. Confusing advertising: The description states "4 hours of spa access" and then adds at the bottom, "this package also includes a 1.5-hour treatment." In reality, the treatment is deducted from the 4 hours. This misleading presentation simply reduces the actual time spent in the spa area for the 4 hours initially paid for. The reception manager's haughty attitude makes you feel like you're the problem if you don't understand something or ask for more details about the services you've paid for. Safety breach: During the treatment, a thick PVC shield detached under the high pressure of the water jets, violently striking my sister's neck. She was lying on her back and already had a sensitive cervical spine. The staff member at the spa immediately apologized and offered a goodwill gesture: an additional half-day at the spa to be used that same day. A professional and compassionate response. Inhumanity of the receptionist: My sister couldn't stay that afternoon because she had to pick up her children, one of whom has a disability. Despite this unforeseen circumstance, the receptionist was icy. She offered no apology for the incident, showed no empathy, and categorically refused to postpone the goodwill gesture to a later date. She preferred to "settle" this serious physical incident and the €310 paid "relaxation" that ultimately stressed my sister and me out even more by offering four free drinks, including two barely appreciated glasses of non-alcoholic sparkling wine. We were forced to accept a paltry compensation (a few drinks) to cover up a serious physical incident linked to a safety lapse and refused to reschedule our half-day at the spa. This is an unscrupulous business practice. Using drinks to "settle" a neck injury and misleading advertising (the "escape treatment" was deducted from the 4-hour spa session, contrary to what was stated) is shameful. The lack of empathy and contempt for the customer are deplorable for a manager of such an establishment, which I absolutely do not recommend. Finally, this is the height of arrogance. For a manager of this type of establishment to challenge a dissatisfied customer to leave a negative review shows not only a rare insolence never before seen in quality customer relations, but also a profound contempt for the image of the hotel.
13/03/2026: The staff was attentive to customer complaints, and the hotel and restaurant were excellent, just right for a 4-star hotel. However, a coffee machine, tea kettle, and slippers for access to the spa were missing. The place is very quiet and clean, and the restaurant is highly recommended.
