25/06/2026: Great breakfast, fast service. However, we had to pay twice instead of once to make sure we didn't leave without paying.

15/08/2026: For the past few years, as a passing customer, I have received a very pleasant service, a cuisine made with fresh produce, and the cordon bleu is a real treat.

11/08/2026: They don't speak English here. The waitress asked if we wanted 3 portions of fries for the children. I indicated I wanted 1 portion, given that they don't eat much. They brought 3 portions of fries with 2 chicken nuggets.. My husband had a burger for 15 euros and I had steak tartare for 18 euros. 3x apple juice, 1x Coke Zero and 1 beer. Total price 84 euros! When paying, there was no receipt, but a colleague was quickly asked what we had ordered and shown what the price was. Since I couldn't speak French, I left it at that. What a rip-off! The food was of average quality, nothing special.

14/06/2026: We dined at the restaurant. The waiter greeted us with genuine, heartfelt attention. It was the same in previous years. It's always a pleasure to return. Thank you very much.

14/06/2026: We returned to this restaurant for the third time and were just as satisfied as before, both with the warm welcome and the delicious food and presentation. Many thanks again to our waiter, José. We had a lovely time.

12/08/2026: A lovely little inn with farm-fresh products. The ladies are very helpful and kind. =) There aren't many dishes on the menu, but what makes them so good is what's served 😋 and the homemade desserts are delicious too. I highly recommend it.

20/08/2026: I very rarely leave negative reviews, but I think this is really a bit much. Today I bought a sandwich, simply asking for a chicken sandwich. I didn't know exactly what was in it and I trusted what they were telling me. When I opened it, what a disappointment… There was very little filling, practically just bread, with a truly minimal amount of filling. I find this particularly disappointing for the price of a sandwich at a bakery. I obviously don't expect a sandwich to be overflowing, but the ratio between the amount of bread and the filling is frankly ridiculous. I usually never leave negative reviews, but I think that when you buy a sandwich, you have the right to expect a reasonable amount of filling. However, the service was very good.

21/06/2026: I stop by every morning to pick up my double espresso, and honestly, the welcome is always warm and friendly. Nothing better to start the day! The strawberry tarts are excellent. I highly recommend Francis Bakery! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

19/05/2026: Amazing authentic restaurant, in the middle of Strasbourg. The building holds some important history back to 1861. The food was absolutely delicious, we had the hotch poth dish, which was a mixture of meats marinated for sometime and cooked very slowly, with some vegetables, spices and covered with potatoes which melted in your mouth. The service was quick and very friendly. Thank you ❤️

13/03/2026: Sorry, I had justified my rating, but the text didn't appear. Here it is: we chose your restaurant for its ambiance. However, the baeckeoffe served was very dry. The potatoes were mushy (except for the one on top, which was burnt) and dry, as was the meat; there wasn't a single drop of juice.

15/08/2026: Regular noise disturbances at night, disregard for neighbors, music and a microphone with a singer who sings off-key non-stop until after 11 am with absolutely no consideration! You're not alone; when the lure of profit leads to disregard for neighbors... The police have been called!

06/05/2026: We stayed two nights at this hotel, and it was perfect, no complaints whatsoever. The room was elegant, and the spa and restaurant were also very good.

01/05/2026: My review concerns a relaxation massage with Mélanie: The massage was simply magnificent. Every movement was fluid, enveloping, and deeply relaxing. I have rarely felt such a complete disconnection; it's a treatment that soothes both body and mind. I left feeling totally rejuvenated. The movements were precise, rhythmic, and incredibly gentle. It is without a doubt one of the best treatments I have ever received. A wonderful experience that I highly recommend.

21/05/2026: Noisy hotel!! I don't usually leave negative reviews, but a little compassion for your customers would be appreciated. I was woken up early this morning by a door slamming every time someone passed by the breakfast room. I asked reception to please hold the door open to stop the noise, but no one bothered to do it!! So imagine my surprise when I looked at the reviews and saw several complaints about this same problem, some dating back more than a year. A door spring can be adjusted, and if it's broken, it should be removed. As a result, I've cancelled my next reservation at your hotel. On the Logis Hotel app, you can add certain establishments to your favorites; it's a shame you can't blacklist them.

13/08/2026: I wanted to return to this restaurant, which brought back fond memories of my apprenticeship in the same village. Delicious, locally sourced cuisine—finally, a restaurant that makes an effort to satisfy its customers! The daily special, prepared according to Alsatian tradition, was a true delight for the taste buds! The tarte flambée was excellent 🤩 Well done to the owner and his team! The young waitress was very friendly and smiling. In short, everything was perfect for a wonderful experience.

21/05/2026: A very good place to stay, close to the Royal Palace cabaret and much more. The five couples in our party spent three pleasant nights in a clean and quiet environment, with helpful, available, and attentive staff, and good food. I recommend it.

14/05/2026: The welcome is as rough as the bath towels…. Tiny attic room / outdated bathroom with no ventilation / no surface to put anything on / Room number 20 has no window… nor any ventilation, but they don't tell you that! The only positive point: if you're deaf… the owner speaks so loudly that you'll hear her no matter what. The photos are misleading… establishment not recommended.
