17/03/2026: As a regular customer of the Super U Molsheim drive-through, I am increasingly disappointed. Out-of-stock items are frequent, often without substitutes, which clearly complicates meal planning. On my last order: potatoes that were partially mushy or even unfit for consumption, and two packages of meatballs with a "use by" date of the following day (the 18th for a pickup on the 17th) without any compensation. Super U Mutzig and Gertwiller offer discounts of 30% to 50% on products with short expiration dates. This type of situation should not occur, or at the very least, it should be addressed. At this point, I seriously question the quality of the service provided. I expect a response from you and that these recurring problems will be addressed.

08/02/2026: A lovely time shared at Charaban. The tarte flambée was excellent, as always. A delicious chocolate mousse that will tantalize your taste buds—a must-try! Pleasant service with a smile and good cheer.

09/02/2026: If i could review a zero star i would. I had booked through booking.com about 3 weeks prior to the stay. Unfortunately due to a bereavement in the family we couldnt travel. I had booked the non cancellation booking, but was hoping that they would take a sympathetic view in view of the circumstance and the fact that we were trying to cancel 2 weeks prior to the stay. Booking.com kindly tried to contact them, with no reply, I contacted them on their email address and again no reply. Needless to say monies were taken straight from my account on the due day. So funny how communication was ok in this instance. Its been a very stressful time and this has just added to the stress. I have never had such poor communiation in a hotel as much as this. WOULD NEVER EVER STAY IN THE HOTEL. DO NOT RECOMMEND

23/01/2026: The room was stuck in the 80s. Single-glazed windows, impossible to heat, TV signal loss frequent, hot water inconsistent, toilet with poor drainage, cracked bathtub, and poor lighting in the bathroom. A shame, because the reception and restaurant were friendly.

07/03/2026: A wonderful discovery! Delicious food, quality ingredients, and generous portions. The welcome is warm and the atmosphere truly pleasant. I wholeheartedly recommend this place in Alsace; the food is excellent!

29/01/2026: It's appalling to be refused a table at 8:45 PM because they claim it's closed due to low business. Typical French behavior; that's not how you attract customers... I'm from the village, I have the same last name as you, and I wanted to take advantage of this to book a table for a birthday party next week with 18 guests... No budget limit, by the way... Oh well, they'll take my money somewhere else...

20/02/2026: Great experience for a family of five with three children. Good food, generous portions, good beer. Pleasant service, a little slow, but if you have the time, everything is fine. We'll be back! Thank you to the team.

10/02/2026: The servers were absolutely appalling; they practically threw us out the second we finished our drink (without even asking if we wanted to order again). The happy hour prices aren't worth being treated like dirt. Avoid at all costs.

27/02/2026: A great find! For starters, we shared a tarte flambée. The flammekueche was decent. It was the main course that was the real surprise: a perfectly cooked ribeye steak 🥩, a delicious sauce with plenty of shallots, and vegetables that were cooked, not just boiled. 🥕🥦 Bonus: homemade fries! Delicious dessert 🍨. We'll definitely be back for another great steak. We had a lovely chat with the owner 👨🏼‍🍳, who clearly has a passion for his work 🍽️.

19/02/2026: Dear Gourmet Passport holder, please don't even think about asking for a carafe of water (I should mention this after already ordering half a bottle of Picon, a Coke, and a tarte flambée to accompany our aperitif) because this restaurant isn't allowed to give carafes of water to passport holders. Furthermore, the service was very slow (an hour between our arrival and receiving our food). I strongly advise against going there.

10/11/2024: The meal was okay. The wait was endless... I mean, really endless! The owner is incredibly unfriendly! Luckily, the waitress made up for it... Be warned: they only accept €25 in restaurant vouchers PER TABLE! The owner makes sure you know it's written on the sign, so that's that! It's the first time I've ever seen anything like it... A policy specific to the restaurant. In short, I'm never going back there.

14/12/2025: Great restaurant – truly good, simple, and delicious food. The service was very pleasant and full of little touches that made all the difference (pretzels as an appetizer, plenty of bread, bredele and chocolate with coffee). Thank you again to the whole team! Table of 6 with 2 children
