08/03/2026: We managed to get two seats, which was great because we were hungry, but we were quickly disappointed with the rest of the meal. The flammekueche wasn't cooked enough, the service was very slow, and the waitress was also the cook. The food was just so-so; there are many things that need improvement. It's a real shame.

28/03/2026: No milk options in the big 2026... not even lactose free. The waiter received us friendly, but he seemed angry that I asked for lactose free.

01/03/2026: A very warm welcome, a small chestnut and mushroom aperitif offered by the house. Impeccable service. The manager is incredibly friendly, she interacts with the customers and makes us feel at ease! The quality is frankly top-notch 👌 The portions are more than satisfactory! And the prices are very reasonable!! A wonderful discovery of this inn, and we will definitely be back!!! The sauerkraut was delicious, the ribeye steak was perfect, and the venison shank was excellent—the meat melted in your mouth, a real treat! I highly recommend you pay a visit to this inn; it's well worth the detour!!!!

15/12/2025: The owner was very unfriendly and unwelcoming. The service was very slow; I don't think the owner went to hotel school. We won't be back. Avoid this restaurant.

17/03/2026: As a regular customer of the Super U Molsheim drive-through, I am increasingly disappointed. Out-of-stock items are frequent, often without substitutes, which clearly complicates meal planning. On my last order: potatoes that were partially mushy or even unfit for consumption, and two packages of meatballs with a "use by" date of the following day (the 18th for a pickup on the 17th) without any compensation. Super U Mutzig and Gertwiller offer discounts of 30% to 50% on products with short expiration dates. This type of situation should not occur, or at the very least, it should be addressed. At this point, I seriously question the quality of the service provided. I expect a response from you and that these recurring problems will be addressed.

09/02/2026: Having been a customer since 2007, I changed bakeries, never received a commercial gesture even during the holiday season, I don't know the case with my new baker at least he offers a pastry or baguette.

06/04/2026: We recently visited La Halle aux Blés, and the experience ended up with a weak 4 out of 5. The food was quite decent in taste, but several details let it down. The most disappointing thing was that the food was served lukewarm. When you order spare ribs, you expect them to be piping hot, and unfortunately, they were a bit off. It quickly gives the impression that the food has been sitting out for too long before being served. The salad that came with it was also a bit limp and lacked the freshness you would expect. In addition, it took a while for the food to arrive, and it makes the experience weaker when the temperature of the food is not quite there. That said, the coffee was a real boost and lifted the overall impression. It was both good and well-balanced, and the ending made the visit overall drag on. All in all, a completely okay experience with clear potential for improvement, but where the ending makes it land at a weak 4.

06/04/2026: Tourist-sized meat, like shoe leather... A waiter who doesn't take your order and forgets about you... This is the second time this has happened to me! I'll organize the group's meal elsewhere next time.

28/12/2025: The lady was super kind and nice, and the hotel in general was good. The room was big enough and clean, and there is a backyard where you can park your car. There were two small things we didn’t like, however: 1. Since it is a pet-friendly hotel, you may sometimes hear dogs barking during the night. 2. There was no trash bin in the toilet, and the toilet and bathroom were separate, which was a bit inconvenient.

11/12/2025: I went to lunch at the Notre Dame restaurant and ordered a Bibelesskas. I was frankly disappointed; it was just a small bowl of potatoes, two pieces of ham that were mostly fat, and two pieces of Black Forest cake. It's 5 PM and I'm already cooking because I'm so hungry. A dish like this should be much more substantial.

25/03/2026: Really good flammkuechen for a really good price 😄 It's located very centrally in Strasbourg's historic district but even though this is a pretty touristy area, the prices are pretty good and the food is wonderful!

18/03/2026: I had Scandinavian Flammkuchen (with smoked salmon) and amber beer. Both were fantastic. The atmosphere is like English pubs.Service was fast and the servant were friendly. Recommended.

12/03/2026: Very good hotel near Strasbourg, the managers are very friendly, and the restaurant always serves good food.

29/01/2026: It's appalling to be refused a table at 8:45 PM because they claim it's closed due to low business. Typical French behavior; that's not how you attract customers... I'm from the village, I have the same last name as you, and I wanted to take advantage of this to book a table for a birthday party next week with 18 guests... No budget limit, by the way... Oh well, they'll take my money somewhere else...

27/02/2026: A great find! For starters, we shared a tarte flambée. The flammekueche was decent. It was the main course that was the real surprise: a perfectly cooked ribeye steak 🥩, a delicious sauce with plenty of shallots, and vegetables that were cooked, not just boiled. 🥕🥦 Bonus: homemade fries! Delicious dessert 🍨. We'll definitely be back for another great steak. We had a lovely chat with the owner 👨🏼‍🍳, who clearly has a passion for his work 🍽️.

19/02/2026: Dear Gourmet Passport holder, please don't even think about asking for a carafe of water (I should mention this after already ordering half a bottle of Picon, a Coke, and a tarte flambée to accompany our aperitif) because this restaurant isn't allowed to give carafes of water to passport holders. Furthermore, the service was very slow (an hour between our arrival and receiving our food). I strongly advise against going there.
