18/05/2026: The hotel provided a very warm welcome, and the room was very clean and comfortable. Special mention goes to the housekeeper who kept the room well-maintained and even provided an extra towel.
However, the breakfast was disappointing for the price and lacked vegan and halal options. I was also a little disappointed to find a cracked and stained bathtub/shower, rather than a walk-in shower as shown in the photos for the superior double room.

09/04/2026: Discovered this restaurant today! What can I say? Everything was perfect: the food, the ingredients, and the very warm welcome! Not to mention the visit to our table, at my request, of the adorable Bernese Mountain Dog. Highly recommended.

Who doesn't say hello and keeps cleaning her floor for 5 minutes with a customer right in front of her, probably thinking it's up to the customer to make the first move…
The customer is starting to think they're bothering her ;) then laughs as if we're being rude. Incidentally, it's no better than when she yells and gets angry in front of customers because her colleagues or supervisor are bad.

26/04/2026: The service was a disaster. The waitress was very efficient and friendly, but they were clearly understaffed. It took 2.5 hours for our starter and main course, and given the wait, we didn't want to prolong the experience and skipped dessert... This is the second time this has happened to us, and it might be the last.

Takeaway available as well
30/04/2026: Please stop running a restaurant. The service was so appalling that we had to leave without eating anything. On the plus side, the green Carola was very good.

28/04/2026: A pleasant surprise! I thought it was going to be a tourist trap with an overpriced menu. But the prices are actually very reasonable, the cocktails are good, and the food is too. The service was quick and the staff friendly. A great atmosphere for a game night.

There's a lovely outdoor terrace, the place is well-maintained, and the restrooms are clean.
You can go there without any worries. As for prices, it's a touristy spot, so they reflect that, but they're still reasonable.

I went there for dinner one evening and arrived a little late.
A table was reserved in a nice little corner. The decor is typically Alsatian, and the waiter was friendly.
I ordered a flammekueche with Munster cheese, which was delicious and a generous portion.
Good establishment; the interior decor is typically Alsatian.

We were very satisfied; the dishes were served relatively quickly, the portions were generous, everything was delicious—convivial Alsatian cuisine just the way we like it.
The waitress was pleasant and efficient.
14/02/2026: Three of us came, each ordering different dishes, all very good. Reasonable prices. Friendly welcome. I recommend it.

05/04/2026: We had a very good meal; the dishes were beautifully presented and delicious, and the service was attentive and friendly. The new owner has made some improvements, but the decor isn't very cozy, which is a shame because the food is superb.
29/03/2026: We went there for lunch at 3 pm and waited until 1 pm for our starters, which was perhaps a little long for my liking. The main courses, however, arrived very quickly. The undeniable quality of the food is evident, from the bread to the main courses, including the starters. It's worth noting that any changes to the dish incur a €1.50 charge. It's a small detail, but it did raise some eyebrows.
I recommend eating at this establishment, which has a very pleasant interior.

11/05/2026: We've been here several times now, sometimes in small groups for a hike, other times like yesterday with our whole family for a small communion. We've always received a wonderful welcome, the food is excellent, Sophie and her team are always smiling and attentive, the setting is magnificent, we had a fantastic day, everything was perfect. I can't wait to go back...
10/05/2026: Far too expensive for a farm inn: half a carrot, a piece of turnip, three small pieces of meat with a few potatoes, 19 euros.

02/05/2026: Fantastic experience! We arrived around 8:45 pm after a problem at another restaurant, and we received a very warm welcome at À la Rose.
We ate very well; everything was delicious.
Can't wait to come back and try the tarte flambée!
P.S.: You absolutely must try the apple tart—it's incredible! 😍 Kudos to the pastry chef! 💯
