01/07/2026: A restaurant I've always loved... Today, a huge disappointment 😡 The food, which I wouldn't recommend at all, was of very poor quality and misleading. We ordered scampi risotto, and it arrived incredibly runny with tiny shrimp meant for stuffing tomatoes or avocados 😡. And to top it all off, the cook came out with his fly open, his pants unzipped, and his cap on backwards... The service was beyond awful, as if we were bothering him. We definitely won't be back.

30/06/2026: Passing through the area, I ordered a cordon bleu... what a disappointment! It was tasteless, reminiscent of a cafeteria dish from some remote region of Alsace, with frozen fries... and the dessert, a panna cotta that fell far short of expectations: a pasty, almost sickening coulis and a heavy, flavorless panna cotta. It was truly a horrible culinary experience. It seemed I wasn't the only one who was displeased. A neighbor at the next table sent his dish back. This establishment really needs to rethink its approach to cooking.

19/06/2026: I popped in quickly between noon and 2 pm for a sandwich and coffee. The service was excellent, and the sandwich was delicious. Everything looked so tempting! I'll definitely be back next time I'm in the area!

06/06/2026: Excellent bakery. I go there regularly for lunch and the Caesar salad is fantastic! Their bread selection is good and original, like their pumpkin bread, for example.

03/07/2026: A place to forget. There was a huge argument in the kitchen when we arrived between the owner and his wife; we could hear shouting. Just close the restaurant then so other customers don't have to witness your domestic squabble. We come here to have a good time. We were offered drinks, but the owner, who was serving alone at first, didn't come back to serve them despite the heat. The food... how can I put it... it seemed to be the result of this huge argument... overcooked potato pancakes. Salads and raw vegetables without dressing, and the "bibeleskass" (a type of cheesecake) had turned into just plain cottage cheese with chives and no seasoning whatsoever. After I pointed this out to the owner, he made a scene in front of other people. The bread had been defrosted and put in the oven; it too was overcooked and even remained white in the center (the rapid defrosting). I definitely won't be going back! And please know, Mr. Christophe, that this is no way to run a restaurant. Your behavior was unacceptable, and your meal certainly suffered because of your bad mood and lack of skill. In this profession, you have to know how to give, to enjoy yourself, and to receive. We saw none of that! This place should be banned! Lack of quality in every aspect of the restaurant! The customer shouldn't have to put up with this, sir! People come here to enjoy themselves, whether it's the welcome or the food, remember that!

12/06/2026: This is an experience we won't be repeating. We had a group of 36 people booked three months in advance and had been in contact with the owner, Christophe. We had reserved the menu: salt beef. First disappointment: no welcome from the owner, the least he could have done. But apparently, he preferred to finish his meal rather than greet us. His customer service was nonexistent. I'd even say he was rather indifferent. Then came the meal: the salt beef was tough, rubbery, and very sinewy. It was like beef or cow that had jumped over the fences. To top it all off, no thank you, as the owner must have been very tired and absent-minded, just like he had been from the start. If there are ghost customers, this was the ghost owner. On the plus side, the waiter was friendly and very approachable. The moral of the story for groups: steer clear and go somewhere else. Even as a couple, we won't be returning. This place is now on our blacklist.

22/06/2026: It's always a pleasure to eat at Noï Strasbourg, it's even better since the last change of ownership; the welcome, the sauces, the portions are even better!

16/07/2026: Really disappointed. The kids' menu had mushy sausages, the minced steak was overcooked and dry, making it unappetizing, especially for children. The service was so-so; we waited 20-25 minutes for the children's dessert, which we didn't order. The quenelles were definitely not homemade... Really disappointed, especially when we saw the bill 😡 It's a shame because it has potential.

30/05/2026: A traditional Alsatian restaurant offering good, home-style cooking. The rump steaks were tender and cooked to a perfect medium, the fries were golden brown, and the market salad was varied and fresh. The price-performance ratio was good, and the service was friendly and attentive.

30/05/2026: Highly recommended! We had the frog legs, which were fantastic. The rump steak is also supposed to be amazing. We'll be back!

02/06/2026: Beautiful building with authentic Alsacian vibes. Tried the half-half flaumkuchee and escargot. Delicious taste. Prices are reasonable, as well. Recommended!

03/07/2026: Worse meal and service experience of our European trip thus far. We were a party of five and hard for all to like or not like a restaurant, but here none of us liked our meal. I specifically asked the waitress if the water battles were glass or plastic, as it was late and I wanted to buy water to take back with us to our place. She asked why, so I informed her vi wanted to take-away the water. She said, that yes we could take the water from the restaurant. Then when we ordered I repeated the ingredients in the salad as per the menu and ask if if anything else in it. She said no. Unfortunately when my salad came, they switched the dressing as indicated from the menu. When I asked her, she was very unprofessional and told me it’s a common dressing even though the menu stated something else. I told her I did not like that dressing at all that is why I asked her about the salad dressing before. She just said that the switch was to a common dressing in the area and left. When I asked her to remove the item from the bill, she said no. The manager approached and asked if I had a problem. I repeated the above and he said that switching dressings is common, but took the salad away and agreed to remove from the bill. After paying we began walking out and he seen I was walking with water bottles not open. He screamed saying I could not take the water. I explained that before ordering I asked if his waitress if I ordered extra water I could take-away and she said yes. He replied that she was referring to wine. I told him no one in our table ordered, drank or discussed wine, but it was.as to water. He just then grabbed the bottle of water from me. We just left. Worse experience, bad food and horrible staff. Do not go there unless you want to have a horrible experience.

18/06/2026: One of the best tarte flambée in Alsace. The manager is wonderful, with a touch of humor and a huge heart of kindness. The chef is a master of good, generous cuisine. The staff is also very friendly.

13/06/2026: Hello, The tarte flambée was good. However, the service was far from adequate, most likely due to understaffing, but not only that... The rosé arrived almost at the end of the meal, and unfortunately, the glasses arrived just as I was finishing the last slice of tarte flambée. I pointed out that it was too late and I wouldn't be able to finish it. The staff's reaction to my complaint was far from professional, especially with their very inappropriate remarks. In short, I enjoy going to restaurants, but I won't be returning to your establishment.
