Prices are higher than elsewhere, but the quality justifies them...

19/04/2026: We had booked online and once we arrived, we realized the restaurant was closed. However, there was no notice on the door, and the Google page doesn't reflect the restaurant's closure.

08/03/2026: The tarte flambée was okay. In addition to the tarte flambée, which already had mushrooms and melted cheese, we also ordered bacon. We should have asked how much that would cost beforehand. Five euros seems too much. The service was alright, but there's definitely room for improvement. Overall, you don't feel very welcome. It's just a business establishment.

25/04/2026: We had a wonderful evening at La Table de l'Ill. The staff were friendly and attentive, the restaurant was bright and cozy. The dishes were generous and delicious! I highly recommend this restaurant for a lovely evening out, whether with family or friends.

31/12/2025: Drawn in by the window display, I tried this pastry shop with its colorful but tiny pastries priced between €3 and €4, including an éclair with overly runny cream that threatened to ruin my clothes, and most notably, a galette des rois (king cake) for €20!! The filling was meager but quickly became cloying, perched atop an excessively flaky, carelessly assembled, and tasteless pastry base.

27/09/2025: It's good, but €6 a portion for maxi-eclairs for 6... more expensive than individual éclairs in Paris in the 16th arrondissement... it's up to you...

10/07/2025: Disappointed. I had fond memories of this restaurant 20 years ago, but today, it's nothing like it. The setting is still very nice, especially the terrace by the Pont Vauban, but that's the only positive aspect. I had a Gamberoni pizza for €20.50: advertised with jumbo shrimp, you ended up with 5 or 6 basic, bland shrimp, a little arugula, two shavings of cheese... and that's it. The crust is okay, nothing special. Clearly not worth the price. It smells like a restaurant that's focused solely on its touristy location. Once, not twice.

25/05/2026: After a lovely hike, we stopped at the inn for some delicious ice cream! A friendly woman greeted us, explaining that we had to wait until 2 pm for service on the terrace because the dining room was still full. No problem, we'd only have to wait 20 minutes. Thirty minutes later, having seen no one else, we went to the reception desk where a gentleman told us we had to order inside. A young waitress took our order, clearly annoyed, and curtly replied: "Four sparkling waters and two ice creams for our children." We went to wait on the terrace. All the other customers who arrived much later were served ice cream, drinks, etc. After an hour there, we went back to the waitress. When we asked her if we would have to wait much longer, she curtly replied, "Yes!" So we canceled and left. The service was unacceptable, especially in this heat with young children. The wait may be long and justified, but they simply needed to tell us right away and there was no need to be so unpleasant.

27/05/2026: Oh, what a shame! The food was very good, but we were very disappointed today. We waited a very long time for the daily special...over an hour...which can happen, no problem. However, there were no apologies and the response was inappropriate for a business! We used to come often, but unfortunately, we won't be back.... WHAT A SHAME!

30/04/2026: Very clean, quiet, and conveniently located near the city center in a beautiful setting. On weekends, there are usually no school groups staying in the building, so it's very quiet inside (at least it was when we were there). Excellent facilities (common rooms, bar, table tennis, luggage storage). Very friendly staff. There were five of us (over 60) and we felt very comfortable!

03/02/2026: Excellent experience at the Hilton Strasbourg bar. A huge thank you to Ophélie, a fantastic bartender: professional, friendly, efficient, and with a genuine sense of service. The cocktails are perfectly crafted, and the warm welcome truly makes all the difference. You feel comfortable, well-advised, and served with care. I highly recommend it.

09/11/2025: We came for lunch and saw the menu outside. At lunchtime, they only offered a snack menu, which wasn't mentioned on Google or the menu itself. The wait was very long for a snack, which was pre-prepared and cafeteria-style. Coffee was €3.50, the most expensive in the area! Strongly discouraged!

The service was just average, but the quality of the food more than made up for it. Thank you again for this truly delightful dining experience.

02/05/2026: Fantastic experience at Nooi! The team is truly wonderful, always welcoming and smiling. The owner is very generous; he doesn't hesitate to give things away, which is really appreciated. Plus, everyone is always polite and respectful. I highly recommend it; they've had some new additions, and the pasta is delicious! I highly recommend it.

27/04/2026: I love eating at Nooi; I've been a regular for years, and this is the first time I've ordered through Uber Eats. There's been a change of ownership, and since then, delivery is available, which is fantastic! Unfortunately, I was very disappointed when I opened my order. The mozzarella was separate in a tiny little container (I thought it might be a free extra), but it was actually the cheese that was supposed to be on top of my pasta (usually they put it directly on top so it melts), and the amount was only about a teaspoonful… They usually put in at least three teaspoons (because I order a large cup, so a lot of pasta), which meant I barely had any cheese at all…
