10/08/2026: We ordered a large bottle of water with three glasses. We were only brought one glass. The waiter was already very unfriendly. When his colleague (from whom we had ordered) saw that he hadn't brought enough glasses, he felt compelled to bring more. He just slammed them down on the table. Is he crazy? The tarte flambée and quiche were delicious. The toilet in the basement is only accessible via a tiny, space-saving staircase. Not suitable for seniors and only marginally suitable for children.

02/07/2026: Unpleasant bakery, expensive for frozen food, dirty, slow service. No air conditioning, which is unacceptable in this heat.

16/06/2026: We are regular customers of this bakery and were surprised by its rating. It's a traditional bakery; the bread is excellent, and the sweet and savory products are equally so. The ham and Emmental cheese sandwich is quite simply the best in Strasbourg. The doughnuts during Carnival are also exquisite. 5/5

13/08/2026: My opinion is mixed. We had pretzels that were fresh and really good. However, the pastries were nowhere near the standard they're advertised to be... The slices of pie were tasteless... Some, I think, were from the day before. It's a shame, but the quality/price ratio isn't there.

04/06/2026: I often go to this bakery; the whole team is so friendly! I always get my salmon sandwich there, and I've never been disappointed. (The Nutella croissant is also fantastic.) See you soon!

24/05/2026: A good bakery for those who eat everything. Unfortunately, there were no vegan options, but they made me a baguette with jam (they offer it for breakfast). They don't have a bar service on Sundays.

29/08/2026: The sandwiches were good. However, the hygiene standards need to be reviewed. Having ice cream cones within easy reach, touched and handled by children passing by, is unacceptable. And what's more, they seem to think they can help themselves, putting them in their mouths, some putting them back, others taking a bite and leaving them on the tables. I didn't know you could help yourself for free, and the same goes for the cream puffs next to the register; some people help themselves or even swap them. The cleanliness of the restrooms leaves much to be desired, and there's a shortage of paper towels despite the air dryer, which is barely working anymore. And I believe a latte macchiato isn't just a simple coffee with milk.

12/07/2026: We were there a few weeks ago as a family with my brother-in-law and sister-in-law, who invited us for lunch. Between the warm welcome and the attentive service, delivered with a big smile, we were truly delighted with the quality of the dishes we ordered – absolutely perfect, a real treat! Thank you, and we look forward to trying the tarte flambée again soon.

15/04/2026: We discovered the restaurant one Sunday at lunchtime as a family (3 adults and a 22-month-old child). We were very satisfied; the dishes were served relatively quickly, the portions were generous, everything was delicious—convivial Alsatian cuisine just the way we like it. The waitress was pleasant and efficient.

19/04/2026: We had booked online and once we arrived, we realized the restaurant was closed. However, there was no notice on the door, and the Google page doesn't reflect the restaurant's closure.

08/03/2026: The tarte flambée was okay. In addition to the tarte flambée, which already had mushrooms and melted cheese, we also ordered bacon. We should have asked how much that would cost beforehand. Five euros seems too much. The service was alright, but there's definitely room for improvement. Overall, you don't feel very welcome. It's just a business establishment.

02/01/2026: The food was excellent! The service was very friendly. It's a comfortable place to sit. We felt it was good value for money.

04/09/2026: A huge disappointment, as we used to love coming to this restaurant. We had a reservation for Thursday evening at 8:15 pm. When we arrived, only three tables were occupied. We were quickly made to feel like we were intruding and immediately informed that there were no tarte flambées that evening. When it came time to order, we were told that there were also no potato pancakes. Our main courses arrived, decent but rather bland. When it came time to choose desserts, another unpleasant surprise: they had none of the desserts on the menu except crème brûlée and ice cream. Out of desperation, we opted for ice cream, and again, when we ordered, they didn't have all the flavors on the menu… It's understandable that some products might be out of stock, but not all ten.

03/09/2026: I stopped going to this restaurant for a long time after a bad experience: I ordered a salad without prosciutto, which unfortunately arrived with it. When I pointed this out to the waitress, she removed the prosciutto along with my cutlery and put it on my partner's plate, who had ordered fish. The scene completely surprised and embarrassed us, and I hadn't been back since. I eventually thought things had improved since the manager had changed, and I decided to give it another chance, but this visit was very disappointing. We wanted to order several dishes and desserts from the menu, but a large portion was unavailable. This severely limited our choices and gave us a poor first impression. As for the food served, the quality was unfortunately lacking. Nothing struck us as particularly remarkable, a far cry from what we had experienced before. Finally, the prices are very high considering the quality and experience offered. At this price point, one would expect better product availability and significantly higher service. That's a shame!

21/06/2026: I stayed two nights in a female 6-people room. Overall I enjoyed my time here and would book it again - especially as a solo traveler. Here is what I liked: - the beds are comfortable, the sheets soft - the receptionists were friendly - nice location, easy to walk to from the city center and the main station. Also the neighborhood looks beautiful - the breakfast is a good selection, although expensive - we had two bathrooms in a room of 6 and stayed there with 3-4 people. That was a quite nice bathroom to person ratio - the bathrooms were clean too and looked rather modern / neutral - the other people staying in my room were very nice - I felt safe Here is what I would have preferred to be different: - there is no air conditioner in der room, it gets really hot during the day and if the night is warm too, it does not cool down, no matter how long the windows are opened. If someone has problems with heat at night I would not really recommend this place for a summer night. - you need a 1-euro coin to use the locker in the room. If I had known I would have brought one - there is no wifi in the rooms and the wifi in the rest of the building had no internet connection when I tried to connect. That could have been better

05/06/2026: Stay in a modern design hotel but with disadvantages in hot weather. I liked the modern design the 24 hour reception. The room was at the 3rd floor and during the days we stayed it was very hot outside and we couldn’t sleep. The room wasn’t air conditioned. Also the water in bath wasn’t stable and it changed from hot to cold and reverse. Breakfast must have more variety(eg juices nutella chocolate, hot egg crambles) and more hot dishes.
