19/09/2024: Restaurant idéalement situé dans le quartier de la cathédrale. L’intérieur de style alsacien est pittoresque avec ses magnifiques vitraux.
Nous y mangeons à chaque fois que nous faisons visiter Strasbourg à nos amis, mais constatons que la qualité des plats a baissé ces dernières années. Cette fois-ci la quiche lorraine a été servie froide.
Le service n’est pas très souriant et surtout agacé lorsqu’en allant aux toilettes on les croise chargés de plateaux, mais les clients ne sont pas responsables de l’architecture des lieux et de l’étroitesse des couloirs…

Après un voyage de 17 jours en Alsace et de nombreux restaurants on peut comparer .mauvaise cuisine , une honte pour les nombreux touristes .la plus mauvaise choucroute du voyage ( Mulhouse, Colmar strasbourg) , fromage blanc alsacien en quantité réduite, plus mauvaise soupe a l ' oignon jamais mangé. Recommandeépar guide vert Michelin et Gault et Millau!! Plaisanterie. Depuis combien de temps n ' y sont pas allé ?
Service pressé alors que presque personne a l 'intérieur.

07/05/2024: A restaurant that has existed for a long time..in a historic place..very friendly and professional service that puts you at ease..a lively atmosphere..and a cuisine which for my part is not quite up to my standards taste..but we had a nice time..we will come back to try another dish..

Après un accueil pourtant charmant nous avons été très déçus
Carte minimaliste avec essentiellement du poisson
2 personnes sur 4 souhaitaient le menu à 98 euros ! Refus catégorique…c est pour les 4 ou pas !
Choix limité au niveau des plats à la carte …
Aucun produit « noble » à part le foie gras qui lui était excellent
Pour le reste , aucune surprise…c était bon sans plus
Décevant pour un étoilé !
08/07/2024: We discovered this hotel through a wonderbox that was offered to us and stayed there for a weekend. The staff is very friendly, smiling and welcoming. The restaurant is very pleasant and the wellness area (sauna hammam and hydromassage bed) is just appreciated after a good day of walking. The restaurant is well worth its star and with two dinners, they were able to adapt and serve us different dishes in order to vary the pleasures! the wine list honors the Alsace wine route. Breakfast is amazing with crepes or scrambled eggs made to order. I highly recommend this establishment for its calm, romantic and relaxing character in addition to being well located close to the main roads and the wine route.

Decent waiting time, prices are not exorbitant. The only negative point is that the service does not match the quality of the cuisine. Unfriendly person, lack of warmth.
I only rate the restaurant so that I can give a good idea of the quality of the dishes.

The cuisine and service have lost their quality.. The tartes flambées are very sparsely garnished and frankly not very good, arriving at the table too grilled or undercooked.. Always the same dishes served. Restaurant receiving a lot of people at a time (entire bus). Conclusion: sloppy and poorer quality cooking. The quality/price ratio is not there.

17/12/2024: Acudimos en familia a tomar un brunch, todo estaba delicioso, tostadas y zumos muy ricos. Tuvimos que hacer una pequeña cola al entrar, pero avanza rápido y merece la pena.
11/12/2024: Ci siamo recati in questo splendido e suggestivo posticino per fare un brunch nel centro di Strasburgo.
Pietanze molto buone e particolari, ricche di sapori e presentate molto bene, sia il salato che il dolce.
Lo consigliamo!!
