03/09/2026: I called at the end of July to reserve a table for two people at the end of August. The reservation was taken by the person I spoke to. Upon arrival, the restaurant was closed.

02/09/2026: A very good, intimate restaurant. The portions are very generous and delicious.

04/07/2026: The tarte flambée tasted like frozen pie. The staff at the counter were incredibly slow; they wouldn't even cut our pies because they were already in the box (as if it were difficult to open). We asked the person at the counter questions, but she didn't even answer us.

02/04/2026: A typical Alsatian restaurant. Excellent tarte flambée. The cordon bleu was a bit small compared to other restaurants. A little expensive for the quantity/price ratio, but good quality. Service was a bit slow.

08/07/2026: I enjoyed the ride; the horse was really friendly. Big shout-out to Uranus, who was adorable and reassuring. You need to speak German, otherwise you won't understand anything most of the time. (Which I'm stuck with, since I don't speak any German at all.) You have to look for information yourself, especially towards the end, but don't go near the young girls who will laugh in your face without answering you (seriously, we tried, and all they did was laugh without saying anything; they clearly didn't work for the club, but it gives you an idea of ​​the kind of atmosphere you can find there every day...). It's a very large property with lots of space; it really looks nice. For a ride, you still need to know how to ride at least a little, as they make you do all three gaits. So if you're a beginner, I wouldn't recommend it. (Or if you're too anxious, either.) Personally, I was a little stressed, so I was apprehensive about the pace. Luckily, Uranus was really calm (and easy to follow, too). If you go for a ride there, ask for Uranus. He's really nice! And tall, too. 😆 Or Ulann, my friend really liked him as well; he's a bit faster than Uranus. I'm giving it 3 stars for now because I think the staff could be better, but otherwise, it's a great rating that could improve with more experience. We might come back 😊.

14/08/2026: We ate there two nights in a row during our stay at the hotel next door. The staff is really friendly and welcoming; I recommend making a reservation. The food is delicious; we had a wonderful meal. The grilled meats are cooked over a wood fire, and kudos to the chef—they're perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. We'll definitely be back (including staying at the hotel) on our next trip to the area.

12/08/2026: Looking for a place to escape the heat for ourselves and our little dog, we discovered this charming spot. The lunch menus are very affordable (€17 or €20), and the food is excellent. The long-haired waitress even offered us a bowl of water for our dog, and the young man at the reception was incredibly kind. Thank you!

21/07/2026: We ordered a set menu featuring local cuisine. Nothing exceptional... but we spent almost two hours at the table. I'm not a culinary expert, but it's a menu that I don't think requires any last-minute preparation... and the restaurant was far from full.

17/08/2026: What a disappointment! It all started so well, but after the aperitif, everything went downhill. The service was slow, many items were missing (all sorts of cordon bleu, crème brûlée, cured ham, stew), the wines weren't chilled, the cabbage was sour with a lot of juice (I think we got the dregs of the pot), and to top it all off, the dish didn't match the menu (the galettes au gratin with Munster cheese were served alone with Munster on the side, so they weren't actually gratinated. After complaining, they were finally gratinated, so why the oversight?). A real disappointment; we won't be back, even though we're from Barr. It's a shame because it's a beautiful establishment. The desserts were very good. If there are too many covers and not enough staff, why not serve fewer customers? I should mention that we had a reservation…

31/08/2026: The only positive point is that the store is new. The employees aren't always very pleasant, and the prices are missing from every aisle—it's unbearable. And what can I say about the fruit and vegetable section, which is very disappointing (moldy produce on every shelf)? Disappointed. One thing that caught my attention: Safety in the parking lot. It's extremely dangerous. Cars drive everywhere, zigzagging between vehicles to cut between the aisles, and they drive way too fast. They don't seem to distinguish between parking spaces and aisles. One of my children almost got hit... Are there any cones or safety barriers?

25/08/2026: Excellent restaurant in Quatzenheim! The food is superb, and the all-you-can-eat tarte flambée is a real bonus. Fast service, friendly staff, and a warm atmosphere. I highly recommend it.

22/08/2026: Disappointed by the "all-you-can-eat pie" deal: the pies were small, bland, and uninteresting. The restaurant's decor is dated, with drab lighting and paper tablecloths. The only real positive point: the two waitresses, who were very friendly, pleasant, and professional. Unfortunately, I don't recommend this place.
