22/03/2026: We came for a meal during a little outing with friends, and we were served by Nadège. A very kind and smiling young woman. It's a pleasure to enjoy such pleasant service. Not to mention the food, which was very good!

22/03/2026: Friendly staff and truly delicious food! The lasagna is perfect and the tarte flambée is excellent! I'll be back!

22/11/2025: The receptionists were unpleasant and unfriendly. The cinnamon pretzel was hard, and the bacon one was cold and not at all fresh. A disappointing experience.

21/10/2025: Good value for money. 👍 A wide selection of sandwiches and salads. The staff is friendly and cheerful. It's a shame this shop is closing. 😪

29/01/2026: Unacceptable. Left before the main course. Worse than cafeteria food.

29/01/2026: First time in my life I've left before the main course. Not a smile, slow service, toilets in a deplorable state, and the starter was a sauce made with grated Gruyère cheese. In short, I can't wait for a change of ownership.

22/12/2025: Average, sauerkraut wasn't great (maybe canned), a bit disappointed, I wouldn't recommend this inn...

13/12/2025: We stopped by today for a bite to eat at the Christmas market. A lovely elderly lady welcomed us despite the late hour. The tarte flambée was delicious and homemade. We'll be back!

06/02/2026: If I could give zero stars, I would! The hotel and restaurant are mediocre!!! The owner and his mother are awful, not to mention unpleasant! When I arrived for a room, the receptionist, who is also the owner, was so drunk he didn't know what he was doing! He couldn't even stand up! And as for the food, even though I'm not picky, I can tell you it was really bad. The only positive point is the view of the castle...

20/01/2026: A vintage hotel, exceptionally clean. Comfortable, with very pleasant and attentive staff. The meal was delicious, a truly delightful surprise. Unbeatable value for money.

02/09/2025: So, where to start... We ordered a burrito, a "salad," and nachos on Deliveroo. - First of all, the salad: a big joke, if not false advertising! I'm attaching a photo of the salad Fresh Burritos advertises on its website vs. the salad I received 😉 A disgrace. The salad is supposed to be in a crispy wheat tortilla, nothing. €10.50 for a cheap little salad that I would have preferred to make myself. - The burrito: once the packaging is removed, the sauce leaks and drips everywhere, and the burrito is cold! We have to eat it on a plate, with cutlery (ciao Mexico 👋). - Nachos: €3.50 a bag with 10 ridiculous chips, and of course the sauces were miraculously omitted 🤷 To top it all off, the restaurant is unreachable. Yet another franchise hiding behind a broken hotline. First and last time for us✌️

13/03/2026: I was a huge Domino's fan 20 years ago; they had the best pizzas around. I've ordered from Domino's Illkirch three times in the last year, and each time there are fewer and fewer toppings on the pizza. But tonight it's reached new heights: €30 for nothing but air! That's absolutely outrageous! This is definitely the last time I'll spend a fortune at your place only to still be hungry afterward! I will never order from you again.
