02/10/2024: Disappointing!!!! Shameful service! If you don't like your job, think about retraining!!! We have the impression that the sooner we left, the better off the waitresses were. During the meal we wanted some wine but given the lack of participation and attention from the incapable waitresses we had time to get rid of it (1/ Only 3 could be eaten out of the totality of 2 literally inedible dishes) A ​​pasty calzone like chewing gum and we don't talk about its filling or even less about the burata (even in supermarkets it is not as powdery and bad)🙄. The Milanese escalope which has probably been hanging around for a while, not to mention the pasta and a bland sauce like I've never seen before. We are going to pay not even an ounce of interest wondering if it was or other NOTHING!!!! However, the setting is magnificent and the boss adorable. Fortunately his intervention at the time of our departure took place. Attentive, kind and humorous boss. As a restaurant executive I would be ashamed to have such service and cuisine like that (I wonder what they eat during the staff meal before service) What a shame for his boss who honestly deserves everyone to ride on roulettes given his location and his person himself but his team does not give him any credit. Ps: the 3 stars are only for the support of this poor boss who deserves it for himself.

17/09/2024: Well, we are used to buying our sandwiches and cakes at Marie Blachère in Brittany where we enjoy it but here it is a disaster!!!!! The tuna sandwiches, we wondered if it was really tuna, the taste was horrible and the raspberry cakes I can't even describe!!! Everything ended up in the trash!!!

04/12/2024: We went there on Sunday December 1, 2024 (1st weekend of the Christmas market), we were very well served. We took 3 Kouglofs, which are super good, manala which even the next morning at breakfast are good. Salted pretzels (ham/raclette, bacon...), that's killer, we regretted not having taken more. Thank you for these treats 😋😋 Sorry no photos, we had to eat before I thought about it. Apart from this photo, half a kouglof 😁

26/11/2024: A saleswoman who works here, friendly enough, but on the other hand she has body odor that smells way too strong. To disturb customers. This must be remedied. Every time I come and she’s there, it’s not possible, I feel heartbroken.

07/09/2024: Just not again!! We were actually there for dinner this evening. A nice waitress served us at first, so far everything was fine. The dishes that are on the menu on the house wall either existed or didn't exist, but there were tarte flambées with and without cheese. So we decided on the tarte flambée, a big mistake! The nice waitress was probably off work, so she went home with us shortly after we ordered. After an eternity, a bad-tempered, taciturn gentleman came out. Put the drinks on the table for us, more or less, without comment. Shortly afterwards he brought the tarte flambée, or what it was supposed to be. A finished product, barely cooked through, lukewarm and crispy, even just the edge. Disaster! Read the other reviews! These are similar. Avoid the store.

06/06/2024: Presque tous les jours les mêmes légumes, les mêmes que dans le rayon surgelés... Et ça ne va pas forcément avec le plat du jour... et si on prend de la salade à la place des légumes chauds on paie un supplément... Merci d'en tenir compte !

05/04/2024: I think we shouldn't have to do the same job all our lives like some people in this store do. You have to change jobs to see something else, we are not machines and then stop working very early to make way for others (a sort of turnover otherwise we can talk about dictatorship at work). Otherwise, when it comes to sorting waste, there's no point pretending (yellow is recyclable but in Cora it's the world upside down).

30/08/2024: Not very friendly staff, very generous breakfast, not great room

04/08/2024: Both rooms (superior class) were in immaculate condition. Clean and groomed. The bathroom is fantastically furnished to a high standard. Air conditioning worked well and was pleasantly quiet. The mattresses on the beds were new and of good quality (firm without being uncomfortable). The staff at reception was friendly and even spoke English (not necessarily common). The location is perfect for transit, as well as a base for exploring the surrounding area. Many locations within walking distance. There is also a good walking environment for dog owners. I'm still thrilled and will make Campanile Mulhouse - Illzach Ile Napoléon my first stop if the prices remain moderate. The only thing I was missing was a coffee machine for the morning before the restaurant opens.
