15/09/2024: Schon etwas versteckt liegt das Restaurant Hotel, erreichbar über eine kurvenreiche Landstraße. Vorher schon reserviert, wurden wir freundlich empfangen und uns der Platz zugeteilt. Das Restaurant war bis zum letzten Platz belegt. Wir bestellten das Menu à 3 plats. Die Menükarte habe ich hier hochgeladen. Menüfolge, Speisenqualität und vor allem der Service- perfekt, immer freundlich und bei Fragen hilfsbereit. Der Service war hervorragend (ich muss es einfach wiederholen) und das bei voller Auslastung. Wir kommen gerne wieder, klare Empfehlung.

14/12/2024: A nice little bakery/cafe, a perfect place to start the day. They serve both savory and sweet dishes. The atmosphere is cozy and friendly.

22/11/2024: Very good pastry shop in Colmar I went to this pastry shop with my girlfriend during a Colmar day. The restaurant is located along the avenue that leads from the train station to the historic center. Outside there are tables and some parking with parking discs. The interior is large and displays many pastry products. We had éclairs and a sweet chocolate escargot. The pastas were delicious and very tasty. The prices are honest considering the high quality of the products.

20/12/2024: Good food, nice ambience, nice little restaurant right on the Lauch river in so-called Petite Venice in Colmar.

19/12/2024: We went to this restaurant on the recommendation of a relative. The owner is very pleasant and commercial, the first service was complete, she made us wait for the next one inside the establishment. image of the hostess, pleasant and friendly. The cuisine is excellent. A must in Colmar. The little extra is that you can see the boats passing by from the table while eating.

19/12/2024: I really appreciated Martin's cooking with his delicate dishes. The kidneys are excellent, very light and deliciously accompanied by carefully cut vegetables and mushrooms. The chestnut torch is one of the best I have ever tasted. Looking forward to coming back to discover other dishes on the menu. A very nice evening with friends enhanced by Martin's cuisine.

06/12/2024: Very good restaurant, the dishes offered are original and have great taste. Of the five tested in pairs, everything was excellent. The service is very friendly.

17/11/2024: Encore une fois nous étions heureux de faire une halte en visitant l'écomusée. une grande salle typiquement alsacienne... très jolie. Choix important mais je ne critique pas, c'est bon, copieux et le service était très agréable, nous changeons souvent l'entrée mais fidèle à la "proposition" boeuf et son os à moelle ! cette fois, nous avons pris un dessert jamais gouter : le café gourmand ! eh ! bien : j'ai adoré c'était bon, beau et délicieux. Je recommande.

21/10/2024: Nous avons dîné deux soirs de suite dans ce restaurant, car nous étions logés à l'Hôtel les Loges. Le premier repas, un vendredi soir, s'est bien passé, avec un service relativement rapide. Nous étions arrivés un peu après l'ouverture du restaurant. Il y avait de belles portions, y compris pour les enfants qui avaient pris des tartes flambées et des tartes en dessert, et les plats étaient savoureux. Le lendemain soir, nous sommes arrivés environ à la même heure, et il y a eu beaucoup d'attente. Nous avons dû relancer plusieurs fois la serveuse pour avoir nos boissons (vin apporté à la moitié du repas) et les portions pour les enfants étaient plus petites que la fois d'avant. J'ai commandé des pommes de terre avec le fromage blanc alsacien et du fromage, et les pommes de terre avaient une peau épaisse et étaient farineuses. Mon fils a pris une forêt noire qu'il a trouvée très décevante. Le personnel était gentil, mais l'organisation n'avait rien à voir avec celle de la veille.

21/08/2024: Des parfums vraiment originaux mais parfois on ne sent pas tous les goûts comme le gimgembre. Nous n'avons pas pu accéder aux belles coupes que l'on voit sur certaines photos, dommage.

14/12/2024: Hier passt alles zusammen, der gute Service, die Qualität der Speisen und die passende Weinreise zu den geschmacklich feinen Gängen. Aufgrund der Tatsache dass die Küche, in der heutigen Zeit, ein wenig kreativer und moderner ausgerichtet sein könnte, gibt es von mir nur 4 von 5 Punkten. Aber einem weiteren Besuch, steht nichts im Wege.

11/12/2024: Fue nuestra primera visita a este venerable restaurante que ha servido la mejor cocina francesa durante más de 100 años y ha tenido estrellas Michelin durante una buena parte de ese tiempo. La ubicación es impresionante, con el comedor con vistas al jardín y el río. El servicio es clásico y profesional. Su carta de vinos es absolutamente increíble y su sumiller recomendará botellas increíbles a precios muy razonables. Por el lado de la comida, está claramente bien ejecutado, pero le falta un poco de "je ne sais quoi". . muchos de los platos se sienten un poco atrapados en el pasado y podrían necesitar un refresco sutil sin perder sus cualidades originales. El plato más decepcionante fue la trufa sous la cendre que probamos mi esposa y yo. Nos ENCANTAN las trufas y nunca perdemos la oportunidad de tomar algunas... aunque visualmente el plato era hermoso, había literalmente cero sabor o aroma a trufa. He pasado los comentarios al restaurante directamente. Estamos contentos de haber intentado, pero probablemente no volveríamos

03/12/2024: What a beautiful house this former coaching inn has become for 29 years one of the most beautiful gastronomic addresses in Alsace, this region so richly endowed in this area. We have had lunch or dinner there a good thirty times since 1996 or 97, initially knowing the room on the ground floor, which became the "Bistrot" after the opening of the gourmet restaurant upstairs, it was nothing but renewed pleasure. and consistent quality. The successive fittings, always accompanied by personalized and tasteful decoration, playing on the contrasts between the magnificent parquet flooring and the new light wood furniture and the associated walls and woodwork in a grey/black theme, only reinforce the warm chic atmosphere of the Auberge. Everything is completed by tables that are always so elegantly set. Martine and Bernard Leray run this House with talent and a passion for entertaining, so that their guests can make the most of the tasty cuisine of the Chef and his team, faithful to Alsace (with nods to Brittany), but which Bernard's personal and creative touch embellishes: Fine potato waffle, Oscietra caviar from Kaviari, cauliflower cream, Hot foie gras escalope from duck, griespflütta, reduced quince and apple juice, Colimaçon snail soup, garlic parsley juice, Beef Consommé in a cup and a slice of snail fricassee, or the Filet of doe, celery puree cooked in Petit Ballon hay, red cabbage without forgetting “Chocolate” for dessert. The wine list compiled over the years by Martine, and for a time by Charlotte, does not forget any region offering renowned names, but also areas to discover, respecting moderation becoming an impossible task. May this Inn, still young, 30 years old in 2025, continue to delight us for as long as possible.

02/12/2024: Quelle belle maison que cet ancien relais de poste devenu depuis 29 ans l'une des plus belles adresses gastronomiques d'Alsace, cette région si richement pourvue dans ce domaine. Nous y avons déjeuné ou dîné une bonne trentaine de fois depuis 1996 ou 97, connu dans les débuts la salle du rez de chaussée, devenue le "Bistrot" après l'ouverture du restaurant gastronomique à l'étage, ce ne fut que plaisir renouvelé et qualité constante.  Les aménagements successifs, toujours accompagnés d'une décoration personnalisée et de bon goût, jouant sur les contrastes entre le magnifique parquet et le nouveau mobilier en bois clair et les murs et boiseries associés dans une thématique gris/noire, ne font que renforcer l'ambiance chaleureuse chic de l'Auberge. Le tout est complété par des tables toujours aussi élégamment dressées.   Martine et Bernard Leray conduisent cette Maison avec talent et la passion de recevoir, afin que leurs hôtes profitent au mieux de la cuisine savoureuse du Chef et de son équipe, fidèle à l'Alsace (avec des clins d'oeil à la Bretagne), mais que la touche personnelle et créative de Bernard embellit :  Fine gaufre de pomme de terre, Caviar osciètre de chez Kaviari crème de choux fleurs, Escalope de foie gras chaud de canard, griespflütta, jus de coing et pommes réduit, La soupe d’escargots du Colimaçon, jus de persil aillé, Consommé de bœuf en tasse et une tartine de fricassée d’escargots, ou encore le Filet de biche, purée de céleri cuit au foin du Petit Ballon, chou rouge sans oublier en dessert "Le Chocolat" . La carte des vins composée au fil des années par Martine, et durant un temps par Charlotte, n'oublie aucune région proposant des noms réputés, mais également des domaines à découvrir, respecter la modération devenant tâche impossible .  Que cette Auberge, encore jeune, 30 ans en 2025, continue à nous régaler le plus longtemps possible  .

06/07/2025: I visited around 12 o'clock. It became full after that, so I recommend going between 12:00 and 12:30. I recommend the quiche Lorraine and white wine (especially the Riesling). It's a popular restaurant so it takes a while to serve, but the food and wine were very delicious. There was a toilet inside. Wi-Fi is also available.
