Wir haben die Lammschulter für 2 Personen gegessen, vorweg die Schnecken nach Elsässer Art, zum Dessert Creme brulee und flambierte Mirabellen, Mirabellensorbet. 31/08/2024: Excellent evening spent at the Les Parages restaurant. The cuisine is delicious and the team is very kind and generous! It is an establishment that we will be happy to return to. We recommend with your eyes closed! Possibility of eating a vegetarian meal which is not always easy in Alsace.

22/09/2024: The best sauerkraut I have ever eaten. Home cooking with good local products, all in a warm setting. Perfect service. Very good value for money. And the icing on the cake: if you don't finish your dishes or desserts, we offer to package them properly to finish them at home.

22/09/2024: An excellent Alsatian restaurant in Guebwiller which offers you all the essential Alsatian specialties! The dishes are very good, plentiful with excellent value for money. The restaurant also offers a very wide choice of wines from Alsace and all over France. The room is quite small so remember to book! ;)

08/09/2024: We are delighted to have used the services of Bringel catering for our wedding and can only recommend this type of service whether for the organization of a wedding or another type of event. From the start of the process, we had a great welcome in the family business from Mr. Bringel for the proposal of the different offers and we were very well informed. We were delighted to see that it was possible to adapt everything to our desires, whether in terms of food, presentation, and other services; we felt that customer satisfaction and product quality were a priority. As the big day approached, the caterer was attentive and ready to modify elements of the initial quote at short notice. On the big day, we really appreciated the service with discreet, efficient and very professional waitresses who took great care while respecting our needs and expectations. The aperitif was magnificent both in terms of presentation and taste/quality of the products. The same goes for the buffet which was very generous. Thank you to the caterer Bringel for contributing to the success and the fact that our wedding was a wonderful day for all of us.

29/12/2023: Idéalement situé à deux pas du centre-ville et de la gare! Dans une rue au calme avec possibilité de se garer dans le parking couvert accessible depuis la cour intérieure de l’hôtel. Petit déjeuner copieux avec des produits locaux et de qualité! Le plus le personnel est au top 👌!

31/10/2024: Not extraordinary. The dishes were good, but the waitresses didn't look like waitresses at all. Nor the skills I find. A “trick” that stood out to me: to pour my Pepsi into my glass, she didn’t hesitate to turn the bottle upside down 😵. There was as much foam as liquid! It may seem like a detail, but damn, that's not how you go about serving a soft drink! 🤦

Just a little disappointment with the salted butter caramel ice cream, the taste was really good, but I didn't find the taste of salted butter caramel... (This flavor being my favorite, I know it quite well). I also tasted their chocolate there. It's pretty good for French chocolate (I'm Belgian ;-))

If you haven't yet had lunch or dinner with Jean-Baptiste and his wife, you have to do it....👍👍 Very warm welcome, Very fine cuisine and with seasonal products😋😋 The chef prepares everything he serves you with care and attention to detail. It's delicious, and in a very very pleasant setting. And the private terrace is really very, very pleasant. You must SEE AND TASTE this DELICIOUS CUISINE from an EXCELLENT CHEF.
