No taste of foie gras... the meat not seasoned... and you have to ask for salt and pepper. A big fan of bab au rhum, I was left wanting more. The waitress saved our evening. Too bad there is little missing…

27/09/2024: This place reminds me of my childhood memories and I rediscovered this emblematic place of the city. Very competent staff and above all very attentive. Personally for several years I have frequented another establishment, but since my first visit to the establishment after the takeover, I think that I will make it my "canteen" regularly.

08/09/2024: Un accueil des plus chaleureux ( sans réservation!),on nous propose la terrasse à l’arrière.Des cocktails excellents très peu sucrés et sans alcool.Une carte avec un choix de poissons formidable,mais vous trouverez votre bonheur avec de la viande .Un super menu .Je goûte pour la 1ère fois une Bourride de Sète ….divin !!!Pas la peine d’aller à Sète!!!😉 Un service au top ,particulièrement le serveur qui connaît son métier et les mets proposés. Notre fils y est allé 3 jours après avec un copain par hasard …..et ils se sont également régalés surtout avec le café très très gourmand !!! Il nous tarde d’y revenir tous en famille 😋

The owner is very pleasant and commercial, the first service was complete, she made us wait for the next one inside the establishment. image of the hostess, pleasant and friendly. The cuisine is excellent. A must in Colmar. The little extra is that you can see the boats passing by from the table while eating.

28/12/2024: Small, authentic and rural restaurant. We ate there this afternoon. There is a choice: tarte flambée, hot dish (gnocchi, burger, etc.) We had tartes flambées, very good! This has kept us busy with very reasonable prices and quality products. The service was impeccable. Nothing to complain about, I recommend! 😇

17/12/2024: While visiting the Christmas markets in Alsace, we stopped at Saint Marie and had dinner in this brasserie. Completely won over. Good food, pleasant staff (coloring offered to my granddaughter to keep her busy). We ate really well for the very reasonable price.

25/09/2024: Prachtige locatie in één van de mooiste dorpjes van Frankrijk. Desondanks zeer eerlijke prijzen. Lekker gegeten, vriendelijke bediening.

22/09/2024: Tijdens ons verblijf in Eguisheim nu drie keer bij dit restaurant gegeten en zeker geen spijt van gehad. Drie keer heel lekker gegeten voor een schappelijke prijs. Dit restaurant is populair en doet niet aan reserveringen, dus soms is er kans dat je even moet wachten, maar dat is zeker de moeite waard. De varkenswangen en de zuurkool met vijf soorten vlees zijn erg lekker. De biefstuk is duidelijk anders dan we in Nederland gewend zijn, maar ook heel smaakvol. Voor dit type restaurant zeker een aanrader.

08/09/2024: The RUSTIC does not look much on the outside or inside but the dishes are cooked as very rarely elsewhere. Refined and succulent. The service is efficient.

01/09/2024: We were surprised by the quality of the dishes and wines (tried by the glass) but also by the originality (without the improbable so-called "trendy" blends of certain others) of this traditional restaurant. Impeccable on every level. Just a shame that parking is not always easy.

25/09/2024: Même en voiture, il faut le vouloir pour monter jusqu'à la ferme auberge en voiture ! Chemin de forêt, caillouteux et ce, sur près de 5/6 km depuis le village. Mais cela mérite d'y arriver car malgré les nuages ou le brouillard, on ne sait pas trop, c'est la pleine nature et très joli. Le cadre doit être magnifique par beau temps. Nous avons choisi le repas marcaire et en avons été pleinement (dans tous les sens du termes !) satisfaits ! Pour 23 Euros le menu, nous avons vraiment très bien mangé. Rien à dire sur le service, accueillant et très aimable. Possibilité d'acheter certains produits de la ferme. Nous recommandons vivement.

09/11/2024: Nice hotel, good location, price/performance ratio is okay but not outstanding Very nice and modern room, modern facilities, top location directly below the Hohkönigsburg. The food in the directly connected restaurant is also of high quality and very tasty (we only tried the dishes from the brasserie menu, I uploaded a few photos. There is another “gourmet” menu, where there are course menus) . I would describe the price/performance ratio as “okay but not outstanding”. The swimming pool in particular is small and the whirlpool wasn't really warm when we visited (almost colder than the swimming pool). The breakfast was also not very diverse (no fresh things like cucumbers/tomatoes or anything like that), but the products available were of high quality (very tasty croissants/pain au chocolat etc.) The hotel parking spaces in the courtyard are not designed for today's cars; With trees at the edge of the parking spaces, only one car can park here for every 2 parking spaces.

04/09/2024: An address that you would like to keep to yourself, that's how wonderful it is at Alisiers. If you can do without a pool and spa, this is the place for you. You can enjoy breathtaking views from the restaurant, the terrace and some rooms, as well as light, local, tasty cuisine with vegetables from their own garden. There are excellent wine recommendations to accompany the meal. But above all, the warm owners Caroline and Matthias Degouy create a feel-good atmosphere without being intrusive. The charm of this hotel-restaurant is incomparable. Of course, the beds are very comfortable, the towels are fluffy and the rooms are absolutely clean. It's just difficult to leave because you don't want to leave. Lapoutroie is an ideal starting point for hikes or visits to beautiful villages and towns in Alsace. We would like to thank Caroline, Matthias, Benoit, Jeanne and the entire team for an unforgettable celebration. Everything was perfect!
