25/05/2026: We stopped by chance. We were surprised and pleased. A large selection of high-quality products: cheese, sausage, sakami, wine, etc. The service and the food we ordered were also good.

19/05/2026: A pleasant and delicious evening. However, they aren't very flexible regarding changes. This is the first time we've been asked for an extra 25 euros! Just to exchange a dish (lamb isn't a meat everyone enjoys, and in this case, none of the three of us like it!).

07/05/2026: A good restaurant. The welcome was a little reserved, but the atmosphere was very pleasant. We opted for the Galerie Collection menu. All courses were delicious and beautifully presented. The recommended wine paired well with the food. The service was friendly and, at times, attentive.

26/04/2026: Exactly what you expect from a place like this. We stopped for coffee and cake during a hike and yes,they had large pieces and very tasty.

09/06/2026: On our trip to Switzerland, we stopped in Beblenheim and discovered the Auberge A l'Agneau Blanc. We dined outside in beautiful weather, which was wonderful. The owner, mentioned in the reviews, is indeed the heart and soul of the place; her staff are a distant second. Choosing what to eat was easy (it was still asparagus season), and the owner's wine recommendation (go for the Muscat, fruity on the palate and dry on the finish) was absolutely perfect. We inquired about the wine supplier. On our way home, we visited this winemaker and took the opportunity to return to the restaurant. The result was the same as last time: warm service and superb food. This restaurant is definitely always worth a visit.

31/05/2026: We came for the second time because the carp is excellent, truly! Very few bones, which is rare for me as I usually attract them. The semolina, poppy seed, and beer mixture is exceptional! However, while we understand that many restaurants struggle to find staff, this experience was somewhat marred by a few issues. On our first visit, the wait was long, and we had to leave "early" because we had other commitments starting around 3 or 4 pm. Today, we had to wait 20-30 minutes just to order our aperitifs. So far, so good, we were patient. Then the main courses arrived, but two side dishes were missing. Admittedly, some are prepared in the morning for the day and may run out, but it would have been helpful to inform us beforehand. Two people ate a dish without any sides. Since the dishes didn't arrive at the same time, one person had almost finished their lunch when the others were able to start, and some of the side dishes had gone cold. I don't know if there's a communication problem within the team, a staff shortage, or if they should consider taking fewer reservations if the service and food aren't up to par. I should mention, however, that we received a discount and that the carp remains, for the three of us, the best in the region! We hope to return, but we might arrive a little earlier to avoid the rush and any oversights by the staff, who seem overwhelmed but remain extremely friendly.

29/05/2026: Excellent welcome. Excellent meal (frog legs, beef fillet with maître d'hôtel sauce). Highly recommended restaurant. Everything was delicious and perfect.

08/05/2026: We had a wonderful lunch and thoroughly enjoyed the gourmet menu with the accompanying wines. Every dish was delicious and of high quality. The wines were perfectly matched. The service was friendly and always attentive, which made our experience even more enjoyable.

30/04/2026: The tables were far too cramped, practically touching. The asparagus special was poorly served—too thin and overcooked; it tasted like reheated canned asparagus. Very disappointed 😞

26/04/2026: While searching for a restaurant offering vegan and gluten-free options, Google thankfully recommended this one. All the ingredients are organic, the food is absolutely delicious, the staff is very friendly and welcoming, and my personal highlight was the sugar-free brownie for dessert and the lupin coffee. Highly recommended.

31/05/2026: A very pleasant restaurant, with ample parking, a friendly and welcoming entrance, tables spacious enough for four people, quick order service, generous and beautifully presented dishes, an interesting wine list, and the owner who comes around to make sure everything is going well. I highly recommend this establishment.

03/05/2026: Having booked for 25 people, we arrived to find only 15 places available. The very unpleasant owner blamed this on my poor organizational skills and told me he had no other solution. Fortunately, another restaurant was able to accommodate us. The owner did admit she had made a mistake with the reservation. In short, never again! The owner has no business sense and no business being in a restaurant. Thanks to another restaurant, we had a very nice afternoon in the Three Valleys. NEVER AGAIN, and especially AVOID!
