28/08/2026: It's such a shame to leave a negative review when I had absolutely nothing to do with it…
We were simply ignored by the three waiters, who preferred to look over our shoulders to watch the start of the UTMB.
They really acted as if we were invisible, and were surprised when we left to eat somewhere else!

31/03/2024: Awful experience. Staff are rude, demanding you squeeze in and dump clothing, helmets on the floor. Food tastes of soap. Chips were stone cold. Place is a joke, worst mountain restaurant you will come across.
19/03/2024: Service good. Meal poor. This had been one of the few remaining decent restaurants on the slopes in Chamonix which hadn’t been taken over by a corporate group - until now.. Unfortunately it is now a chain of 18 restaurants. I ordered fish and chips for 26 euros. The fish was battered fish fingers out of the freezer, virtually no fish in them, chips also from freezer. My partner ordered vegetable crumble, he thought it tasted like microwave food reheated. Felt ill afterwards as not been eating UPF for several weeks. Gave it 2 stars because service was very good.

02/09/2024: Parfaitement bien situé. L’établissement possède des chambres, un restaurant, une brasserie /pizzeria. Une belle terrasse. Le personnel est accueillant. Le service se fait à votre rythme. La carte est donc fournie et vous y trouverez votre bonheur. Les pizzas sont excellentes et en quantité. Les prix sont raisonnables. Je recommande.
