The meat was overcooked and tough, poorly presented, and the fries were cold to boot. Meh.
27/09/2026: We had a very good lunch at this restaurant. However, I found a lack of hygiene on the part of a waitress. I don't know her name. She has long, blonde hair. Let me explain. There was an acquaintance of this waitress in the dining room with a cat. She petted the cat, no problem there, except that she calmly went back to serving, bringing dishes from the kitchen to the dining room without washing her hands. And frankly, I find that very inappropriate.

30/08/2026: We ordered Savoyard hamburgers, which were truly awful. No cheese, just industrial-style meat with a McDonald's-style sauce. Tourists are clearly being taken for a ride. This restaurant, despite its regional facade, is really bad.
19/08/2026: Absolutely avoid this place unless you enjoy dead flies on your pizza. Disgusting!

16/08/2026: The bread and pastries are quite good quality. But what's wrong with this establishment is one of their saleswomen, a small, mixed-race woman of a certain age. She's extremely unpleasant. She rarely says hello, only murmurs "please," and goodbye is practically nonexistent. Furthermore, she speaks rudely to her younger colleague, who is her complete opposite. When I come to this bakery, I sincerely hope to be served by this young woman.
30/07/2026: This is the best bakery around. The ladies are always so friendly and helpful, and everything is fresh. Those who leave negative reviews really don't know what they're talking about. I live in Gaillard and am a regular customer of this bakery.

21/08/2026: Disappointing!! Having known the bakery's pastries for years, I used to recommend them, but recently I bought a blueberry tart for €30 (it was for 6 slices). The blueberries were coarse and frozen (I think they were even from the day before) 😡 whereas before they had such fine pastries. €30 for blueberries like that is unacceptable. The bread is not as good as it used to be. Plus, they have a little bottle for catching wasps 🐝 in the cake display.
Really disappointed!

28/08/2026: I arrived twice around 8 pm for dinner, the restaurant was only half full, and I was systematically refused service, even though the restaurant has an agreement with the Pierre & Vacances residence. It's absolutely outrageous. I spoke to the owner, who couldn't have cared less…

The young woman with the light eyes, she barely even smiles, okay, but last time she stayed in the restroom for 15 minutes when there was no one else there. She didn't apologize, and today she's being disrespectful again. A former employee like that should really reconsider the quality of her staff.

20/09/2026: My wife & I visited the restaurant ans we had strawberry banana crepe and it was one of the best crepes we had.
It was prepared by Viddie & Louis, the way it was prepared and served was nice.
The server Deesha was friendly and responsive.
We will sure ba coming back once we are in Megeve.
Thank you for the hospitality

Appalling service. The "royal" couscous was served in a very small quantity, tasteless, and cold. One inedible merguez sausage and two inedible meatballs with a burnt taste.
Total disappointment...
27/09/2026: Disappointingly limited choice of starters and desserts. The all-you-can-eat chicken tenders offer was not honored (not possible a second time). The water fountain flowed very slowly, but thankfully this gave us time to see that it was absolutely filthy.

31/03/2026: Horrible staff, said the card payment declined so made me pay cash, I checked my bank and the payment had gone through, I showed her and she shrugged her shoulders and all of a sudden didn't speak English. Plenty of other places to spend your money, dont go here

11/06/2026: I'm sorry for this very negative review, but the owner is not suited to cooking. He's very unpleasant, disorganized, and doesn't know how to serve. The staff are excellent, but the owner doesn't belong in this establishment. I absolutely do not recommend this place.
