30/05/2026: Very disappointed, I found fly eggs on my fries (which also looked like they were from the day before) and when I went to show it to the waitress so she could change them (which she did afterwards) she was condescending and didn't believe me even when she saw it, so very unpleasant.

28/05/2026: I wanted to get a takeaway item, and the woman stood in front of me for 10 minutes without even asking, even though I had the bucket right in front of me. Unacceptable! I won't be going back to KFC Alès. No smile, no hello, they have no manner of speaking.

With only eight rooms, you feel as if you're being welcomed into a private home where every detail has been tastefully considered. The place is magnificent: elegant décor, refined atmosphere, impeccable cleanliness, and absolute tranquility. Everything exudes the gentle pace of life and the elegance of the South. The welcome is particularly warm, professional, attentive, and genuine, making the stay even more enjoyable. A wonderful discovery, an intimate address that you almost want to keep secret… We will return with great pleasure.

The dishes were cooked to perfection and incredibly generous. 14/05/2026: It had been a very long time since we had eaten so well and so generously, from the amuse-bouche to dessert, and had the pleasure of interacting with such an experienced and passionate chef. Sometimes it's in the most unexpected moments and places that we discover the very best.

09/05/2026: A wonderful evening. We were a group of five. We booked in advance. The €33 menu was very generous and delicious (starter + main course + choice of meat or seafood side dish and dessert). The wine was also generously poured and very tasty. A warm and friendly atmosphere. Go without hesitation!

02/05/2026: We had a reservation for a table of nine. We called, and what I found quite strange was that our reservation wasn't for until 9:15 or 9:30 PM. We arrived around 9:15 or 9:20 PM and saw the restaurant full, but our table of nine wasn't set. We quickly realized that our table hadn't been prepared at all. So we decided to consider takeout. We asked for the menu, to which the waiter replied, "Well, just here." From the moment we had an unpleasant waiter with a haughty manner, who also dared to lie to us by saying there might be a table in 10 minutes—which is highly unlikely since the tables were full—I don't think customers come to a restaurant to eat in 20 minutes, especially in the evening! I can only say that this place is disorganized in terms of reservations. I can state this clearly because I've worked in restaurants where we've never encountered such poor organization. To perhaps teach you something, reservations take priority over walk-ins. We deliberately made a reservation to ensure you could prepare our table and avoid any surprises. Yet, in the end, we were very disappointed by the waiter's behavior. We waited from 7 pm to 9 pm, only to be very disappointed and not even served. Do you think it's possible to call a restaurant at 9:30 pm for nine people? No, I don't think so. Therefore, we are not grateful for the evening you ruined for us. What would have been better for both of us is if, when we called to make our reservation, you had politely told us it wasn't possible, that we were already fully booked, and that we couldn't risk blocking a table of nine from 7 pm to 9 pm, while apologizing. Everything would have gone smoothly. Therefore, we decided not to order, given the anticipated wait and the potential delay that could affect other customers. We left immediately without giving any further explanation, as we felt we didn't have to justify our dissatisfaction. Obviously, seeing nine people leave is disheartening, as you lose customers and money. I do not recommend this place.

01/05/2026: We had a reservation for 9 people. On the phone, they told us 9:15 PM to 9:30 PM. When we arrived at the restaurant, it was full, and we quickly realized that our reservation had not been honored. The waiter was completely unprofessional and had a very haughty manner of speaking. He even had the nerve to tell us, "I told you between 9:15 PM and 9:30 PM," knowing full well that everyone at the tables was already eating. On top of that, they had the nerve to mock us, implying that people would finish their meals, desserts, and hot drinks in 15 minutes. It's a disgrace! I absolutely do not recommend this place.
