I share the latest review regarding the New Year's Eve dinner... ...to begin with, at 8 pm, the scheduled time, there was no one to greet us at the entrance, but the bar was packed with several people waiting in the entrance for the evening...and that was just the beginning. We were then told that dinner wouldn't be served until 10:30 pm... The other customers were starting to complain about this inconvenience... At 11 pm, dinner started with a few tables without tablecloths, one Duralex glass per person, missing chairs, etc., etc...to make a long story short: a bland meal, a plate of foie gras served with a thick slice of salmon mixed in, a guinea fowl supreme stuffed with foie gras, also served cold, etc., etc....The owner came to our tables after several complaints because everyone was complaining about the service, but he always found an unacceptable excuse. The owner insisted on cash payment because he told me: "I paid for and bought the goods." "Right off the back of the truck"...is he allowed to do that? Some customers are wondering if the proceeds from this event will be declared... WE'LL SEE... According to him, the restaurant will soon be closing down, that's the real reason behind it all... And all this after speaking with local residents a few days later, and according to them, some complained to the authorities about the noise during the karaoke nights, which were outside of legal hours. ...AVOID AT ALL COSTS

02/01/2026: A disastrous New Year's Day experience. Payment was demanded in cash, the food was served cold, the atmosphere was terrible—you had to leave to go dancing in another room. Service was around 10:30 PM. The owner was very unpleasant. Avoid at all costs.

03/03/2026: I went to get some pastries this morning, and since I wasn't familiar with them, I asked what one of them was filled with. The irritated saleswoman replied, "Well, I don't know." It was already off to a bad start, and when it came time to collect my order, she scattered the packages in various places and told me to gather everything myself. Fantastic customer service...

23/02/2026: Hello, I stopped by today to buy a large pizza. There was nothing on the shelf, so I asked if it was possible to make one for me. No! They said, "You have slices, okay, I'll take two. Napkin optional." The cashier made no effort whatsoever, and the pizza was cold. They didn't even bother to ask the customer; they didn't care. The cashier was unpleasant and seemed to be wondering what she was doing there. Oh well, we'll go to places where people actually want to work.

01/12/2025: Delicious food at a very reasonable price. The waiter and cook were very friendly. Perfect location. We would definitely return if we were to go to Nîmes again.

04/03/2026: This is the third time in a row that the large fries have been served only half full! I've never seen anything like it! It's a clever way to save money, sure, but it's unacceptable! Next time I'll check before ordering takeout.

25/02/2026: Pleasantly surprised by this McDonald's restaurant. We were passing through the village and stopped for a bite to eat. The attractive storefront made us want to go in, the restaurant was clean, we were served very quickly, and the gentleman who served us was very friendly and welcoming. A little later, he came over to give each of our children a small toy. We sat outside to let our children play for a bit, and then a female employee offered us a coffee. I've never seen that at a McDonald's in our area! Thank you again for this service! ☺️

07/09/2025: On the GR70 Stevenson. Friendly hotel for hikers. Very pleasant welcome and available to answer our questions. Decent room with fan. Hearty breakfast.

10/01/2026: The service was slow, whether for an aperitif or a main course. I waited over 45 minutes between ordering and receiving a pizza (a decent size and well-topped), but the crust was barely cooked underneath and had thick pieces of charcoal embedded in it! Why not inform customers of the wait time when they place their order? Otherwise, the waitress was friendly.

08/03/2026: Excellent restaurant, 10 out of 10. Plus, the new sushi recipes are delicious. The sushi melts in your mouth. I've been to Japan, China, Thailand, Laos, Myanmar, Vietnam, South Korea... and the restaurants there are no better. Go to Euro Asie restaurant; it's about enjoying excellence and a convivial atmosphere.

08/03/2026: Lots of choices, good main courses and starters, the tiramisu verrines and the daim cake are to die for. The treasure purse and spring rolls are good, I recommend them. Welcoming and responsive staff. On the other hand, I didn't like the sushi or the satay sauce from the wok (really not great). And I admit I lost my appetite when I saw the staff putting food that had fallen next to the dishes/on the edge where people put their hands, etc., back into the original dishes (e.g., popcorn, peanuts, candy, etc.).

01/03/2026: Nice restaurant, good service, a bit of a wait between the starter and the main course. The atmosphere was very pleasant and calm. The food was average; the starter was very good and tasty, but the main course was average, lacking flavor despite the meat and fish being perfectly cooked (the sauce was bland for both dishes, as was the side dish). The frog leg was excellent (for the price, one or two more would have been nice if they were perfect). The desserts were very generous and indulgent (the ice cream lacked chestnut flavor), otherwise, excellent.

19/10/2025: Despite booking by phone, we were not informed that only one platter of cold meats was available to choose from (and also oysters), a really average platter...for €12, it seems that this was due to the large crowds of the day compared to the medieval festival...

16/08/2025: A very warm welcome. My charcuterie board was high quality, with excellent products. They offer local products on the menu, specifying their origins. The local beer (Agora) is definitely worth trying.

07/03/2026: I wanted to try a slice of praline flan, and I wasn't disappointed at all; it's one of the best slices of flan I've ever eaten. I'll definitely be back to try other products.

07/03/2026: I came in the afternoon, and while I was waiting to be served, the saleswoman chatted with some acquaintances, served me, and rushed me out. I wouldn't recommend coming in the afternoon because the saleswoman is incredibly unpleasant. If she doesn't want to serve customers, she should find another line of work. However, the flan was delicious, so I recommend coming in the morning if you want good pastries.

07/03/2026: We received an incredibly warm welcome from the lovely lady who looked after us. The dishes were excellent and generous, with the added bonus of a view of the bridge! A wonderful discovery of this beautiful place and its delicious cuisine!
