12/03/2026: A small Sicilian restaurant that deserves to be highlighted, a real gem... 👌 A very warm welcome, a relaxing and cozy atmosphere... I thoroughly enjoyed the fresh ingredients, authentic cuisine that transported me, and flavors that exploded in my mouth... a delight! 👌👍 Everything was perfect: the welcome, the presentation, the taste, and the quality. I'll be back soon to try the other dishes 😊.

27/03/2026: It's usually very good, but this is the second time we've come in the evening and it's not the same! The hamburgers were assembled haphazardly, were cold, and the wait was extremely long, not to mention they forgot the desserts. We arrived second, at 7 pm, and left at 9 pm, determined never to return in the evening.

22/03/2026: It had been a while since our last visit, but it was still a pleasant experience with friendly and smiling staff. The food took a little while to arrive, but we had plenty of time, so it didn't bother us!

Well done for that, but we probably just had an off day because the waitress was really unfriendly and completely lacking in empathy. Good food is great, but quality should be too.

16/12/2025: We ordered couscous for over twenty people and it was delicious. The portions were very generous, and Hakim and his wife are lovely. They delivered and were very accommodating regarding the return of the pots. I recommend using their services without hesitation!

07/12/2025: Ordered pizza, quiches, focaccia, and cake for a birthday. The mille-feuille was awful. There was practically no icing on it, not even a clear one, and the puff pastry was overcooked. I was ashamed to serve that cake to 14 people. This is the second time we've been unhappy.

28/01/2026: A 40-minute wait for a cold burger with dry meat and equally cold fries (no paper napkin, either): After waiting 30 minutes, I asked the waitress if they had forgotten my order. She looked for my number on the drink cups, even though no drink was listed on the receipt I gave her. So I had to tell her that I hadn't ordered a drink. She replied that it would be "ready soon" without any apology for the delay. I waited another 10 minutes before she finally came to serve me… only to ask me again if I was missing a drink 🤦‍♀️ And to top it all off, dirty tables and overflowing trash cans! Never again McDonald's! Added January 28th in response to your feedback: Thank you for your reply. However, being "surprised" doesn't change the reality of our experience: a 40-minute wait, cold burgers and fries, and a rather unclean restaurant. Your response, lacking apologies or solutions and bordering on skepticism, accurately reflects the mentality we experience as customers during our visits: little listening and little consideration for the people who make a living from your restaurant. For these reasons, we will never return to McDonald's in Nîmes, and don't worry, your reputation is already sealed.

13/03/2026: My meal went very well, except I'm not entirely sure what's in the veggie nuggets. They were edible, though, unlike the chicken ones, which I no longer order because they're so poor. Given all the terrible reviews I've just read, I was expecting the worst, but the meal was hot, served professionally, and the wait time was reasonable.

The breakfast deal (the juice that was supposed to be freshly squeezed turned out to be bottled juice, the butter was expired, the advertised Nutella was nonexistent, the dishes were dirty, and there was no choice of pastries) in short, nothing good...

23/02/2026: We had a snack while watching rugby on the terrace. It was a very pleasant moment. The €5 set menu, including a crêpe or waffle and a drink, is particularly appealing. The waitress was very kind and welcoming. I recommend this place for a relaxing time on the terrace, with a beautiful view of the Maison Carrée.
