Les meilleurs restaurants en Gard

29/05/2026: We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Le Patio des Garrigues, just a stone's throw from Nîmes. The place is magnificent, peaceful, and a real escape, with superb plane trees, a lovely terrace, and an almost idyllic atmosphere where you immediately feel like you're on vacation. But what we truly loved most was Laurence. We have rarely been welcomed with such kindness, generosity, and attentiveness. Laurence literally went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, always with a smile and incredible thoughtfulness. Thanks to her, we had a wonderful time and shared unforgettable moments with friends. You can tell she loves hosting and making people happy, and that makes all the difference. We wholeheartedly recommend this place, both for its location and for the exceptional warmth and hospitality. Thank you again, Laurence!

29/05/2026: A stay for 8 friends at Laurence's wonderful host's place. An incredible welcome, a truly wonderful person, I highly recommend her, we had a fantastic time!

13/10/2026: Excellent service, a very well-balanced meal, exceptional speed, and a very friendly atmosphere. I recommend it 100%.

12/10/2026: The waiters are simply awful, no smiles, unfriendly. Luckily the food is decent, but I strongly advise against going to Marcelino instead.

25/07/2026: The place is pretty good. The tapas theme was "Caribbean." We had a mixed platter for €25, which was decent, and patatas bravas with smoked sausage, very good! I had a non-alcoholic mojito, but unfortunately, it had no flavor at all! The atmosphere is pleasant with some music; the beach bar vibe in a hotel park is quite nice.

05/07/2026: We went there for my wife's birthday and were very warmly welcomed. The staff were friendly and the meal was excellent. I highly recommend going there.

09/09/2026: Very good, and the waitress was very good too; the meal was good value for money.

09/08/2026: A very friendly brasserie. Good atmosphere, welcoming waiters and waitresses, very good food, I recommend it.

31/01/2026: Very average meal, a €26 piece of beef full of gristle – avoid at all costs!!!!

11/01/2026: Clean and welcoming establishment. Friendly and pleasant staff. Generous portions, and above all, delicious homemade dishes at very reasonable prices. We had a great time.

13/09/2026: Lovely authentic friendly welcoming Café. We love the atmosphere here and the friendly attentive staff.

06/09/2026: We waited and waited, then left before we died of thirst. Yet there were hardly any people on the terrace, just two waitresses at the bar with no customers? Didn't feel like working? Too bad, we went somewhere else the next day.

10/09/2026: Sunday evening, 6 pm, an empty restaurant - they refused to serve us without a reservation.

08/09/2026: Absolutely nothing to complain about! Everything was perfect! The team is really lovely, attentive, and very professional. The menu is fantastic! A wonderful experience that we 100% recommend! See you next year! Olivier & Sandrine

17/04/2026: A lovely setting on the terrace next to the pool, delicious food and a nice selection of local wines

04/03/2026: For the price, the food is delicious and the service is impeccable. There's a great atmosphere in the dining room; it's warm and intimate depending on where you sit.

09/07/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great bar, fantastic atmosphere, and excellent service! A huge thank you to Mike for his warm welcome, kindness, and professionalism. Highly recommended!

25/06/2026: The bar has a very limited selection of drinks. We ordered a Piña Colada and a Sangria, and they were really not very good. The bar's clientele also needs to be addressed. When you have a guy who's having fun making farting noises on his phone for over 30 minutes and changing tables every 5 minutes to make sure everyone hears him 😬 please find a purpose for this guy. Farting makes me laugh, but there's a limit.

26/08/2026: Choice and quality, nothing to complain about.

01/08/2026: Smiling, welcoming staff who responded quickly to requests

18/07/2026: Warm welcome, very pleasant waitress, and excellent pizzas. Highly recommended! 👍👍

08/06/2026: Hello everyone, For our part, we had an unforgettable experience. We arrived exhausted from a congested and hostile road. Starving too. There was nothing left to eat. A quick hello and a few smiles later, Cindy, the manager of the establishment, brought us a delicious homemade tarte tatin. She had found it somewhere... Honestly, I think it was for her when she got home. The next day, we had dinner in the little square. The pizzas were truly excellent. Honestly, what generosity in the kitchen, in the smile, in the person herself. Thank you, thank you, thank you! 🥰 Christelle and Alban

29/07/2026: Perfect. Nothing to add. Everything is very good. 👍

24/07/2026: A pleasant, slightly dated restaurant, but well-run by helpful young people. The food is good and the service is quick. Wheelchair accessible and with a lovely terrace.

20/09/2026: Avoid at all costs. Not even time to get settled. They don't have time to serve you!

14/08/2026: Beautiful place with very friendly clientele and, above all, a very good restaurant

12/09/2026: Despite the warm welcome and friendliness of the staff, as well as the cleanliness of the place, I do not recommend this all-you-can-eat buffet restaurant! The single buffet counter is the smallest I've ever seen... far too little choice for the same price as other restaurants of the same style. So, if you're going to pay the same price, you might as well go somewhere with a much wider selection.

06/09/2026: Very good, but unfortunately the buffet is small.

02/09/2026: We ordered takeaway lunch for 40 people for an event, it was incredible. The owners were so helpful and we received so many compliments on the food.

31/08/2026: Never disappointed, what a great selection, and everything is good.
