22/09/2024: A fee in this restaurant wouldn't hurt, few dishes, no games for the children, 2 tablets and the toilets are chaotic, really a shame

11/11/2024: We chose to book at Camping Domaine de Massereau, convinced that the experience and services promised by a 5-star campsite would justify a higher budget. Unfortunately, this decision turned out to be a big disappointment. When we arrived, the welcome was warm, but this remained the only positive point of our stay. We had used Homair's Cool n' Camp app to plan our trip, which advertised amenities such as an oven and dishwasher. However, upon our arrival, we discovered that this equipment was not present. This absence was particularly problematic because I suffer from celiac disease and need an oven to bake my gluten-free breads. After discussion, the director was able to provide us with an additional oven, but it took up considerable space on the dining room table in an already cramped accommodation for six people. Added to this first inconvenience was the deplorable cleanliness of our accommodation. As soon as we moved in, we noticed the presence of ants, spiders and webs, some old, indicating an obvious lack of thorough cleaning. Despite our request, the intervention of the cleaning team did not bring any real improvement: the cobwebs remained in place, and a few superficial gestures had been made, such as leaving treats to try to satisfy us. In addition, the discovery of flip flops left by the previous occupants under the bathroom furniture demonstrated insufficient cleaning. After multiple complaints at reception, the director assured us that a complaint would be filed on our behalf and that compensation would be considered. However, a few days later we received an email from Homair clarifying that no compensation would be given as an oven had been provided and cleaning carried out. This response reinforced our disappointment with the management of the campsite. Furthermore, the campsite bar did not meet our expectations, with slow service and expensive and poorly prepared cocktails. As for the swimming pool, its capacity has become insufficient for the number of vacationers present, forcing them to get there early to enjoy it. We still hope to receive a favorable response from Homair and the campsite management, who, for the moment, seem to ignore our complaints.

27/10/2023: Impeccable , restaurant rénové très spacieux ou l'accueil est chaleureux, employés souriants et toujours à l'écoute, patronne agréable. Le concept est génial , sandwichs bien garnis , choix varié surtout les nouvelles recettes ( SubMelts). Je recommande fortement ce restaurant où on mange bien pour le prix proposé !

21/09/2023: Déçu, mauvais accueil, les tables sont sale, pourtant le restaurant était vide et je parle pas de la garniture dans les pains, ils étaient vide…autant acheter un sandwich sodebo c’est le même effet pour beaucoup moins chère

06/07/2025: In all honesty, not a luxury hotel, there is huge potential after renovation, however the bedding in the rooms is decent, it is quiet, the pool is large and well located. With a renovation this hotel would really be top notch.

02/07/2025: We stayed at this hotel from June 29th to July 4th. A fantastic vacation. In the middle of a heatwave, we chose this place for the pool and the greenery. We weren't disappointed. A great vacation!! We have a 15-month-old baby. For meals, they provided us with a refrigerator and microwave, as well as a travel cot. The staff were very attentive. Everything was great!! The only downside was that there was no bar for a drink by the pool. But it was ideally located, so we did some grocery shopping. The hotel is right in the middle of everything. 7 minutes from Lidl, Aldo, Carrefour, bakery, and pharmacy. Everything is close by; it was perfect!!! Thanks to the whole team, we'll be back!! 04/09/2024: So it's very simple well received but 20eur three prawns which instead of being firm in the mouth they were soft freshness to see again served with a tablespoon of small insignificant pieces of vegetables and a small pile of tasteless rice, obviously again very hungry after leaving the restaurant, not recommended

17/06/2024: WORST SNACK IN 2024! I have never seen so little professionalism, there is an error in each order and I have to ask for a commercial gesture otherwise they don't do it. At the time it was my favorite snack. Very disappointed since the change of ownership! They even blame the customer, it’s ridiculous. Do not go. Waste of money.

16/09/2024: We tested the restaurant based on the images of the dishes on their website, the location and the view which is truly fantastic!!! But what a disappointment since there were many of us we tried several dishes and none was worthy of the name?? Simply horrible, tasteless as can be, not even salty, only frozen products, even fries, are served to children and adults, desserts are just as frozen, ready to use, and some are served crunchy, that is to say partially frozen, we will pass on the presentation (1/2 cherry tomato and a leaf of lamb's lettuce) cherry on the cake the only menu was displayed at €49.00 starter main course dessert. , except on the bill all the dishes were charged a la carte more expensive of course than the menu!! In short, there was absolutely nothing positive about this canteen! Even the cleanliness was also very random? Since we ate on the terrace with a huge inhabited spider web! I strongly advise you not to go there and to go on your way happily! Furthermore, I would advise the management to put this restaurant under the management of a real professional in the field? Because everything suggests that you have nothing to do in this profession of restaurateur! while the place is really worth the detour!!! This comment is a service that I am rendering you because you cannot have a future in this continuity!

27/08/2024: Very dated and musty smelling rooms. Located in the middle of no-where and radiates nothing. The breakfast and the employees are still ok, but otherwise not recommended. Price per overnight stay is usually low and corresponds to the quality

13/08/2024: Welcoming, stylish and practical hotel. We will only note two flaws. The rooms in the middle of July and August only have hot water even when you want cold water and the hotel is not easy to find if you don't have GPS...

15/09/2024: Personnel très désagréable avec ma fille qui est allée acheter un panini, nom donné à un petit pain à l'huile.La vendeuse la remballer en lui disant qu'ils ne faisaient pas de paninis (faudrait se mettre au courant des choses vendues!!) J'y suis allée pour avoir des explications et cette "charmante" personne m'a dit qu'il fallait demander un pain à l'huile....Bin, changez vos petites étiquettes alors!!!Ça fait plus de 20 ans qu'il est indiqué "panini'....Et pour info, les croquants ne sont plus ce que c'était avant, il y avait des morceaux d'amandes et étaient plus cuits, de plus la boîte est moins chère en supermarché!!!cherchez l'erreur

03/09/2024: I have known this bakery for a long time, there was a time when for me it was the reference but that time is well and truly over... It's been about 2/3 years that I find that it stands out less and less. ..This day I bought a mille-feuille for €3.30 it seems to me, for my daughter, one of her favorite cakes, she only ate a piece because it was not good and very dry, so I took it , it was just disgusting and certainly dated several days ago, a frozen pastry would have done better, for a 7 year old child to refuse a pastry, it takes some. This shows that this craftsmanship that we promote so much is not always up to par, unfortunately. Pull yourself together, it’s a shame to see this historic bakery falter like this.

09/12/2024: I am enthusiastic about the wines. We were here for the first time. I was able to taste all the wines I wanted and I was amazed by the quality and also the price. If I'm in the area again I'll stop by again. I come from Germany and was already thinking about coming here because I'm so excited about the wine.

16/12/2024: Good welcome from the boss and the young, friendly waiters. We enjoyed the Gardianne as always. A wonderful dessert to finish. The establishment is pleasant and the sanitary area is top notch. Decent price.

15/12/2024: Very nice moment for an impromptu lunch at Grau du Roi on a Sunday at noon. Warm and attentive staff. Excellent value for money. Very pretty view of the sea, the entrance to the port and Camargue port. We will definitely come back.

20/09/2024: A scotch €10... No chips or olives - LOL I advise against More expensive than on the French Riviera 😎
