We threw everything in the trash...
28/11/2025: As a matter of principle, I don't give a negative review because I ate there for decades. I ordered four servings of sweet and sour sauce; just by looking at the color, you could tell it wasn't the same batch. Some of the sauce had simply fermented... a strong, overpowering taste of alcohol, so that plate went straight in the bin. The rice was rock hard, almost raw... After the sauce, I wondered how old it was... It's crazy to take over such a Thionville institution and ruin it like this. Judging by the other reviews, it's far from an isolated case.

13/07/2026: Since it was taken over, it's been a complete disaster! The baguettes were undercooked, the croissants... you have to wonder where the filling is... The saleswoman was unfriendly and careless; we are very, very disappointed. I do not recommend it! Neither the quantity, nor the quality, nor the friendliness...

18/07/2026: A 20-minute wait, everything was cold, and my sandwiches were missing onions and pickles. They asked me to reorder, waited another 10 minutes, and magically, still no onions 😵💫. Finally, they told me they couldn't add onions because they didn't have any. Enjoy your meal, manager, without onions, with the fries, sauce, and Coke I left on the table. And when you're done eating, go mop the toilets; they were disgusting.

28/07/2026: Horrible, the wait times are horribly long…. There are so many mistakes. I checked my order, swapped it with someone else's, checked again, and something was still missing… luckily I was there….
A few days later, no swap, but still mistakes/missing items….
That's it, I'm done with Amnéville…. Off to Mondelange… at the drive-thru, they give me a sundae in an espresso cup without warning….
The franchisees really need to get their act together….
27/07/2026: The most disgusting McDonald's I've ever visited. The tables are filthy, and outside there's dried bird droppings that have been there for days.
A 45-minute wait, and they were still missing a fry, which I asked for using the famous phrase, "Eat in or take out?"
This McDonald's is a hidden camera prank! Shameful.

15/07/2026: Absolutely the worst McDonald's around Metz. The wait time is incredibly long. Both the interior and exterior are deplorable; everything is lying around. I do not recommend this place. Even the one in Woippy is much faster and cleaner.
13/07/2026: As mentioned in numerous other reviews, it was the same story: an interminable wait with children in a restaurant that was barely full. We were told there was a staff shortage, which is surely true. Only a few employees reacted to the distress and hunger of the waiting children. We will not be returning. Avoid this place.

11/07/2026: I went to pick up some ice cream via click and collect. I got ice cream that I think was made 10 minutes before, so by the time I got home, I had a milkshake... and on top of that, the packaging was just disgusting.

16/09/2024: Grosse déception. Je fréquente les flunch depuis des années et ils ont fait la joie de mes enfants....Malheureusement tout cela a bien changé et ne fait pas la joie de mes petits - enfants.Arrivés vers 17h30,nous étions quelques uns à attendre avec nos tickets devant les plats mais personne ne nous voyait où faisait semblant de ne,pas nous voir.. .J avais besoin de 3 repas enfants et il restait quelques boulettes de poisson toutes séchées et toutes refroidies depuis Dieu sait quand....J ai donc demandé de nouvelles,boulettes de poisson....Le 3eme plat enfant etait une semelle de viande toute sechee! Cela a duré 30minutes..... Il y avait une serveuse qui ne connaiisait pas les plats!J ai pris des carbonnades et horreur , lors de la degustation , j y ai trouvé un long cheveu! Cela m a coupé l' appetit!
Je suis passée aux toilettes et là ,on pataugeait littéralement dans l eau.Il y avait un cm d' eau dans les toilettes....
J 'admets que ce n' est pas très cher mais il doit y avoir un service et un respect minimum....
Quand je suis sortie du restaurant j ai remarqué que les serveurs et serveuses partaient une charlotte, ce qui n 'etait pas le cas à notre arrivée.....Un chef serait -il soudain apparu?
Je suis donc déçue car Flunch a toujoyrs6 fait partie de notre univers " vacances"

How can anyone be satisfied with that. The tenders are for adults and we are served like children.
At first glance I wondered if it was fair or not, I inquired, the lady of extreme antipathy
In short, go to McDonald’s and you’ll get more nuggets for €8

30/09/2024: What's going on in the smoking games room! Exterior doors wide open! It was 5 degrees last Saturday! I didn't know you had to come in ski gear! A shame everyone was freezing, is this normal? It was our last time because it’s getting worse and worse, not to mention the cleanliness……
26/09/2024: You really need to put a display, don't tap on the machines, it ruins all the fun of playing with people who tap and break the machines right next to you. Otherwise we often come, the casino itself is really nice.
