22/02/2026: Best salmon pizza in Metz, a real treat!

08/02/2026: This establishment has completely fallen from grace. The restaurant is now a mere shadow of its former self. While the menu on Instagram might still inspire envy, the reality is quite different once you sit down: a simple chalkboard with pizzas and only three pasta dishes. Add to that mediocre, unfriendly, even icy service, and you have a very disappointing experience. It's a far cry from what once made this place so charming.

26/06/2025: I've been going to this place for years. I order two set menus and ask for two cups to drink my can of beer. And then, surprise, they charge me 10 cents per cup!!! What kind of way is this? I won't be going back again.

22/06/2025: I've ordered bread several times and what I ordered doesn't match what was served. Even today, I ordered 7 baguettes and the person gave me 4. I took it back and asked for 7 more baguettes, thinking she had done her job. I didn't check, and when I got home, I realized she gave me 9 baguettes. I think either the person isn't listening or she has a hearing problem. It would be nice to be careful; it's not serious, but it's annoying. 14/05/2026: Fantastic lunch with friends! A varied menu, delicious food, and a warm atmosphere. The staff was lovely, and there was no wait. We had a great time and weren't disappointed.

10/07/2026: Today, I went to the Subway in École-Valentin, where I usually shop. When I got to the register, they refused to scan my "Subway of the Day" loyalty offer, explaining that the manager had decided to stop accepting loyalty offers. I find this practice very disappointing, especially since these offers are accepted at other Subway restaurants. It's unfortunate for loyal customers. I will now take advantage of these offers at other Subways in the city, and I encourage other customers to do the same if they want to benefit from the loyalty program.

27/06/2026: Disgusting. The bread is crumbly. The frozen food containers have blocks of ice on top... the waitress doesn't know anything.

26/07/2026: Very disappointed. I don't usually leave reviews, but this experience has made me do so. I placed an order at 9 PM on the pizzeria's website. At 10:40 PM, still no delivery, so I decided to call. I was told that the order had been delivered to an old address and that they had tried to reach me on an old number. Yet, I had ordered from them before without any problems. I understand that a mistake with the contact information can happen. However, I am very disappointed that no solution was offered despite waiting for almost two hours. I was told that they would have to turn the ovens back on and that this would take too long, so the order wasn't re-placed. In the end, I was left without an order and without dinner for the evening.

23/07/2026: This is awful, run away! The 40x60 pizza had burnt cheese. The crust was dry and too thin. The sauce was acidic and the toppings were weak and tasteless. Even the cheapest pizzas at Leclerc are better!

13/09/2025: A golden boss where you can clearly see who wants to go the extra mile for his customers and satisfy them, always a little joke to tell, smiling and his daughter very kind and professional, very good cuisine and well-garnished plates, we recommend 100%

25/07/2026: I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant. A very bad experience, mainly due to the waitress's unpleasant attitude. She wasn't attentive at all, and the customer service was truly lacking. I am very disappointed with the welcome and the service. One thing is for sure: I will never return to this establishment.

12/04/2026: Very disappointed with this restaurant! No menu… So no choice, it's a set menu! No prices displayed… It's a surprise… you don't know the price of what you're going to eat! We sit down… They bring us rice with half a sausage and a small piece of chicken (What is this? The starter? The main course? The side dish?) They don't explain anything, Then comes the meat (I must say it was excellent) with unlimited fries But I've barely finished my piece of meat… The waitress brings dessert… Still no choice It's lukewarm pineapple And that's the end of the meal For €45 per person!!!!! No atmosphere, unpleasant waitress Who's in a hurry to finish her shift In short, I don't recommend it

07/08/2026: Appalling! I ordered a McFlurry with M&Ms caramel, a McFlurry with a generous amount of sundae and hazelnut chocolate, and received it! When I asked for more, they told me to get lost, saying it was standard procedure. They charged me an extra 30 cents for the caramel topping, but there was no caramel, so I paid extra for nothing. Shameful! Thanks, McDonald's Les Arcs!

21/07/2026: Visited this bakery today: deplorable service. There was only one other customer in the bakery, but the saleswoman was more preoccupied with chatting with him than serving us, and this went on for several minutes. Again, that's not necessarily a huge deal in itself. She then started serving my colleague with a complete lack of courtesy. As for hygiene, forget it. And the quality, efficiency, and speed of the service were simply mediocre. Thinking my turn would finally come after about 15 minutes, I gestured for her to take me to the sandwich counter. She looked at me and signaled that she was coming. I turned around, and she started serving people who had arrived behind me. My colleague pointed this out to her, to which she replied, "You can wait two minutes." Well… indeed, I had forgotten to take my half-day off work to go to this bakery. Having to get back to work, I decided to leave. And then I heard her say aloud to her customer, "Oh dear, he can't wait, it's crazy!" A rather elderly, brunette saleswoman, who will probably recognize herself.

16/06/2026: The service was lacking. However, it's a clean and decent place to have a coffee. The quality of the pastries is acceptable.

31/05/2026: Uninteresting. Frozen croissants would be better; tradition doesn't really have any flavor. Try to spot the difference between the saleswoman and a prison door—it's harder than it looks.

09/08/2026: We came on a Sunday evening, it was incredibly busy, but the staff were attentive to each customer. The pizza dough was amazing, as was the tiramisu! We'll definitely be back! Thank you to the whole team!

07/08/2026: Hello, today the woman took it upon herself to mock a person with a disability. I find this deplorable. I spoke to her on the phone initially, and she said she never said that. Once I told her we all heard it and that she was recorded, she apologized. I find it shameful. I don't recommend this place, even though the pizzas are good. They really need to change their staff!

13/07/2026: No complaints. A nice little lunch break at 9 pm with the air conditioning on ☺️. Fresh and hot meal. Very clean dining room.

04/07/2026: Visited today, July 4th, 2026. The manager was unpleasant at 10:35 PM. I do not recommend this McDonald's because of its manager. It's a real shame.

16/06/2026: I have received my drive-through order several times in Farébersviller and for once I came across Naomi, a very nice, smiling and very helpful person!

16/05/2026: I've been doing my grocery shopping at the Leclerc in Farebersviller since it opened; however, this is the third or fourth time I've had to come back later because the order isn't ready, or rather, hasn't been delivered from Morsbach. This is becoming a real problem given the price of gas; if it continues, I'll go to a competitor. Furthermore, items are consistently missing from my orders, even though they were confirmed when I placed them online. These problems really need to be addressed. Anaïs THIEL
