05/10/2026: I never usually leave reviews, but I'm so disappointed... It had been a while since I'd been to the Columbus at Waves, and I used to go there regularly with pleasure. What a shock to see the lack of hygiene, especially on a Monday morning at 11 am when there were only two people there. The work surface was disgusting, and don't even get me started on the state of the tables, probably still covered in grime from Saturday night... The latte had gone downhill, the counter with its cutlery was filthy, and they only offered sugar. I thought there used to be more... Anyway, I'll go to a competitor next time...

07/09/2026: Honestly, this is getting ridiculous. The quantities have shrunk drastically while the prices remain just as high, if not more so. We're clearly getting much less for much more money. And the pasta is a disaster: dry, completely dry, tasteless, practically inedible. At this price, you'd expect something decent on your plate. In short, a huge drop in both quality and quantity. It's becoming a complete mess. Paying this much for this is over.

20/07/2026: Pizzeria with nice decor and service, however, the pizzas are almost burnt when cooked, which is a shame.

17/09/2026: My last order wasn't great, but having ordered from you several times before, I figured it might happen occasionally. This time, imagine my surprise when I opened the pizza box at home… The pizza was extremely sparsely topped. For a four-cheese pizza, I'm still looking for the four cheeses. Some areas were practically devoid of tomato sauce or toppings, with only very crispy crust. Even the mozzarella was so sparse that it had dried out and become crunchy in some places. It's a real shame and especially hard to understand: tomato sauce and mozzarella are, after all, the foundation of a pizza, especially when you order a four-cheese. Judging from the photos, the lack of toppings is quite telling. This time, the pizza was frankly awful. The most baffling thing is that a pizza prepared this way was still considered acceptable, packaged, and served to the customer. Very disappointed, especially since I had ordered from you several times before and knew you could do much better. However, the lady's welcome and the order-taking process remained, as always, impeccable.

28/07/2026: So disappointed...😵‍💫 The pizza was inedible...no toppings on it and really not good...just tomato sauce on the edge to make it look like it was good...it's the first time I haven't even given a rating because it's simply disgusting...excuse me, but I'm really disappointed...

27/09/2026: McDonald's, where the employees do their best to satisfy customers. A special shout-out to Nacera, who is very professional and goes the extra mile to make the customer happy. I go there regularly.

11/09/2026: A wonderful discovery last night. The meal was excellent, the cod was melt-in-your-mouth tender… the atmosphere was pleasant, and the waitress was attentive and very friendly. Don't hesitate to spend a pleasant evening there.

27/08/2026: The service was truly disappointing, both in the dining room and the kitchen. Depending on the dish chosen, you'll either be pleased or disappointed. Prices are excessive.

17/09/2026: Great restaurant in Longeville-lès-Saint-Avold! We had a wonderful time at Vice Versa. The staff is very pleasant and welcoming, and the service is impeccable. The dishes are delicious and generous, with a wide variety of choices to suit all tastes: appetizers, salads, burgers, meat, fish, pasta, and desserts. A perfect place to enjoy a good meal and a friendly atmosphere. The restaurant is also pleasant and welcoming, which adds a real plus to the experience. One small point to be aware of: the wait can sometimes be a little long, especially when the restaurant is busy. That said, the quality of the food and the service ensure a very positive experience. Overall, a very good restaurant in Longeville-lès-Saint-Avold if you're looking for a friendly place with generous portions and a varied menu. We'll gladly return!

07/09/2026: Dinner Saturday night with my wife, the welcome was very good. Impeccable service, but the next day there was a big problem. During the meal, I ordered steak tartare and apparently it wasn't very fresh... I got food poisoning... So, a bad experience...it doesn't make me want to go back.

08/08/2026: Good bakery, pastry shop, and chocolatier...very good bread and croissants...very good gluten-free bread... The owners could be a bit more friendly...

08/08/2026: I came to buy a baguette (a good one, by the way!) yesterday. I was greeted with a half-hearted "hello"... I asked for a second piece of paper to cover my baguette because I was going to the pool, and the waitress told me she'd charge me for it. What I thought was a joke turned out to be true when the bill arrived!!! 20 cents for a bag... seriously... I understand the reputation of this bakery in Thionville!!!

09/10/2026: The anchovy pizza was really bad...it sat heavy in my stomach until evening with reflux and a really bad aftertaste 🤮...it's the first time I haven't liked a Neapolitan pizza... Go buy your anchovies somewhere else 🤮

08/03/2026: I got sick after eating the meat and waiting 35 minutes for my main course. At the end, we were told we couldn't pay by card. In short, I won't be going back.

01/03/2026: What a disaster! It started right from the beginning… we ordered Moselle wine from the menu as an aperitif, and the waitress arrived with a Côtes de Gascogne, saying she was substituting it because they didn't have any Moselle wine. We refused and ordered another wine, despite her surprise… The scallop and morel risotto was on the menu. We ordered the dish. The waitress told us there wouldn't be scallops and morels with it, but prawns, because they couldn't afford to buy scallops and morels… An hour and a half later, the dish arrived, and we were told it was taking a long time because we hadn't ordered a starter… The dish was good, but nothing special. The service was catastrophic; the waitress didn't understand any of our requests. When it came time for dessert, we decided to refuse and give up. Oh well, so much for dessert. Why does the chef employ such unqualified staff in the dining room? And what about the dining room… the tables are chipped, the baseboards are falling off… And the final nail in the coffin… “Our card machine isn’t working, you have to pay in cash.” I won’t even mention that the cashier didn’t know how to do the bill and, more importantly, was just guessing at the prices. She didn’t have any change, she was just bartering. It was like something out of a comedy sketch 😂 and the other customers felt the same way.

28/06/2026: I regularly buy pastries, no complaints there, but your sandwiches are lacking in filling. The Mauricette sandwich with mortadella, which cost over 5 euros, was very dry, with almost nothing inside; I couldn't even finish it. Quite disappointed, it's a shame I didn't take a picture of the inside. That's not true, it didn't have everything you describe. Be honest, you couldn't even taste the mortadella. But if you say that's not true, I'm not going to argue with you.

15/06/2026: Lots of chocolate before Easter... Pastries and bread, good but nothing special

14/08/2026: After several attempts, the pizza wasn't great and the customer wasn't taken seriously... It was supposed to be 45 minutes, but the delivery took 2 and a half hours and required two follow-up calls! The same problem every time. I'll go elsewhere!
