The category of those "where it is good to eat": beautiful, elaborate and gourmet cuisine, delicately cooked dishes, with service worthy of the name. Bravo and long life to the “Good reception”. The best meal we enjoyed in France for a very long time, unhurried and superb!

13/08/2024: Had a great evening at La Garenne. The hosts were warm and welcoming, the food was delicious with many French favourites.
We dined in the garden which was perfect for a hot summer evening.
Highly recommended if you're in the beautiful Seven Valleys area.

30/08/2024: Nous avons passé un très bon moment et nous avons très bien mangé. Le menu à 29,50 € avec 4 choix d'entrées, de plats et de desserts. Nous avons goûté la soupe de poisson et le lieu et c'était délicieux. Bon choix de vins aussi et l'accueil était vraiment agréable.

19/10/2024: Regulars of this restaurant, we decide to return there today. We called at 12:55 p.m. to reserve a table, the reservation was confirmed. We make the drive (25 min), arriving there, we are told that they no longer have room because a “large” group had just arrived. Very disappointed not to have been warned and to have made the trip for nothing, since no solution. So one thing is certain and it’s a real shame, we won’t be coming anymore.

Friendly welcome. The service could have been a tad quicker, but it’s an excellent address. We will return with great pleasure ☺️
