05/03/2026: We ate on the ground floor, which had a real brasserie atmosphere. The service was quick and efficient (our head waiter was fantastic with his charming northern French accent). The food was very well prepared, with perfectly cooked vegetables and fish. Finally, a restaurant with real cotton napkins! I hate paper napkins! It was lovely! We'll definitely be back.
27/02/2026: Excellent meal, very professional service. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious. A must-visit when you're on the Opal Coast.

08/03/2026: I went to Salad&Co for the first time. The meal was decent, with a good selection of raw and dipped vegetables. The desserts were similar, with a variety of toppings for ice cream. The only downside was that the glasses weren't very clean. It would also be nice to have another dessert buffet so that customers are spread out between two buffets, like the main course buffet.

24/02/2026: After three or four visits to this restaurant, I can finally offer my opinion... The original decor is striking, the service has always been impeccable, and the cuisine exceptional... You can't go wrong with the daily special. Whether it's meat or fish, the cooking, the side dishes, and the presentation have always delighted us!
The kitchen team produces excellent dishes. In my opinion, this establishment is one of the best restaurants in Saint-Omer!

The service is impeccable, discreet, and quick. On the window, you'll see numerous badges: Gault & Millau, Michelin, Petit Futé, and my personal favorite, the Guide du Routard!

The egg with oyster mushrooms and the country terrine were excellent!
The marbled rib-eye steak was enough for four people to share between two!
The profiteroles were to die for!

02/03/2026: Excellent time! In a pleasant, warm setting with original decor, we were able to choose from a menu of 5 very different dishes, all homemade with excellent seasonal produce! A very enjoyable time spent with friends! We'll definitely be back! Quality at a fair price ☀️👍
