17/09/2026: Help, the waitresses! They're awful—unpleasant, even sour—and only smile when they feel like it, with whomever they want. And don't even get me started on their condescending attitude towards some customers 😰 I should clarify that I wasn't personally affected, but I noticed it with other customers, particularly a group of three young men who bore the brunt of it. The old "Hall9" team is sorely missed in Tassin.

15/09/2026: Horrible. A dreadful experience. I've never been treated so badly. One of the waitresses was awful: she was putting things away right behind me without any regard for the inconvenience, to the point that I had to move. Strangely, it all stopped immediately. Later, in the restroom, she pushed me as she passed. Such a lack of respect is unacceptable. I came for a coffee, not to have to put up with the staff's bad mood. If welcoming customers is such a chore, then they seriously need to reconsider their place in the restaurant industry. No professionalism, no sense of service. A huge disappointment.

03/09/2026: Nestled beside the Saint-Nizier church, in the shade of a venerable, century-old plane tree, lies "Le Comptoir Saint-Nizier," a peaceful neighborhood bistro, a lovely place to enjoy the fresh air, if it weren't for the constant roar of a few noisy two-wheelers in the street. It's as if the city of Lyon, having become eco-conscious by default, hasn't considered this issue and found a practical solution... But never mind, politics aside, we'll settle in comfortably for lunch here, enjoying a hearty and delicious Croque-madame that will surely satisfy the palate, body, and soul ❤️. As for the mind, it will be delighted—in moderation, of course—by the fabulous terroir of the Côtes du Rhône, where the Syrah grape variety flourishes divinely, in a glass of A wine that embodies the symbolism of the union of the Earth's bounty and the combined labor of women and men, a wine to be savored with pleasure and respect, this marvelous nectar... Coffee will follow, as the magnificence of the dish prevents us from also enjoying the famous Tarte Tatin so delicately offered. We will certainly honor it another day, for this "Comptoir Saint-Nizier," with its warm welcome, is already extending a hand...

23/08/2026: I discovered this place thanks to my family. It was difficult to find a good pizzeria in the area, but this one definitely ticks a lot of boxes: a warm welcome and pizzas with excellent value for money. The only slight drawback is that during busy periods, the wait time and noise level in the dining room can be a bit off-putting. It's still a great place that I highly recommend!

06/08/2026: Absolutely terrible. I ordered a pastry, and it was just three dense, bland blocks of sugar stacked on top of each other. I removed the block that was supposed to be cream, because I thought it was the one ruining the others. And no, it was the worst of the three, but the others were still pretty bad. It tasted like something from a military ration. Considering the price, it's a real rip-off!

11/03/2026: Beware of this grocery store; they don't respect hygiene. Once, I bought bread and found it had already been opened and was missing a piece. They also take advantage of customers to overcharge if they're not careful. Avoid it.

04/01/2026: I had a package from the post office delivered to this pickup point, even though it wasn't where I'd requested it. What a nasty surprise! The service was appalling. The man with glasses was incredibly rude. He refused to give me my package, even though I had my partner's ID. Even his colleagues seemed exasperated with him and were practically telling him to stop making a fuss and just give me the package. He even started getting aggressive, so I decided to leave before things escalated. I absolutely do not recommend this place; it didn't make me want to try their food at all... If you're bothered by using a pickup point, don't.

12/07/2026: Since our usual restaurant was closed, we decided to try this one next door. Unfortunately, the pho didn't really taste like pho; the broth was mostly salty, lacking the depth of flavor we expected. We ordered a small bowl for our first experience, and luckily we did, because we would have regretted ordering the large size. It's a shame; we weren't impressed.

25/06/2026: Delicious Vietnamese beef soup, bursting with flavor. The homemade spring rolls were excellent, crispy, and generously filled. A huge thank you to the lady who served us; she was incredibly kind and attentive. We had a wonderful time in a warm, calm, and friendly atmosphere. A truly great find; we will gladly return very soon!

30/06/2026: Avoid this place at all costs; the service is appalling! Long waits. There are seats available on the terrace, but they're reserved for groups of four or more. The staff are extremely unfriendly.
