29/08/2026: The pizzas could be good, but the friendliness of the woman taking the orders is simply appalling and leaves a bad taste in the mouth. Friendliness is clearly not one of their strong suits. And unfortunately, this wasn't just a one-off experience. This comment was made to this woman every time, as recently as yesterday.

21/08/2026: Hello, the cook wasn't very nice; she works alone and asks for tips at the till. It's unbelievable.

16/08/2026: I first came to this place when I was a teenager in high school (it was a long time ago!), and I went back a while ago with my son. To my great surprise, the owner is still the same! He recognized me after all these years, we chatted, and he even gave me some fries! I recommend this kebab shop for its friendly service, quality food, and longevity—because, as you know, a kebab doesn't last long.

31/12/2025: What is this inedible chocolate ice cream?? I took a teaspoon of ice cream and immediately spat it out! How can you make ice cream that bad? Even the worst store-bought ice cream at 15 cents for a 35-pack is better

31/12/2025: 6 euros for a "hot chocolate" that turned out to be cocoa powder diluted in milk, served in cardboard cups. And it was so diluted it was more white than brown. This is extremely disappointing for an ice cream parlor, especially considering the price.

30/08/2026: Inflation has clearly affected apples too… to the point of making them disappear. This morning, my friend went to PAUL to buy pastries. Two baskets of doughnuts were on display, one with a beautiful "apple" label and, of course, the price tag to match. So he ordered four of those in addition to four chocolate ones. At the checkout, in a kind gesture, they offered him two more at a discount. Thank you, PAUL! Back home, he opened his haul and, lo and behold, a miracle. Five plain doughnuts. Not an apple. Not a single piece. Not even a faint trace of applesauce. So yes, it's hot. Very hot. Perhaps the apples suffered from the heatwave and decided to take a break. We respect that. However, their price was very much present. The plain doughnuts were charged at the same price as the apple doughnuts. The apple has thus become a concept. Invisible in the doughnut, but perfectly visible on the receipt. And since we're talking about a premium experience, no bag was offered. When asked for one, "It'll be 10 cents." So we would have preferred a slightly different arrangement. Two fewer doughnuts, the four apples we actually paid for extra, and perhaps a bag to take everything home.

29/08/2026: I ordered a medium latte, but it was tiny—almost a small! Where's the milk? This has happened several times now. You're supposed to get a more generous amount of coffee when you eat in. It's ridiculous.

22/09/2026: I was very disappointed by my experience at this café-restaurant. The manager's welcome was disrespectful to customers. A clear lack of professionalism completely ruined the experience. Service and business require a minimum level of courtesy.

05/09/2026: A fantastic evening at Les Marmottes restaurant! The Savoyard fondue was excellent, and the all-you-can-eat raclette was absolutely divine 😍 A must-visit for any self-respecting Marmotte 😁

09/07/2026: I made a reservation online, called several times without an answer, only to find out the restaurant is closed, even though it's listed as open on Google Maps. It's like playing Russian roulette. There's no information about the closure anywhere.

06/08/2026: We were just passing through and decided to go in because the website indicated OPEN, even though it was closed for the entire month of August. Please update this information on your website.

19/09/2026: The service was a disaster. I was refused a table on the terrace in the middle of summer because I was wearing shorts… For a café in Lyon, that's incomprehensible! And when the owner, Olivier Farissier, replied, "Well, buy some clothes and come back and sit down," it was frankly contemptuous. An establishment can have its rules, but that doesn't excuse them from speaking properly to their customers. There was absolutely no sense of hospitality or business etiquette in this exchange. An unacceptable experience that makes me have absolutely no desire to return.

27/08/2026: I ordered takeout. A dish with stir-fried noodles and caramel chicken. The noodles were dry and not very tasty, and honestly, I don't know what kind of chicken it was, but it didn't look like chicken at all. Or maybe it was leftover fat and cartilage. Avoid it!

23/08/2026: We went twice for the "unlimited" option, and both times it was ENDLESS... We had to wait at least 45 minutes for our food, and that was on both occasions. The food itself is good, but we ended up spending 3 hours there for just two tablet orders out of a possible 5 😅

30/11/2025: We organized a family birthday celebration with about twenty people. We received a wonderful welcome. The food and wines were exquisite and of excellent quality. I highly recommend it.

27/11/2025: The wait and service were far from commensurate with the price. It took an hour between arrival and being served. The dishes were tasty but not filling.

13/04/2026: Magnificent space, I recommend it a thousand times over, even ten thousand times if not more. Everything is beautiful: the owners, the service, the food, the atmosphere, and it's only 2 minutes from the train station. Bravo to La Pause Gourmande! Zyad lives up to its name. 25/08/2026: Unfortunately, we were rather disappointed. The meat looked very juicy and delicious at first glance, but it wasn't cooked through properly and also had a somewhat strange smell, which I think came from the wood. The salad dressing also didn't impress us. The fries were really the only thing that was okay. The restroom wasn't clean either. The woman at the front of the house seemed welcoming, but the service lacked the necessary attention. The restaurant was completely empty, which made the visit feel a bit odd. The ambiance was modern, but overall, I wouldn't recommend it.
