14/07/2026: Terrible service from the cashier! He flirts with female customers and is completely unfazed when he realizes he can't make any money. A serious lack of professionalism. The food itself is basic, nothing special. They need to change the staff...

19/06/2026: I was very disappointed with my experience at this snack bar. The prices displayed on the board did not match the amount I was charged at the till. When I asked for a receipt, some items were listed that I had never received. When I asked for an explanation, I was told that a €1.50 surcharge was applied after midnight, but this information did not appear to be clearly displayed. I recommend that customers carefully check the prices and their receipt before paying.

12/07/2026: My son and his friends were turned away even though they had paid €20 per person for the reservations (there were six of them). It just goes to show how they make a living by ripping off young people. Well done to the bouncers!

11/07/2026: Honestly, very disappointed. I've been to Azar several times as a VIP, and the reputation doesn't lie—it's awful. Between minors being allowed in and the fact that I booked a VIP pass only to find it closed... It's a real disgrace; this place lives up to its reputation. Disappointed!

29/06/2026: The service was a nightmare! The waitress who was supposed to work across the hall (same owner) did nothing but complain. Not a single bottle of water was placed on the table before a 20-minute wait (in the sweltering heat) – we had to ask her for it! Another waiter, full of manners, came to replace her, argued with the cooks, and made an unbelievable amount of noise clearing the tables… it was like a caricature of a sitcom.

01/04/2026: Good quality fries. Not those soggy things you get at McDonald's or some other mediocre restaurants. The sandwich was generously filled. I think I misspoke when ordering; I was expecting a sandwich in a kebab bread, but I ended up with a long roll. Otherwise, the order was quick to arrive, and it was properly filled with meat, even with the vegetables. The products looked fresh. The Google reviews are all over the place. The best thing is to try it yourself. I did, and I'll be back.

13/05/2026: A very bad experience at this restaurant on May 7th. There were four of us. After a long wait, our order was taken. After 15 minutes, we were told there was no salmon, and then another 15 minutes later, that there was no tuna for my seared tuna salad (a delivery problem). Unbelievable for a seafood restaurant! My son, who had ordered a medium-rare ribeye steak, ended up with a rare one that they had to recook for him. Unfortunately, considering the price (€25), the quality is lacking (my husband is a chef). In short, we were very disappointed and didn't even want to order dessert. We were kindly offered a plate of calamari for €7 as compensation for these inconveniences, while they charged me €17 for my Caesar salad (which normally costs €14 as a replacement for the seared tuna salad), hence a €5 discount. Truly magnanimous. The final blow was telling us they were permanently closing the restaurant at the end of the month: perhaps a good thing for this chain. Because currently, it's a disgrace for this brand, which we're used to frequenting in France.

23/04/2026: The rooms are fairly modest but equipped with all modern comforts, ideally located with parking right outside the door. The restaurant is good, and the service is pleasant and professional. A full breakfast is included. Ideal for travelers passing through, close to the motorway exit.

07/05/2026: I've been here several times to buy pastries and viennoiseries, and each time there are mistakes in the order, mix-ups, and omissions. I won't be going back.

21/05/2026: When we arrived we were greeted by a man who I assume was the owner, who promptly brought a bowl of shredded cabbage with chives and vinegar to nibble on. We ordered steak frites and was given a hamburger patty. Not really sure what I was charged for since there was no ticket, only the credit card machine with a total was presented. People inside seemed shocked to have non-locals eating here, and there was a lot of gawking and whispering going on. The man I assume was the owner was nice, and the hamburger patty wasn't bad, but I never felt comfortable here. Mildly average.

08/06/2026: I ordered a Loubia and, God forbid, it's really not great! It looked more like a vegetable garden than a Loubia... I'll leave the picture in the comments.
