20/09/2024: This Burger King never has anything new! It's really a shame

20/09/2024: My god, a rotten organization... Change your staff, the customer wait is endless... Cashiers don't know how to cash. Train them too!!! A 3 on a box for the same note. Dropping more than 30 balls for 2, with fries that seem to be frozen, this Burger King is far from being up to what we know... Each time, we hope that it will be better than the last time, but in fact, it doesn't change. So for our part, it's over, we won't set foot here again...

02/09/2024: Pizzeria tested for the first time this week. We were surprised by the number of pizzas offered on the menu. Here, the team is efficient, and ensures orders with a high throughput of customers, while offering a quality welcome. Closed by hygiene, let's hope they will do what is necessary to respect customers.

20/09/2024: Le burger à 17 € (très cher mais bon on se dit que cela vaut le coup) est le pire burger que j'ai eu à manger depuis des années. Un burger à 5 e chez McDo est juste meilleur. Pain médiocre, poulet mal cuit, viande insipide, sauce et fromage sans goût. Les frites étaient correctes, c'est déjà ça. Le service est très désagréable et on a l'impression d'être leur copain et pas des clients qui attendent un produit et un service de qualité quand on prend un burger à 17€. A éviter à tout prix. Allez à MacDpo ou manger un sandwitch basique, vous n'aurez pas à dépenser 17€ et vous n'aurez oas à digérer ce mauvais burger toute la soirée comme ce fut mon cas...

24/06/2024: Very nice restaurant, very pleasant staff. Family meal, selected dishes: salad with salmon and shrimp gravlax, chicken tenders, rump steak. Everything was very good, very well presented. Fresh products. And a reasonable price. I recommend.

03/09/2024: First we forgot the wine we ordered and then it was no longer available. There was food on the table before the drinks. Water only came after repeated requests. The Cesar salad was incomplete and not dressed. Pepper and salt on request. Service pompous, but unfortunately not good.

13/09/2024: Horrible experience overall. Hotel check-in times are until 11PM, and check-ins after this time require a phone call in advance. I did call them, and they promised to send details on how to get into the hotel. They did not. I arrived at the property past midnight, the door was locked and their emergency contact number did not work, I was forced to spend a night outside (in a somewhat dodgy looking neighboorhood at 1AM). Staff were kind once they opened but the level of incompetence is unbelievable. The rooms had air conditioning, except on the nights the manager turned it off for the entire building. No refrigirator, no safe, no pot in the room. Doors and wall on the thinner side with doors and pipes being heard quite loudly. Toileteries that I left on the sink was thrown away, never had such issues in other hotels. The options to eat around are a bit limited in variety. The hotel restaurant doesnt open on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.

16/06/2024: We came to this hotel for the Rammstein concert Easy booking, very reasonable price, well located! A caring staff! Very professional, attentive to customers. Incomparable cleanliness in common areas and in the rooms. I highly recommend this hotel! Bravo to you and thank you for your warm welcome
