03/02/2026: It all started with a birthday gift from the Confluence shopping center. I decided to try the Vapiano restaurant. What a treat! I received a very warm welcome (from the blue-eyed waiter); He didn't hesitate to suggest a different dish than the one I had chosen—kudos for his professionalism! The restaurant's atmosphere is superb, with great background music. I really want to thank him for his kind gesture at the end of my meal, which made the experience truly special. I highly recommend it!

01/02/2026: An extremely disappointing experience on every level. The food arrived barely lukewarm: undercooked pasta, bland, tasteless pizzas. There was no skill in the kitchen, and no enjoyment in eating. The service was incomprehensibly slow, especially since the restaurant requires ordering via QR code and payment before being served, ostensibly to save time. Given the poor quality of the meal, one wonders if this system isn't simply a way to avoid complaints or prevent customers from leaving without paying. Drinks are advertised as available on the app, but then suddenly become unavailable once the order is placed. For children, the syrup cups were sticky and served without any care. As for family-friendly options, it was a complete failure: all the tables were high, but the high chairs weren't the right height, making the meal uncomfortable and unsafe. And only three high chairs for a full restaurant speaks volumes about the consideration given to families. The desserts are just like everything else: tasteless, poorly executed, and underwhelming. To top it all off, the value for money is simply shameful considering the service offered. This establishment is poorly managed and disorganized, with no regard for quality or customer comfort. It's an address that charges a premium for a mediocre experience and is clearly not worth the trip.

30/07/2026: The staff were extremely rude. They claimed they had stopped serving five minutes earlier, but then continued serving other customers. We were the only ones turned away, and we believe it was because we didn’t speak French. This was a very disappointing experience, and we did not feel welcome.

20/07/2026: By family tradition, I used to stop by Rue des Archers in Lyon to buy quenelles and a Rosette sausage. Two weeks ago, I bought a Rosette, but I was very disappointed. I don't know if it's just a temporary issue, but the shop is well-refrigerated, or if there's been a change in quality. I won't be stopping there again because the saying about Reynon being good was wrong, but not this time... The fat and the Rosette had a rancid taste... and there was too much fat. The pepper must be too expensive now.

04/09/2026: We placed an order on their website for click and collect. Once we arrived, there was no order; it seemed the platform had glitched, which is understandable. I asked the server if he wanted to see my order, and he said no, that he had already retrieved it. We waited another 15 minutes (the order had been placed over an hour earlier). Once we finally got our order, we rushed out without checking: we had ordered two Thai donuts and received two bobuns. We were quite disappointed with how the evening went, and I don't think we'll order from them again, despite being loyal customers for years.

13/08/2026: The bobun was good but lacked flavor (no cilantro, mint, or sauce). The waitress was smiling and friendly. However, as I told her, I was disappointed with the dessert.

30/03/2026: Good restaurant near businesses, so it's perfect for a weekday lunch. The meat is good, although the menu is limited. But it meets expectations for speed and convenience. I recommend it.

31/03/2026: I often get takeaway coffees; I highly recommend the mocha and the roasted hazelnut latte. The servers are always smiling and friendly. They also give good advice when buying coffee and know their products well.

08/09/2026: So we twisted our ankles on the way out because it's not well lit and there's a step, and the bouncer only has two phrases: "You're either in or you're out" and "Once you leave, you're not allowed." Being human and asking how we are isn't too much to ask, I think. A very nice place with pleasant bartenders inside, but an awful bouncer. It doesn't make you want to come back. Giving it zero stars isn't possible, so…

16/07/2026: Unacceptable! We waited from 11:50 to 12:20 in front of the counter, but there was no one there. The security guards also started looking for employees. We were far from the only ones, and we all left! Unacceptable and incompetent.

31/07/2026: The manager can't answer simple questions in English, the baguettes are placed next to the toilets, and there are no croissants left by 10 a.m. Is this really a French café?

27/08/2026: A very good kebab that I ate a lot after nights out, as it's open very late. Never disappointed, it does what a kebab should do, which is to say, fill you up before bed. The location next to the tram stop is also very convenient.

29/08/2026: Unacceptable management and customer service: Initial reservation for Thursday evening. My wife spoke to them three times on the phone and was verbally told the reservation had been moved to Friday evening. I subsequently tried to contact them over 20 times without success, even though the establishment requires online reservations and credit card authorization. As a result, upon arriving on Friday at the agreed and confirmed time, the reservation had simply not been honored. Our wedding anniversary was completely ruined by such administrative incompetence. A disgrace for an establishment of this standing. I will NEVER set foot in this restaurant or the neighboring bar again.

28/08/2026: A particularly disappointing experience at the Miraflores restaurant. I had made a reservation to celebrate my wedding anniversary, an important date for us. However, upon arrival, the restaurant refused us entry because our reservation had clearly not been registered. Beyond the mistake itself, we were very disappointed by the reception and the lack of any solution offered. Such a lack of consideration is hardly acceptable, especially for such a special occasion. This situation unfortunately ruined what we hoped would be a memorable evening.

02/07/2026: The meal was efficient and high-quality, no complaints whatsoever! The bartender was very friendly, as was the waiter, who were both welcoming and professional. A special mention goes to the bartender and his floral shirt, which immediately set the mood and made you want to go on vacation! We had a wonderful time. I highly recommend this establishment.

17/04/2026: Great experience at the Vaulx-en-Velin racecourse. The place is pleasant and well-organized for watching the races. The atmosphere is friendly, and you'll have a good time, whether with family or friends. A fun outing to do in the area.
