24/01/2026: We've been sharing this place regularly with colleagues for the past five years. Tonight, for being 12 minutes late leaving, the waiter started talking about himself, saying he wanted to go home and get some sleep to be rested for tomorrow. He was pushy, even disrespectful. He told me that given my job, I should understand, that I'd been talking about my job all evening and that I should seek help... My conversation with my friends wasn't supposed to involve the staff. We were at our table, we were all very respectful of both the place and the staff, and we enjoyed our drinks and food. I will never set foot in this place again, despite its good points. Staff recruitment is crucial when you choose to work in the service industry, and I worked in quite a bit of it during my studies.

28/01/2026: This Ninkasi was a bit below my usual fare (this is my third visit in six months). The overall atmosphere is hard to describe, but pretty good! The food and ingredients are always high quality. The drinks were excellent (beer and more), although tonight the beer was so cold I had to use the paper napkins to hold the glass and sipped it in tiny sips (in January, with it being 2 degrees outside, I think you have to be a bit more careful about the temperature of your drinks). The service was friendly and efficient despite the rapid turnover of servers. But the "Snow Patrol" burger of the moment and the Tatin Spirit are enough to make me say I'll be back again.

12/02/2026: Excellent calf's head. Good wine selection. Friendly welcome and reasonable prices. Service in keeping with the tradition of traditional bouchon restaurants!

11/02/2026: The andouillette gratin was too small and missing its key ingredient: the andouillette sausage itself. A shame, as it was expensive. The pâté en croûte and pâté de campagne were very good. The wine cellar was well-stocked.

30/01/2026: The place is located in a pretty little village, the welcome is warm and you immediately feel at home. The menu is decent and the food is good. I recommend it. It would have earned a fifth star if the main course had been a bit more generous, but perhaps I'm just too greedy 😁

15/01/2026: A lovely experience for me; I really enjoyed the food, which was very good, and the quenelles were generously served. This wasn't the case for everyone at my table; there were about ten of us! The atmosphere was good, but a bit noisy. Kudos to the service, though—very welcoming, cheerful, and smiling.

10/12/2025: We had a very pleasant time at this establishment. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The portions were well-balanced, allowing us to fully appreciate the three courses on the menu, and the food was of high quality. We weren't as impressed with the dessert, but special mention goes to the butternut squash soup and the pulled pork. We highly recommend it.

27/11/2025: We had a lovely time at lunchtime during our weekday meal in a small group. The food was good and plentiful. The owner (I assume) served us well and gave us advice in the Corsican style. I recommend it and will return if I'm in the area.

13/11/2025: Best Italian restaurant in Lyon! Excellent value for money, the food is superb and the service is warm and welcoming – you can go there without hesitation! Special mention for the Arancini, with recipes that change often but have never disappointed me!
