01/06/2026: We chose this hotel because we are loyal to Logis hotels when they are located near our stay. We were very happy with this hotel; it's charming, clean, quiet, and has very comfortable beds. We were delighted with the very helpful staff (Fabien, Sara, Jade, and all the others whose names we don't know). And the owner, Laurence, is also very friendly, truly! Everything went superbly, from booking to departure. In addition, the food is very good (on the large and beautiful terrace). But the indoor dining room is also very pleasant. We'll be back next time. The private parking, although not gated, is secure and reassuring.

13/05/2026: Delicious restaurant with wonderful specialties on the menu: andouillettes, frogs' legs, chicken fricassee, praline French toast, Pic Saint Loup cheese… something to please everyone, in a beautiful room blending modern and medieval styles, all served with a smile and professionalism… highly recommended and definitely worth a visit again.

02/09/2026: Very disappointed… We were at the restaurant for a friend's birthday. I had asked for a simple candle on her dessert, but they refused because of the fire risk, which I can understand. They then offered me a small lantern with music so we could still sing. I accepted and even repeated the request, but nothing was done… What a shame, especially for a birthday. I wouldn't really recommend this place for this kind of occasion. The crème brûlée was grainy, so that needs improvement too.

11/09/2026: Food was good but unfortunately my girlfriend got food poisoning from it and was throwing up all night after. We think it was from the veal or the escargot soup since we shared everything else that day and I did not get sick.

11/09/2026: Excellent, impeccable service 👌, the cuisine was refined and truly delicious. Just one small minor point: we ordered the 7-course tasting menu, which was very, very good, BUT we would have liked a bit more pork! We'll be back soon!

03/09/2026: It's always a pleasure for the taste buds to come to this restaurant: the portions are generous, the dishes are good and fresh, there were 8 of us enjoying a delicious meal (as on previous occasions).

06/05/2026: My business partner and I stumbled upon this place and were pleasantly surprised. The Reine pizza was delicious, and the daily special was excellent too. The waitress was very friendly. A great find!

29/08/2026: Overall, the experience was positive; the cruise was enjoyable, as were the food and service. A minor drawback during our last visit was that the lock passage took longer than expected, meaning we only had 20 minutes of free time in Neuville-sur-Saône instead of the usual 45 minutes. In other words, you shouldn't stray too far from the boat! Regarding the food, the dishes were listed as a side dish with mashed potatoes, but no one received any, which is a shame considering the set menu and the number of customers known in advance! When we inquired about this omission, we were told there were "supply problems." Passing by the kitchen, we saw two magnificent gastronorm trays of potatoes—what are we to make of that?! It's a shame, but the experience is still worthwhile.

18/08/2026: We've known this restaurant since it opened, but lately, while the food is still decent, even good, the service has been increasingly disappointing. Do the servers (men and women) enjoy their work? We doubt it. It's a shame, as it really spoils our enjoyment. Since this is the second or third time we've encountered this problem, we're wondering if we'll go back. Here are three examples among many: 1. My wife ordered a bottle of water and I ordered a beer. The beer arrived, but not the water. I had to get up to ask for it. It finally arrived, but the server brought it to us looking visibly annoyed. 2. Another example: we ordered three dishes for the two of us and specified that we wanted all three served at the same time. After complaining, when the third dish arrived, we had almost finished the first two. Too bad, as it was meant to be a side dish. 3. And finally, when we complained to a waitress, she took it badly. I hope the management of the Panasia reads this review and takes it into account. They should be wary; the Mexican restaurant just downstairs has very friendly waiters, and the food, in its own way, isn't bad either.
