01/12/2025: We celebrated my husband's birthday at this Michelin-starred restaurant, expecting an exceptional dining experience. Unfortunately, the food fell short of our expectations. While the presentation was visually stunning, it seemed the chef prioritized aesthetics over flavor. We encountered strange flavor combinations, dishes that were under-seasoned, and a lack of texture and depth that left us disappointed. On a positive note, the staff were attentive and friendly, which added a nice touch to our experience. However, the food did not align with what we anticipated from a Michelin-starred establishment. We opted for the four-course menu, and I’m thankful we didn’t choose the six courses, as we would have struggled to finish. Additionally, the ambiance could use improvement; the lighting was overly bright, and the artwork felt out of place. Overall, we were not satisfied with our experience, and I regret choosing this restaurant for such a special occasion.

19/10/2025: Very disappointing. As for Michelin star restaurant we expected way more. Food is okay, but just mediocre, nothing special - especially comparing to other restaurants around (like Prairial - no comparison). Atmosphere is crowded, overwhelming, feels like very commercial place. No intimacy. It’s loud - talking from other tables resonates as well as the cutlery sound. Music is somewhere in background - silent and random. Place is probably understaffed. Water was refilled after 2h. Sommelier did not notice empty wine glass, did not offer anything. He came after calling that glass is empty. Generally - in our opinion they lost their uniqueness and cater to quantity, complete loss of quality.

06/01/2026: I went to Bouchon Léa with friends and it was a fantastic experience. The food was hearty and delicious, prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients, in the purest tradition of a Lyonnais bouchon. The atmosphere was friendly and the time was very pleasant. Be sure to book ahead, it's a very popular spot—and it's easy to see why!

08/02/2026: Best bibimbap in Lyon. Excellent, you can really taste the flavors of Korea. The only downside is that it's quite expensive, unfortunately.

01/10/2024: The Midi midnight brasserie in the Confluence district offers classic but quality cuisine. The service is fast, efficient and smiling. I was able to taste a beef tartare which was of excellent quality accompanied by fries. To avoid spoiling anything, the waiter offered us a free Shooter, I wholeheartedly recommend it.

14/11/2025: The service is quick and attentive. The pizzas are excellent, the salmon pasta delicious and generous. The food is fast and very good. Reasonable prices. We are regulars.

12/12/2025: Twice now they've "forgotten" to include part of the ordered meal. Once they forgot the fries, the other time they forgot a nugget. It's a shame because the food is good quality.

31/01/2026: My husband and I visited this lovely restaurant for dinner. Like another reviewer commented, it seemed like an episode of "Cheers" because everyone greeted one another with smiles and hugs. The staff contributed to the sense of friendliness and were so welcoming. We were impressed at the menu: it wasn't too big to make it hard to choose, but it still had good variety. My husband is a vegetarian, and they didn't have a vegetarian options for the main dish so they made one of the starters as an larger portion. And it was so yummy: ravioli with goat cheese and tomatoes with a light, lemony white wine sauce. The review will not be complete without mentioning our server Adrien. He was the perfect balance of professional and fun, very attentive and anticipated our needs. I joked he was a mind-reader. His English was perfect, but he spoke French with us and was patient with our attempts to speak. I could go on and on, but suffice it to say, if you find yourself in the Crois Rousse neighborhood of Lyon, this little restaurant is worth a visit. Bon appétit!

25/11/2025: Third visit, and just as incredible as the first! A delicious meal at a very reasonable price. This is truly exceptional cuisine. We loved the half-open door, the cozy interior, the ever-vibrant owner, and the radiant waitress. Thank you for this magical moment!
