21/08/2026: This time I only had one pizza, but the crust was excellent and the toppings were very good. A great find, especially since I've lived in the neighborhood for six years and had been hesitating to eat there for a while.

24/07/2026: I was greeted by a young woman who gave me excellent advice. I came for a rosé, but I left with a white! A very enjoyable aperitif, paired with a Domaine Tariquet. Thank you for the recommendation and the wonderful discovery.

09/06/2026: Incredible Pizza Nera... Incredible service... An unexpected Sunday lunch turned wonderful. It had been a long time since I'd eaten such a good pizza; the crust was incredibly easy to digest, and the toppings were delicate and just right. I can't wait to go back and try their daily specials, like the eggplant parmigiana.

03/09/2026: We ordered the traditional mâchon, for two. It's far too much if you don't have American-sized appetites. You either waste food or you burst. We chose not to waste anything, and the appetizers and the main course were delicious. But everything went downhill with the small Saint-Marcellin dish. It was a mistake in the menu's design. At this point, nothing else worked, and it was inappropriate. This cheese is very flavorful and would have been excellent under different circumstances. Then came dessert… a final disaster, and it's a real shame. The floating island is actually made of whipped egg whites in a custard. It's enormous, tasteless, and hides the best part inside: the pralines. The honey madeleine, on the other hand, is wonderful. It alone would have been enough to finish the meal. In short, order à la carte: you'll enjoy the experience much more.

16/08/2026: A traditional French boulangerie at the heart of Lyon's old town. Tried many of the foods but the ones that stand out are the croissant, the pain au chocolat and the ficelle.

16/08/2026: A boulangerie that's a great stop to see something unique and try a traditional dessert. We might say it's beautiful and delicious, but in the end, it's a block of butter with sugared almonds. Good, but personally, I prefer something else. That said, as a tourist stop, I think it deserves an 8 out of 10.
