13/01/2026: I happened to be passing by and bought a galette des rois (king cake). They said it was good but expensive, the service was deplorable, no smiles, extremely unpleasant. Perhaps they should consider changing careers!
10/01/2026: Special mention goes to their specialty breads and their custard tart; my current favorite is the pistachio tart, which is neither cloying nor overly sweet. The staff is always smiling and welcoming.

26/09/2025: The waiter was extremely rude from the start. At one point he told me in a very rude way I had to move outside cause he needed my table for people that will eat lunch. I totally understand the need but they should have informed me before and for sure be polite about it. Also, the Coca Cola is 4.5€ definitely not worth it with this service. Not coming back for sure.

22/01/2026: Good evening, I came to eat this evening, Thursday, January 22nd, at 7 pm. I ordered a fish menu, but I was disappointed. The fries were the bottom of the basket; I didn't eat them. As I was leaving, I mentioned this to a dark-haired gentleman with glasses who was on duty, but he didn't respond or apologize, nor did he offer to replace them, which is mandatory. I asked him to put my drink on the go, which he did. As I was leaving, I said goodbye, but he didn't reply. I insisted, and he responded in a cold tone: no thank you, no goodbye. I don't understand this person's attitude and hope he isn't the manager. It's a bad example for the team, which I found to be good. I'm not even mentioning his coldness; he didn't smile or anything. If this person recognizes himself, I hope he doesn't repeat the same behavior. I've read the reviews, which unfortunately aren't favorable. Mr. Manager, please brief the employees who don't know how to manage and understand that first impressions are everything. This is how you lose customers. It's a shame for someone like him; word of mouth isn't going to be great...
14/01/2026: AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! I arrived at 10 PM to order: none of the kiosks were working. Several customers arrived and left immediately because no one had an answer as to why it was impossible to order… Unbelievable! I decided to order click and collect, which took much longer because I also needed the kiosks to scan the QR code. The employees are constantly rushing; the company really needs to hire more staff! The place is filthy (like nothing I've ever seen in other restaurants), dust everywhere, especially around the checkout area, sticky floor—in short, a disaster. Then came the order: having ordered the cheese fries and bacon, I received (see photo) 15 fries, bacon grease, and… no cheese… Interesting! There was a hair in my cup. The jalapeno sandwich had… one jalapeno, and half the filling was missing (e.g., bacon). And of course, all this for an exorbitant price! I know it's McDonald's, but still, as a customer, you get the feeling you're being mocked and ripped off... In short, avoid it! If you want another fast-food place, go a little further; it will be much more worthwhile than this joke!

17/01/2026: Let's start with the positives: the cashier was incredibly kind. His colleague who cleared the trays was also very helpful; thank you to them both, they were very welcoming. We exchanged New Year's greetings, which was really lovely to be greeted like that. It's thanks to them that I gave it 3 stars. Unpleasant points: the wait staff was very unpleasant. In particular, the woman who was in charge of the upstairs dining room. We had been waiting upstairs for over 10 minutes because the fish fingers weren't ready. The cook told us to wait and come back once they were cooked. There were no more seats downstairs, so we took a seat upstairs. The dining room wasn't locked. While my partner was asking me for help carrying the plates upstairs (we were two adults with a child), the employee, a woman in her fifties with short hair, told me to go back downstairs because the dining room was locked. Sure enough, while I was going down to help my husband, I saw a trolley in front of the stairs. I told her we'd been there for over 10 minutes (she saw us coming up, by the way), and I explained the situation. She replied aggressively, "It was open earlier, but now it's closed, so you'll have to come down." So I went downstairs with the plate, and we waited for a seat to become available, plates in hand... Once we found a seat downstairs next to the children's play area, it was impossible to talk because of the hammer game. The children were banging on it; it was truly unbearable to eat with that noise in your ears. Perhaps they should consider replacing the game with something else, as the banging noise while eating is awful. Several customers were complaining. A second employee, a man who clears tables, had a cold stare and didn't respond when we spoke to him. Was it antipathy or a disability/disability status? In the second case, it's understandable, but if you don't know this, you risk being turned away because it's a common occurrence... We're regulars, and I don't like to say negative things unnecessarily, but it was important to point this out. Sincerely
10/01/2026: What a disappointment! This isn't the Flunch of 2015-2020 anymore. This is the second time I've been back in two years. Personally, I lost my way; it was incredibly slow and catastrophic. Nothing more to add. Thank you, goodbye.

16/01/2026: We used this Réunion Island restaurant to organize a company meal for a retirement party, and everything was absolutely perfect. The delivery was punctual and meticulous. We enjoyed a superb sausage rougail accompanied by delicious accras. The quality of the dishes was exceptional, generous, and authentic, with more than enough portions for everyone. The chef came to our location to set up the food on professional chafing dishes that worked perfectly, which greatly contributed to the comfort and success of the meal. Thanks to this high-quality service, we had a wonderful, friendly, and warm day. A big thank you for your professionalism and expertise. We highly recommend them!
21/12/2025: The setting is fine, no complaints there. The food is good and the ingredients are of good quality. The presentation of the dishes is refined. My only complaint is about the planter's punch; I couldn't smell or taste the rum at all, it was more like fruit juice. The service was really poor, the waitress was cold from beginning to end. A shame.

24/11/2025: We were passing through on November 21, 2025, and spent one night there with our Labrador, Gina. Great, clean rooms, a bit small but absolutely fine for the price. The bathroom was also spotless. The hotel is located right next to the highway, but still very quiet and therefore very suitable for travelers. We also had dinner in the hotel restaurant...not bad at all 😋 I must say, very good food and absolutely wonderful staff, that's always a pleasure. The same was true for breakfast the next day, with a very good and varied selection. A hotel of this star rating is absolutely top-notch 🫵👍🏻 I've made a note of it for next time ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Super, thank you so much...

13/12/2025: A wonderful discovery! I didn't know this shop at all, and I received a very warm welcome from Raphaël. They took the time to help me put together a gift set while respecting my budget. A very pleasant experience; I highly recommend it and will definitely be back.
11/09/2025: A place where you can find a choice EXCEPT THAT the welcome is deplorable. I just left, I was served by LAURE who is really not a salesperson but is incredibly insolent. Doesn't know how to advise and thinks she knows everything, doesn't know her products. LAURE please change jobs, this is clearly not your place.

08/12/2025: It's not the most chic restaurant or the one with the best cooking in Lyon, but it doesn't disappoint either: a neighborhood restaurant with a good and complete daily special. The space is correct and the service friendly. Very competitive price.
09/09/2025: Good place for lunch. The dishes are generous and tasty. The prices are affordable. A little noisy, but the food is good.
