31/01/2026: A frustrating ordering experience. I ordered a nuggets meal on Deliveroo and received only 6 nuggets, no drink, no fries. I ordered a kebab, and it arrived in a dry baguette, not even in a round shape. And it was cold to boot. Avoid at all costs.

19/01/2026: Chicken and fries tacos 9.50, meat only, no set menu. And they were missing the white sauce, I don't recommend them.

06/12/2025: We were greeted with a smile by the two waitresses and served very quickly. Comfortable banquettes and chairs... There were five of us, and we ordered different things: chicken paupiette with tomato sauce and tagliatelle with sautéed vegetables, pizza, hamburgers... Everything was very generous! We even took our leftovers home in a container! The food was very good, and we ordered three desserts: two crème brûlées and a chocolate mousse. All delicious too. They were very friendly and even offered us three coffees on the house! White wine and a bottle of Badoit mineral water... €22 per person in the end... Honestly, we'll definitely be back! I don't really understand the negative reviews on Google... They're not deserved.

11/12/2025: Hello, I regularly use the drive-thru at this McDonald's, but I've had the pleasure of dealing with an exceptionally lovely and pleasant person twice! Frankly, it's so rare, which is why I wanted to highlight it. I wanted to leave this review because this person deserves to be talked about, from that smile you can practically hear at the order kiosk! I asked her name today; it's Cindy. I promise you, it's impossible for anyone to be disappointed by the service she provides! Thank you so much, Madam, please stay just as you are. 25/11/2025: I'm a loyal drive-thru customer; the service is usually quite fast, but this is the second time in a row in just a few weeks/months that I've been served unpleasant drinks, and these were two different ones at that. They're completely diluted with water—unacceptable!

08/12/2025: Conveniently located near the metro and the Bellecour station. Underground parking is a very practical €12 per night. No housekeeping was provided for the two days, and there was no coffee machine in the room.

05/12/2025: The hotel may be beautiful, but the staff leaves much to be desired, especially a certain Manon who is extremely unpleasant and condescending.

03/12/2025: That bouncer, that big jerk, never misses a chance to play cowboy. At 2:45 AM, he threw us out, pushing us and grabbing our clothes while we were gathering our belongings to leave. I hope that really turned him on, Lucky Luke! 😂😂

24/11/2025: The staff were about as welcoming as a prison guard. We came as a family and chose this restaurant because the menu seemed quite extensive. Upon arrival, the waiter didn't seat us, and we had to move the table ourselves to find a seat. Four courses: two pasta choices and two burger choices, nothing more, nothing less. No desserts that evening. We were bothered by a group of young women all evening, despite our attempts to move them away from our table; they wouldn't budge. The owner did nothing. Truly disappointing.

13/11/2025: "An extremely disappointing experience. The staff's behavior demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism and reveals unacceptable discriminatory attitudes. In an establishment that welcomes the public, respect, equal treatment, and courtesy should be fundamental principles. Unfortunately, this was not the case here. I do not recommend this place until these practices are seriously addressed."

30/12/2025: We tried the restaurant. Good value for money and excellent service. Be aware that the American Express logo is visible upon entry, but unfortunately they don't accept it. (Too bad)

08/12/2025: I recently had the pleasure of staying at La Villa Borgo, and I must say the experience was exceptional from beginning to end. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by a smiling, helpful team who were truly attentive to every detail. Their sense of service, combining professionalism and kindness, greatly contributed to making my stay pleasant and memorable. I sincerely thank the entire team for the quality of their welcome and for their attention to detail at every moment. I recommend this place without hesitation.

10/05/2025: Very good, I take the fruit tarts (strawberries, blueberries, lemon, etc.) they are very good and quality. The staff is always very pleasant, the prices fair. I recommend.

02/12/2024: Add 5th (66% of the price of the children's menu) for salmon for a children's dish knowing that we remove the chicken or bacon is very very very exaggerated. So 10th more for 2 children which amounts to a complete menu or almost 2 menus. I used to like coming before or after a movie screening but I think I'll settle on something else from now on. Especially since we have no advantage because we supposedly take menus. So neither less than 20% nor jackpot on the loyalty card. Too bad but that doesn't make you want to stay faithful.... THE RESTAURANT’S RESPONSE BELOW (full of irony): Hello Sir and thank you for your comment which ultimately makes us very happy! We remember your arrival in the restaurant at the very end of service where you had sent your little daughter to ask us to serve you... and we saw you arrive, you and the 4 children who accompanied you. We waited for you very late then, you took your time to leave while all the cooks and those on duty went home... Given your comment I am not sure that we would repeat this experience, rest assured. Everything is obviously a due, nothing is ever obviously good enough. Yes, we add a supplement of 5 euros for salmon because it is not a "normal" priced garnish and there is no question of doing less in price when it should be even higher in relation. This seems to be common sense and our culture does not put us in a position to always "bargain" for everything... Reading you, we deeply regret (!) that you are falling back on something else from now on... We can even advise you. And indeed the 20% on presentation of cinema tickets is not valid on menus and takeaway sales. You will understand from common sense that the menus are already "tight" prices, so they are reduced in advance. We imagine that you don't come to us for the prices... no! Obviously not... 03/12/2024: I enjoy the Friday evenings with bachata lessons and the always welcoming and warm atmosphere. The cocktails are delicious and generous.

29/11/2024: The bouncers are still just as racist (yes I have to say the terms) I decided to go there anyway knowing that colleagues and dance partners were waiting for me but was rejected at the entrance for an evening with the dance group wasted, reminds me why I don't come out here anymore. Too bad for you!

20/01/2026: I had a fillet of cod with morel sauce and dauphinoise potatoes for €16! It was delicious, the sauce and the meat were flavorful, and it wasn't too crowded inside, so we savored the moment. As for the foie gras ravioli, the truffle flavor was subtle, it needed a bit more salt, and the dish cost €58. The waiter was very pleasant and attentive.

18/01/2026: I ordered the ravioli with truffles (the version for ~58 euro with bordelaise sauce). Perhaps I ordered the wrong thing, but they were basically tasteless. A disappointment, especially at that price. The service was good and buzz of the surrounding market was nice but next time I would pick a different place.
