21/02/2026: Fantastic evening with the Johnny Gallagher concert, great atmosphere. The Boss also sings, and very well, definitely worth doing again 👍. The waiters and waitresses are wonderful and full of good cheer, which they share 👍. A small suggestion: it would be great to have a nice cold non-alcoholic beer on tap 🍻

The total lack of professionalism of one of the waitresses, probably the oldest... who, when bringing the bill, almost charged us for a children's menu, even though we had clearly stated that there were six adults and one baby... ...and the addition of a “digestif” with the dessert on the menu (rum raisin ice cream) on the pretext that she had topped up the ice cream with a dash of rum...a clear lack of goodwill. We won't be back. You're obviously paying for the setting.

08/03/2026: The shrimp ramen was good, but a bit pricey for just two tempura shrimp! A one-time experience only! Sayōnara!

17/02/2026: I find that the sushi, maki, and California rolls are very generous with fish. Their cold dishes are always a safe bet. And my favorite dessert is daifuku! A delight with red bean paste; they remind me of the ones I ate in Japan!

08/12/2025: First time at this kebab shop with my friend this past Saturday at lunchtime. It looked very inviting and seemed pretty good at first. What a mistake... two days later we ended up with a terrible case of food poisoning. We couldn't get out of bed, had abdominal cramps from vomiting so much (I destroyed what I was using as a toilet), and were severely dehydrated, practically needing an ambulance. In short, avoid this place.

16/03/2026: Excellent restaurant. In the sense that we're talking about excellence: better cream, better butter, better poultry, etc. Try the chicken in cream sauce (€38); it's a thousand times better than a certain Monsieur P. The foie gras terrine starter (€30) is perfect. The fried egg with caviar (€60) isn't worth the price, but it's very good. The risotto is exemplary: creamy, rich, and fragrant. The desserts are a notch below, but we were already at a very high level (the soufflé is excellent). In short, come here for gourmet cuisine from the Bresse/Lyon region (Marguin was at Les Echets), classic and generous.

28/02/2026: Disappointment While the setting is pleasant, the service is very, even too, fast. The disappointment lies with the dessert: the tarte tatin. In fact, it resembled a classic apple tart with a soggy crust. The caramel had been added as a sauce. What a shame.

23/03/2026: A wonderful discovery! We usually go for drinks, but recently we had lunch there. The place is lovely, even though they're currently doing some exterior renovations. Everyone is friendly and attentive to your needs. They all offer great advice. The food is simple but excellent. Nothing but positives. You should definitely go!

05/03/2026: We received a warm and friendly welcome from two charming people. It's a lovely inn where you can enjoy a delicious and generous meal in a convivial atmosphere. We will definitely return because we loved this very pleasant place where simplicity and good cheer reign. Lucette

19/03/2026: Don't go there! The food is poor quality, with no variety, the same plates keep coming around, and it's practically all defrosted. Desserts: two slices of orange or a mass-produced fruit salad like you'd get in a school cafeteria, or even worse. At 8:15 pm, the staff stops refilling plates and stays in the back of the shop on their phones. 25 euros for this. You just feel like you're being taken for a fool.

02/03/2026: We came on the recommendation of an acquaintance who had spoken highly of the establishment. Unfortunately, our experience did not live up to expectations. Arriving precisely at our reservation time, we discovered that it seemed to have been forgotten. We ended up being seated three to a spot reserved for two, which was particularly uncomfortable and unsuitable. The limited menu was also surprising. Chicken and chips were served repeatedly, clearly without much success. As for the "unlimited desserts," this amounted to just three tubs of ice cream (chocolate, vanilla, strawberry) in a freezer. For the same price, one can find establishments in Lyon offering a significantly higher quality experience. We would be interested in hearing from the owner to find out if this was an isolated incident or if it reflects the usual level of service.

18/02/2026: There's always a problem with Yamato Uber, with waiting times being forgotten and cancellations at the last minute.

14/02/2026: The food was good, but the service was appalling. No customer service whatsoever. We asked to take the rest of our meal to go, and were asked to pay more without any tact. Worse still, my waitress insisted, giving bogus explanations during the payment. Avoid at all costs.

30/01/2026: I came for lunch yesterday; the welcome was lovely and the food delicious. However, what I found embarrassing was that the chef was constantly being reprimanded, and I could hear everything. But I will never forget the exceptional quality of the beef. I also regularly have my coffee there; I really enjoy it.

08/12/2025: Tonight they refused to serve tea. If you don't order anything, the toilet is inaccessible. I've never seen anything like it! Shame on this shopkeeper. Hot chocolate was €3.80, not a drop of milk! There were two of us! I was barely allowed to sit down. I come from Franche-Comté; I'll remember the hospitality of Lyon.
