05/09/2024: Il s'agit de la deuxième fois et confirme ma 1ère impression. L'accueil et le service sont top. Mais vraiment ! Souriant, efficace, très attentionné. Je dis que la patronne, charmante également, toute la chance qu'elle d'avoir une équipe si sympa. Côté assiette, du classique, bon, rapide. Une vraie brasserie efficace. A la carte, une particularité. Il est possible de décliner ses tartares via des condiments, sauce et accompagnement à l'Internationale. ( Japonais / Thai / Mexique / France / Indien etc) Très bonne idée !

08/09/2024: Many beer options available. There was no 405 beer, but they suggested blond, which tasted similar to it. It was fine. The price is also satisfactory.

21/08/2024: We reserved a table for 8 people in the morning for a pizza evening on the theme of pizza evening for €10.. and surprise when we arrived we were informed who had no more pizza legs. I don't understand why a restaurant that plans evenings like that and no set-up especially since we had reservations. So very bad experience and we left and the children were very disappointed.

13/07/2024: Quite simply the Holy Grail of “all you can eat” Raclette in Lyon: As an addict of this tradition, I have been able to test many recipes and frequent many establishments of this type. It is obvious that in Lyon, “Les Marmottes” is the Champions League. If I just talk about the dish itself, the value for money is superb. The AOP cheese gives a great dimension to the slices of White/Raw ham. The condiments are of good quality but my preference is the potatoes: When they are garnished with Gros Sel de Guérande, and they tickle my taste buds in contact with the melted cheese. I dream about it at night! On site, we are free to move around to help ourselves. Our kind waitress conscientiously warned us about the proper handling of the raclette machine. The half-stone crackles, and it becomes a symphony. It's a pleasure to see the cheese scraped by us, flowing onto the potatoes, onto my plate. The little vinegary salad helps everything to slide into a delight. This was the fourth time I came, I am NEVER disappointed. I don't even dare order anything else, it's so good! Finally, there is even the possibility of leaving with a Doggybag, with the remaining elements of your order, which you cannot complete. Royal. I'm advertising it to those around me and I won't fail to come with friends. I've been here four times already. We will go far together!

29/09/2024: Un très bon moment ! Nous avons découvert ce resto à la sortie d'un spectacle, un peu par hasard... Un régal, un bouchon comme on les aime... Une cuisine authentique, des mets de qualité et un service très agréable... Le tout pour un très bon rapport qualité prix. On valide et recommande!

19/09/2024: Je n’avais pas de réservation et on m’a demandé de partager la table. Il paraît que c’est le principe dans un bouchon. J’étais un peu sceptique au début mais j’ai adoré l’expérience. Très bon et super service par ailleurs

27/08/2024: Davvero ottimo. Piatti tutti molto buoni con una menzione particolare per le entree davvero a livello stellato per presentazione e gusto. Servizio super cortese e simpatico e nota di merito l’aver prontamente sostituito un calice di vino rotto inavvertitamente con uno nuovo e pieno . Conto corretto per il cibo ed il servizio proposto

16/08/2024: Les saveurs de ce restaurant, ce sont, dans l’ordre de mes préférences, un excellent accueil et de la bonne humeur, une nourriture savoureuse et raffinée, de l’humour en veux-tu en voilà et, ce qui est rare ici à Lyon, et surtout dans ce quartier (ça y est, je l’ai dit !!) un excellent rapport qualité prix. Merci aux Saveurs du Bistrot et à bientôt !

09/07/2024: Very good food, service on this Monday July 8 at midday rather poor, when only two tables were occupied. When taking the order the manager informs us that the choice we made is not possible: no more quenelles (for a Lyonnais cork!!!), we fall back on the salmon tartare: no more salmon tartare ....we try to stay calm and fall back on guts: ah no....no guts either...I prefer to keep quiet and let my hosts do it, because personally I would have left. Finally, we all choose the “almost unique dish”: steak with butter. When the dish arrives, the overly hasty manager spills butter on my phone....great. upon hearing the manager tell the other table that certain desserts are not available, we choose to forgo dessert. Positive point: the manager, aware of the discomfort, offers us aperitifs and Badoit. An honorable gesture to his credit. As a native of Lyon inviting two people from far away, needless to say, the reputation of the Lyonnais corks has taken a hit.

16/12/2023: Dubitatif sur les bubble tea après une mauvaise expérience,un ami m'y à emmener et j'y retourne très souvent tellement c'est bon. Personnel très sympathique, prévoir de l'attente mais c'est normal puisque c'est une excellente adresse. PS : pour ceux qui ne savent pas puisque ce n'est pas écrit sur la carte , ils font des bành-mi le midi excellent et pas très chère je vous le recommande.

30/11/2023: Que ce soit sur place, à emporter ou en livraison le travail est niquel ! Personnellement c'est mon bubble tea préféré. Car il y a plusieurs choix de goût, on peut choisir si on préfère chaud ou froid, on peut demander plus de sucre même si je trouve qu'en terme de dosage c'est les meilleurs. l'équipe est vraiment super, très ouvert et friendly. Goûtez y vous y tomberez amoureux, ça deviendra votre base à perrache. Super point maintenant on a une petite salle à côté pour rester au chaud le temps de le déguster.

29/09/2024: Beautiful room, comfortable and clean! The receptionist was very pleasant, smiling, full of good intentions and attentive to detail! The rest of the staff was very nice too! It makes me want to go back!
