09/09/2026: They told me they were out of kebab bread after I'd paid. I complained, and they finally found some bread anyway 🤨 The meat was burnt, black in several places, and there was white sauce mixed in with the ketchup on my fries. Not a great experience.

29/08/2026: the staff were friendly and helped with my poor French. It was August and they even gave me a free drink due to heat. The food was fresh and tasty, the owner was upbeat. I’d return to try more of the menu

27/08/2026: The waitress had forgotten her smile. The pizza was very good, however, the veal Milanese was very thin and dry, and the pasta sauce wasn't great at all. I recommend the pizza, but not the other dishes.

13/04/2026: A wonderful discovery. Friendly, professional, and attentive service. Excellent cuisine with interesting dishes (kudos for the herbs, the seared tuna, and the cream of asparagus). I highly recommend it! Just the kind of restaurant I love.

03/09/2026: Really not great… The food is of very, very poor quality. I eat at many all-you-can-eat buffets, but this is the first time I've been so extremely disappointed. The service was fine, from setting the table to paying. I found the selection very limited and the quality mediocre. The establishment (although clean) needs renovations, from the restrooms to the dining area… Unfortunately, I won't be returning. There are much better options elsewhere in the area.

09/08/2026: A particularly disappointing experience at Del Arte in Brignais. We had to wait 15 minutes for our drinks. After that, we waited another 30 minutes without our food ever being served. The most frustrating thing was the complete lack of organization in the dining room: two tables that arrived after us (one for four and one for three) were served well before us. Seeing other customers who arrived later being served first is unacceptable. The order management and customer service clearly need improvement. The organization is deplorable, and I do not recommend it. In the end, we left without our food, and we were charged for our two drinks without any discount...

07/07/2026: We came all the way from the east of Lyon specifically for the restaurant La Belle à Vitav. Ali, the manager of this very friendly and kind restaurant, is very professional and takes great care of our elderly mother, helping her out of the car and always finding her a parking space. Ali definitely deserves 10 stars! Congratulations again for all these achievements, especially during this heatwave! 😍🤩🤝

21/08/2026: Appalling customer service. Avoid at all costs!!! There were signs at the entrance asking us to wait to be seated, but we were never seated. The interior is a complete mess. We asked a server for a table, and he rudely told us he was on break. This was our first and last time at this Ninkasi; we left without ordering.

25/08/2026: The terrace was very nice, but there was only one daily special available. No alternative was offered for the third diner, and the squid was overcooked for a dish ordered from the menu.

19/06/2026: Really reasonable, friendly staff were patient with our terrible French language knowledge! We visited a few times while in Lyon. Lovely quiches, baguettes and almond croissants. Great location near the tram stop from the airport to Lyon. The owner was so kind he gave us his own pizza as there was not much left on our last visit.
