Frankly, it's so rare, which is why I wanted to highlight it. I wanted to leave this review because this person deserves to be talked about, from that smile you can practically hear at the order kiosk! I asked her name today; it's Cindy. 25/11/2025: I'm a loyal drive-thru customer; the service is usually quite fast, but this is the second time in a row in just a few weeks/months that I've been served unpleasant drinks, and these were two different ones at that. They're completely diluted with water—unacceptable!

31/01/2026: Everything went very well. The waiters and waitresses were attentive and gave good advice. I recommend this restaurant to discover regional culture as well as other cultures, like with the accras, which are fantastic. It is a bit pricey, but considering the beautiful setting, it's still worth it.

From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by a smiling, helpful team who were truly attentive to every detail. Their sense of service, combining professionalism and kindness, greatly contributed to making my stay pleasant and memorable. I sincerely thank the entire team for the quality of their welcome and for their attention to detail at every moment. I recommend this place without hesitation.

28/02/2026: The worst bar in Lyon, both in terms of atmosphere and service, which is abysmal. Shots were watered down, and the beer was mediocre at best. Book your platter well in advance; it's prepared by the restaurant next door! Thank goodness Uber Eats delivered! The waiter was about as helpful as a suitcase without a handle. The only redeeming feature might be the history of the place, which is unfortunately misused.

18/01/2026: Neo Sushi is located in the Part-Dieu shopping center. The place is quite small, but you can eat in. Hygiene-wise, everything seemed fine to me. This is my second time there. The first time, I had the crispy chicken rice (I'm not sure of the exact name), and honestly, it was so delicious! The second time, I ordered the same thing, along with some sushi. You can really tell the ingredients are fresh and prepared on-site with care. As for the service, I'd say it depends on the cashier. The first time, the cashier was smiling and pleasant. The second time, she was much less welcoming, but she remained polite. Honestly, based on the reviews already left, I had a good experience overall. I'll definitely be back! See you soon.

29/03/2026: The first time we came, we were just having a hot drink and the daily special for two. Despite the midday heat (the place was almost full), the manager quickly found us a table with a smile and a warm welcome. So we booked for Sunday Brunch and frankly, we were delighted by the quality and freshness of the food. The sweet and savory verrines were delicious, the fruit juices were fresh, and a special mention goes to the salmon tartine and the chocolate brioche. The staff is very friendly, always smiling 😃, and efficient, despite the crowds! We will definitely be back to discover other flavors! Pascal and Martine

28/03/2026: A truly disappointing experience… I was warned. The Viennese coffee was advertised at €5.50: once the whipped cream was removed, the coffee was undrinkable. Clearly, the quality doesn't match the price. But the most problematic aspect was the billing: €6 was charged without any explanation, even though the advertised price was different. A mistake can happen, perhaps a mandatory tip is required, who knows? As for the service, nothing redeemed the experience. The welcome was cold and bossy, and above all, there was an awkward atmosphere in the dining room with a manager speaking rudely to his staff in front of customers. Between mediocre quality, a lack of price transparency, and unpleasant service, it's hard to find anything positive.
