20/02/2026: We received a very warm welcome. Since our son doesn't like chocolate, we tried the plain Mikuits, which we loved. We also enjoyed the chocolate/orange and milk chocolate chip flavors. We'll be back! :)

The room is very dirty, the floors are sticky, the tables are not washed between two customers, the trash cans are overflowing, the toilets are in a deplorable state of dirt, the kitchen is also very dirty, the spoon used to add the bacon on the fries falls to the ground, no problem, it is put back in the bin... Several duplicate racks, so my order was delivered to another table... complicated to make myself understood by the waiters before my order is redone, unfortunately with missing products, after three times, I finally had everything... but cold...
It’s amazing that a restaurant established for so long and in such a good location is so poorly managed and maintained. Management has work to do!!!

No cheddar for the Cheddar Fries.
Forced to go to another Mc Do to get frozen desserts.
In short, so disappointed!!!!

27/06/2025: Worst pizzeria in Lyon. The insults rain down when you ask for hot sauces. Don't order drinks; they're nonexistent, as are ice cream and desserts. Spitting was found on the pizza on site, and the hygiene is poor.
To be avoided, whether you're eating in or taking out. Take a look on the internet, they are known to have major hygiene and fungal problems....

10/06/2025: Avoid, order placed before 9 p.m., delivery made at 10:20 p.m. The pizzas are barely warm and the top pizza, my daughter's Queen, is cut (the ham was pushed to the side and you can see the teeth marks). I am disgusted and sickened by this place

05/01/2026: We ate in (two crêpes and a panini) and simply asked for a glass of water, which was refused. We found this very disappointing.
Beyond the legal aspect—it seems to me that an establishment has an obligation to provide free drinking water to customers who consume it—this attitude clearly lacks business sense.
Furthermore, the tables weren't clean when we were seated, which only added to our dissatisfaction. This experience leaves a bad impression and doesn't make us want to return.
24/12/2025: Worst place ever, absolutely disgusting, and for the price, they're ripping us off. The hygiene is appalling. Honestly, I still don't understand why it wasn't shut down and inspected. The atmosphere is disastrous, and the servers, whether they're the big shots or the little guys, are completely incomprehensible. You can't even sit where you want because supposedly it belongs to the other café, but it's the place next door that prepares and serves you. The atmosphere is awful, the prosthesis needs work, and the prices are outrageous. Leave! Don't be stupid enough to sit and order there!

Une fois la commande d'apéro prise, nous découvrons que la moitié de la carte est indisponible. Heureusement que le serveur était sympa car personnellement je me suis posé la question du demi tour !
25/08/2024: Une brasserie qui fait le job, des plats simples avec un bon rapport qualité/prix. La déco est soignée et le personne agréable.

J’ai demandé un verre d’eau au moins 5 fois, je n’en ai jamais vu la couleur.
Les serveurs ne sont pas aimables.

15/08/2024: Three pizzas taken away for a family lunch by the pool this August 15. A long-time customer of this restaurant, I have observed the slow decline in quality over the years. This August 15th marks for me the apogee of this descent into mediocrity. Poor pizza topping products. The maximum profit slider is pushed to the top. Absolute priority to the goods ratio at the expense of quality. It is a choice for this restaurant which seriously and permanently tarnishes the good image of this beautiful brand: Pizza Del Arte.

13/08/2024: Since the war in Urkaine and the shortage of mustard, it is impossible to find mustard in this restaurant to accompany the meats.. the response from the staff is "you don't have any!" Impossible to find out more... we go there regularly and always get the same answer... they are the only ones who no longer have any

18/12/2024: Excellent repas dans ce bouchon haut de gamme. Un menu qui ne laisse pas sur sa faim et des plats qui nous ont regalé. Avec un service très agréable, plein d'humour et de bon conseil (merci notamment à Lenaig).
10/12/2024: Mal reçu, le réceptionniste ne trouvait pas notre réservation faite par téléphone nous a renvoyes; j'ai cherché sur mon téléphone la preuve de ma réservation mais ne l'ai pas trouvee; toujours avec la personne qui n ous disait de partir; finalement une vraie professionnelle est arrivée et à trouvé rapidement notre réservation...pas d'excuses présentées....mais c'est vrai qu'en 2024 ça ne se fait plus; je n'avais pas reçu de confirmation car mon adresse mail était fausse....nous avons été placé dans une descente pour fauteuil roulant avec beaucoup de difficultés pour arriver à tirer les chaises pour s'installer alors qu'il y avait des tables vides à côté....bref j'ai eu honte par rapport aux personnes avec lesquelles j'étais venues....je ne recommanderais plus votre restaurant.
