16/05/2026: It's shameful, the smell in the store is awful, people don't wash their hands, they touch the money and then the food and everything else. This store shouldn't be open; it should be closed down. It's in a terrible state.

13/05/2026: A very disappointing experience: a clear lack of professionalism. I ordered a kebab pizza by phone this evening, but it wasn't until I got to the counter to pay that the cashier casually informed me they were out of tomato and onion. Two things are completely unacceptable: The lack of communication: Why didn't they warn me by phone when I placed the order or by calling me back? This would have saved me the trip or allowed me to change my order. The paltry gesture of goodwill: Paying full price for a pizza missing essential ingredients is unacceptable. When I asked for a price reduction, they simply offered me a can of soda... Seriousness and professionalism were clearly lacking this evening. It feels like the customer is presented with a fait accompli to force a sale. I do not recommend this establishment. 13/05/26 10pm "To top it all off: despite the missing ingredients, the pizza wasn't even good. A terrible experience from start to finish. This was my last order here."

30/04/2026: Excuse me, but the brioche was terribly bland and dry. Nothing tempting or flavorful about it, despite appearances. Disappointed. The staff were friendly.

06/12/2025: The pizzas are pretty good and affordable. I find the giant size really good value for money. I order often; delivery is free, and for me, it's always delivered on time, sometimes even early, even though I live 9 km from the pizzeria. They might arrive a little cold towards the end of the week, but given the distance, I understand.

25/05/2026: McDonald's Chaponnay! 30-40 minutes to get a drive-thru order, a manager who gave no explanation, except that he wasn't paid?!? I was just waiting for an apology! Go elsewhere, there's another McDonald's less than 8km away with an electric charging station.

20/05/2026: I spent the afternoon at the restaurant working; the service was excellent, and the restaurant and restrooms were very clean. Thank you.

05/12/2025: Dinner was good. Breakfast was poor (no eggs, no cold cuts). Room was outdated.

10/10/2025: The rooms are quite worn out. The air conditioning doesn't work. The bathroom isn't really clean either. The hotel service is very poor. The staff is very unfriendly. If you have a complaint, they can only speak French, even though they used to speak English. The hotel smells musty. Unfortunately, we paid in advance. If I had said I'd pay tomorrow, I wouldn't have. We booked through Expedia and filed a complaint, but it's been going on for three weeks, so I'm definitely not happy with Expedia either. They need to do one thing with this hotel, and that's close it. You wouldn't want to be found dead in this hotel. If you're looking for a hotel, don't choose this one; please look elsewhere. This hotel doesn't deserve any more guests. And as you can see in the hotel's comment below, if I expect anything... We're renovating. It's a shame I don't have any photos. But whoever checks the rooms regularly does this person with their eyes closed. The air conditioning will be checked once a year because several guests are complaining about it. It didn't work. We tried to find a solution on the spot, but they were unwilling to do anything, and management was impossible to reach. It was just a disgusting room. Ugh. The inspectors should definitely visit. So, if you're looking for a hotel, please look elsewhere. You'll regret this hotel. Don't be tempted by the pool because it's freezing. And great, if they ask for payment, say you'll do it in the morning because then you'll have seen how terrible the hotel is, and you can refuse to pay. And the sad thing is, Expedia doesn't do anything about this complaint either. They say they'll get back to you, but you never hear anything back. We contacted them three times, and it's now been three months and we haven't heard anything.

13/05/2026: Disgusting, filthy, I've never seen a McDonald's in such a state. We've traveled all over France, visiting various McDonald's locations and having several children, and we've never encountered anything so appalling. Wanting to get ice cream at 4:30 pm, we went to six uncleaned locations (sauce, meat, paper) before finally settling on a seventh that seemed "less bad," but unfortunately, we found salad on the bench seat. I can't understand how families with young children can eat there; it's so revolting. I don't even want to imagine the state of the restrooms or the kitchen. A disgrace to the McDonald's brand. It's a shame to be forced to give it one star, which it absolutely doesn't deserve.

23/05/2026: It's so crowded, it's hot, everything's sticky. There were insects and hair in the sundaes. The fries on the tray were filthy, without the little fry bag. A guy who thinks he's above everyone else comes in and talks down to you, it's unbearable. The toilets stink, it's unbearable. 😡🤬🤬🤬

23/05/2026: The food had hairs inside, the wait for a children's menu was awful, and it took about 40-50 minutes. Avoid it!

11/05/2026: Honestly, a zero! I was working nearby that day and wanted to go to McDonald's, after not having been there in ages! Only 3 out of 6 self-service kiosks were working at 12:45 PM (so right in the middle of the rush, with all the students). So, I already had a 10-minute wait just to order. I waited for my order until 1:15 PM, even though I had to leave at 1:15 PM after I'd eaten. And yet, it was a SIMPLE order: a Filet-O-Fish meal (so nothing special), with medium fries (also simple), and an Oasis! I asked the cashier to cancel my order, and she told me it would be here soon. Finally, after PERSISTENCE, I got my order at 1:21 PM (remember, I had to leave at 1:15 PM after I'd eaten). In the end, during the trip, my Oasis spilled in my bag because it wasn't properly closed. So, I wasted 45 minutes at McDonald's without even getting to eat (plus, the soggy Oasis order was a real time-waster). Anyway, never again McDonald's!

09/05/2026: 30-minute wait at the drive-thru, everything was cold by the end, and there was a mistake with the drink. Please don't change a thing.

06/04/2026: As a regular McDonald's customer, I'm usually very forgiving of this franchise. But after three times, ordering a two-meat Extreme McDonald's, which is already expensive, and receiving one with only one meat is just too much.

19/05/2026: I ordered via click & collect. The order was completely wrong; the three drinks were all the wrong ones... a hamburger was missing, and everything was cold. Furthermore, the hamburgers were extremely poorly prepared... a huge amount of salad per hamburger and practically no sauce.

05/04/2026: I came to pick up my order between 7:30 and 7:45 PM as indicated. I said good evening upon arrival, but received no response; the staff wasn't very welcoming. When I mentioned it was for TooGoodToGo, I was told it wouldn't be ready right away, without being told how long to wait. I waited approximately 15-20 minutes, having to confirm the order before even receiving it. A cold welcome and a long wait—a shame.

23/05/2026: I ordered drinks at Paul and wanted a strawberry Tropezienne tart. They told me it would be €1 extra because I was eating in, even though I had already paid €15 for my order. I think that's pure and simple robbery. Really disappointed...

05/01/2026: We ate in (two crêpes and a panini) and simply asked for a glass of water, which was refused. We found this very disappointing. Beyond the legal aspect—it seems to me that an establishment has an obligation to provide free drinking water to customers who consume it—this attitude clearly lacks business sense. Furthermore, the tables weren't clean when we were seated, which only added to our dissatisfaction. This experience leaves a bad impression and doesn't make us want to return.

24/12/2025: Worst place ever, absolutely disgusting, and for the price, they're ripping us off. The hygiene is appalling. Honestly, I still don't understand why it wasn't shut down and inspected. The atmosphere is disastrous, and the servers, whether they're the big shots or the little guys, are completely incomprehensible. You can't even sit where you want because supposedly it belongs to the other café, but it's the place next door that prepares and serves you. The atmosphere is awful, the prosthesis needs work, and the prices are outrageous. Leave! Don't be stupid enough to sit and order there!
