31/08/2024: Well organized restaurant with very little waiting even when busy.

30/08/2024: It's Friday evening, ok there are people. We go to the drive and order: 25 min wait, the food is cold! We couldn't eat properly.

03/09/2024: Arriving at 5:30 p.m. we are still in front of the terminal.. no one has yet taken the order yet no car behind us and only one in front of us. The best we complain about the wait and the hostess behind the microphone tells us to leave and doesn't want to take our order and asks her colleagues to call the municipal police so that we can leave the drive! Because we supposedly insulted her by complaining about the manager!! Amazing, I've never seen that and yet I've had a lot of McDonald's so back to the McDonald's in L'Arbresle too bad

02/09/2024: What a scandal this McDonald's.... at 12 p.m., 15 minutes parker to wait for an order which arrives with cold products!!! You're asking for sauces that don't exist in the bag!!! Bravo incompetents!!!!!

28/09/2024: To avoid 😡 fries not cooked limit frozen sparkling water I'm still looking for the sparkling cold hamburger wrap no comment ever., especially after coming out of the drive to eat😡 what a scam.

28/09/2024: Good food, slow service, a little too much noise

08/08/2024: The fries and chicken had a strong bitterness.. this is obviously due to the frying oil which must have been old.. I will not go back there

05/08/2024: We ate yesterday as a family Walah, 2 of us got sick, because of the wings or cheddar sauce we don't know what exactly but big stomach cramps.

25/10/2024: Order to take away. The taste is not at all there and I find that it is extremely expensive for what it is. I advise you against it.

02/09/2024: Half of my order was forgotten, the person on the phone was not that concerned. No commercial gesture, even though we had to use a paid telephone service to reach them…

12/09/2024: I am served cheddar fries with cold cheddar, I simply ask to reheat it for me, I am told “no” and when the waiter asks in the kitchen if it is normal for it to be cold, he is told, “well yes it is just out of the fridge”…. Is it normal or is it just in a McDonald's that thinks it makes good food when it really stinks?

12/09/2024: I order a menu including cheddar fries. Unfortunately I noticed that the cheddar was cold. I go to the staff and ask them if it is possible to reheat it for me (without causing controversy). One of the men approaches the kitchen asking why the cheddar is cold and is told “because it just came out of the fridge.” I ask again if it is possible to reheat it and I am told “NO”. I pay for something cold and they refuse to heat it for me. Never seen before!!!! We should perhaps add new training to staff on customer loyalty and satisfaction! That’s not their strong point, believing Google reviews…

27/08/2024: The staff is not at all friendly, bordering on insolence, no respect for the customer. Twice I have come and this has happened! If you are not made for business, go work elsewhere and leave room for people who make you want to come back!!!!

21/08/2024: Review your posters or your staff because when the lady of a certain age tells me that there are only 3 cheese pizzas included in the menu even though the poster says 5 different types of pizza , there is a big problem. I left with this without buying anything.

22/12/2023: Le vigile ne nous laisse pas rentrer alors qu’on avait payé les pré-ventes et en plus prix du vestiaire ! Soirée à plus de 30€ sans avoir pu y rentrer ! À éviter vraiment tracez votre route ! Il y a des boites bien mieux ! Habitant à Lyon depuis 5 ans je suis bien déçue.

10/07/2025: The staff ignored the customers who entered the restaurant. They continued to talk about their vacations after waiting 5 minutes in front of them, and they finally decided to serve us. The waiters were rude because they didn't say hello or see you soon. After the restaurant had been open for 2 hours, there were only 2 loaves of bread available for sandwiches!!!!

30/06/2025: Nonexistent staff. Employees flirt with customers or call and CASH back on the phone. EFT doesn't work. I rarely post reviews, but this one... Avoid it immediately.

15/09/2024: I asked for an espresso there were 2 sips Not great coffee

19/08/2024: I came on Sunday August 18 in the evening. Helpful and pleasant staff. Clean establishment. I will come back

18/12/2024: 'SPECIAL' service We had to pay in the middle of the meal. The waitress was in a hurry (to leave!). Purely UNACCEPTABLE! there will NOT be a second "attempt". DAMAGE. It WOULD (conditionally!) have been... "good"...

13/12/2024: Disastrous service, non-existent telephone reception. Out of 3 orders, 2 were problematic (delivered 1h30 later or not at all)... Avoid.

10/09/2024: Station with a lot of people, with shops but very expensive. Disastrous rail traffic regulation, I have rarely been on time at this station. Station quite clean and well signposted

09/09/2024: A little clutter low ceiling this station is dark Escalator broken or non-existent

03/08/2024: It was much better before the change of ownership! We walk past, and we don't even know that they are on vacation, nothing is noted.. It's not even open on Saturdays, for a restaurant that's never been seen before... and opening hours are limited. He was the only Italian near our house that she wasted...

16/07/2024: Very warm, respectful. Very good service. Are always there if needed. Nice place, I recommend, but I also recommend booking.

16/12/2024: Extremely disappointed with my visit. The room is very dirty, the floors are sticky, the tables are not washed between two customers, the trash cans are overflowing, the toilets are in a deplorable state of dirt, the kitchen is also very dirty, the spoon used to add the bacon on the fries falls to the ground, no problem, it is put back in the bin... Several duplicate racks, so my order was delivered to another table... complicated to make myself understood by the waiters before my order is redone, unfortunately with missing products, after three times, I finally had everything... but cold... It’s amazing that a restaurant established for so long and in such a good location is so poorly managed and maintained. Management has work to do!!!

14/12/2024: Too many missing items on the products. No cheddar for the Cheddar Fries. Forced to go to another Mc Do to get frozen desserts. In short, so disappointed!!!!
