08/05/2026: This review concerns the Brioche Dorée on level 2. On a Saturday afternoon around 5 pm, the few remaining sandwiches were a sorry sight: completely dried-out cheese, the same for the ham, hardened tuna mayonnaise... It was as if they weren't kept refrigerated. So we opted for just a sweet snack (a cookie and a donut). The waitress was very polite and friendly. However, the atmosphere in the dining area left much to be desired. The tables were dirty, the banquettes had torn leather, and the chairs were wobbly. In short, we ate and didn't linger. And there were no restrooms even though we were eating in (how are we supposed to wash our hands before eating?). Given the choice, we'll go somewhere else next time, as there are plenty of places to eat in Part-Dieu!

28/04/2026: I took two bread rolls, chocolate croissants and croissants while waiting for my hot chocolate, I told her I was eating here, she didn't even put them on a tray, she put them on the counter with the napkins which she ended up putting on the tray of the person who was behind me, lol, plus the super unpleasant lady who was talking rudely next to me.

20/05/2026: The pizza was good, but the mozzarella sticks arrived empty, the garlic bread was dry, and the chocolate doughnuts were clearly fried and refried to give the illusion that they were fresh.

02/05/2026: Infested with mice, I saw a few in the meantime but the gentleman told me that the ingredients are well protected!

16/04/2026: While in Lyon, I went to this restaurant. We were there as a family and ordered three main courses and a children's menu! The "mixed grill" was actually a meatball cooked in sauce. A tiny cutlet. A mini undercooked chicken skewer and an undercooked merguez sausage—that's the famous "mixed grill." The veal chop was a joke; I think it was sliced ​​three times thin. It was all served with a small handful of cold fries, a minuscule handful of salad with a slice of tomato and an olive. The sea bream was undercooked. The children's menu arrived after we had finished our meals: a handful of fries thrown onto a plate with five nuggets thrown on top. The presentation was completely unprofessional, especially considering this used to be a kebab shop and now only serves food. For an à la carte restaurant, I think they're taking the mickey! €72.60—what a waste! You might as well go to McDonald's or get a kebab.

13/04/2026: What can I say… A disgrace to North African cuisine, shame on you for serving such expensive and disgusting dishes. I much prefer going to Mess, which truly respects the traditions and dishes of our countries. I have never been so disappointed by such a bland chorba, and as for the rest of the dishes, no comment. Avoid at all costs.

01/03/2026: If you want to be stared at and have your change messed up (although I understand that 10 - 8 can be tricky for some people, hence the 70 cents change), I recommend this place! I should mention that I was served this morning (Sunday, March 1st) by a middle-aged man at the till. Let's hope the spices I bought were at least worth it 🤞 Otherwise, it's a nice shop.

09/05/2026: I've been to this bakery several times because the bread and pastries are very good. HOWEVER… the service is CATASTROPHIC!! Politeness is nonexistent… and the staff are definitely not smiling either. The worst part is the managers; I feel sorry for the young employees who try to be pleasant but will end up hating the job because of the owners. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Toxic management!!!!

09/05/2026: I stopped by to get my bread. Besides the fact that the service was cold, I didn't understand the lack of hygiene: grabbing the bread with your bare hands without using tongs or gloves is really not good practice.

When we asked about the chicken preparation (whether it was Halal), the waitress's response was not only unclear ("probably"), but also delivered in a terrible and aggressive tone. This behavior is unacceptable and greatly spoiled our experience! We hope that measures will be taken to ensure this does not happen again." There were two of them; I hope the person responsible will take responsibility! Because the young woman who served me was very pleasant, despite her colleague's unpleasant behavior!

01/05/2026: Worst McDonald's in France, I absolutely do not recommend it. We waited an hour and a half to be served even though there was no one else waiting. What's more, we asked to use the restroom and they were out of order, so we waited outside in the cold. They weren't even closed, so they just wouldn't let us in. And all that just to be served a "meal" that wasn't even good and was cold. And yet, they only closed much later than when we went. Going to Burger King is much better. Mmmh, Burger King.

23/05/2026: Worst McDonald's ever! Last time, they made the wrong 280, the ice cream was water-based, they forgot something in the order, and every single sandwich had a salt and pepper level that was practically garbage. In short, awful, incompetent staff, needs a complete overhaul!

Great, that was the case the last time with Mario, and the time before that too. So we opted for the book... which wasn't even put in the bag! 18/04/2026: I bought a tuna sandwich an hour after vomiting. I ended up with a nasty stomach bug. The saleswomen's service was appalling; they had no business being there. It was a first, and a last, and I'll never go back.

08/04/2026: I am truly disgusted and sickened by this first experience in this place, particularly by the behavior of one employee (the redhead) which borders on the ridiculous and provocative, with an aggressive tone and inappropriate words, and who has failed in her vocation as a jailer.
