15/12/2025: Comptoir Cité enjoys an ideal location just steps from the Cité Internationale, making it convenient for lunch during a conference. The portions are decent, but the pulled pork in the Texas burger was a bit dry and harder to chew than one would expect from pulled pork. A practical choice, but with room for improvement in this regard.

24/10/2025: A very nice place, the staff are very welcoming and the dishes are generous. Try the Braille table in the evening.

06/02/2026: A very good address in Saint-Georges-de-Reneins. The welcome is perfect, the homemade food is delicious and generous, and the atmosphere is very warm. We will gladly return.

08/12/2025: First time at this kebab shop with my friend this past Saturday at lunchtime. It looked very inviting and seemed pretty good at first. What a mistake... two days later we ended up with a terrible case of food poisoning. We couldn't get out of bed, had abdominal cramps from vomiting so much (I destroyed what I was using as a toilet), and were severely dehydrated, practically needing an ambulance. In short, avoid this place.

16/05/2026: The service is friendly, and the seafood is excellent. However, I was disappointed with the salmon linguine; it was so oily and lacked flavor (apart from the salmon itself, which was very good).

13/09/2025: The restaurant has fundamentally changed its concept. Not a disaster in itself, but they should update the links/photos. Completely understaffed, one overwhelmed waiter for the entire dining room. The kitchen is taking it easy meanwhile. Way too hot inside. The food was okay, nothing special. 13/09/2025: Unfortunately, Contre-Champ is not what it used to be. The chef has changed, and the experience is nothing like what you’ll see on Google or in older reviews. The food was disappointing, far below expectations, and the overall quality has dropped dramatically. To make matters worse, the poor waiter had to manage 11 tables completely on his own — service was understandably slow and chaotic, and it was painful to watch him struggle. What used to be a great place has become a real letdown. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a good meal.

04/04/2026: A visit to Le Régal du Palais is definitely a guaranteed treat… Top-notch cheeses, always delicious, and above all, a selection that makes you want to buy everything. The welcome is incredibly friendly, always a kind word, a helpful tip; you feel right at home when you visit the shop. Thank you for your cheerful atmosphere and quality products!

03/07/2026: Worst McDonald's in Lyon, and I mean it. Go to the Burger King next door or get a kebab in Meyzieu. Personally, I'm never setting foot in that McDonald's again. Every time I go there's a problem. Recently, I ordered four Happy Meals for my kids, and there was only one in the bag, and that was the smallest one.

03/07/2026: The staff is very friendly 👍. The cook made my sandwich three times. I asked for it without pickles and ketchup, but he gave me everything. I sent it back, and he brought it back without cheese and mustard. I sent it back again, and this time the same sandwich came back with a slice of unmelted cheese and still no mustard. I stopped sending it back and just ate it 😁. The manager, dressed in black, was a sturdy man in his thirties, very professional and polite, and the young guy who brought my sandwich three times provided excellent service was really super friendly and polite. McDonald's should have a lot more young people like him in general.

11/03/2026: Beware of this grocery store; they don't respect hygiene. Once, I bought bread and found it had already been opened and was missing a piece. They also take advantage of customers to overcharge if they're not careful. Avoid it.

04/01/2026: I had a package from the post office delivered to this pickup point, even though it wasn't where I'd requested it. What a nasty surprise! The service was appalling. The man with glasses was incredibly rude. He refused to give me my package, even though I had my partner's ID. Even his colleagues seemed exasperated with him and were practically telling him to stop making a fuss and just give me the package. He even started getting aggressive, so I decided to leave before things escalated. I absolutely do not recommend this place; it didn't make me want to try their food at all... If you're bothered by using a pickup point, don't.

28/01/2026: Cancellation request today for a Valentine's Day reservation made a month ago. 🤨 Reason: restaurant closed. 😡 It would have been better not to take our reservation, especially for this event...it's going to be difficult to find a table now. 😡
