13/09/2024: Welcome, the antithesis of the word warm. We had breakfast here on a Sunday morning. There were 5 of us and the saleswoman was probably not happy to work on a Sunday morning, not a hello, not a smile. We take the order, I see her lost, I gently repeat the order to her. I get a “It’s good!!!” very friendly. We pay and when we collect the order, a coffee and a croissant are missing. As the saleswoman did not give us the receipt, she barked at us that we had to repay the missing order. We therefore paid dearly for this dishonesty. To flee.

04/12/2024: They don't even turn on the heating it's cold especially where you can eat with the children in the indoor play area not even heated they don't clean the tables to avoid this place

03/12/2024: Pass this day 03/12/24 opening at 10 a.m. normally, 10:15 a.m. the terminals still not activated Order Big Mac with salad -No salad Lots of comings and goings when there are only 2 of us ordering The order took almost 45 minutes. Truly shameful! Luckily there weren't many of us! I would have done well to go to their competitors right next to Burger King unfortunately they weren't open yet McDonald's to flee!

15/09/2024: CB 43 the fries and the mc flurry are missing, order and pay when I order. A refund would be normal An email will be sent because it is unusual to forget when there were 2 customers

17/09/2024: The worst Starbucks in Lyon. Missing liquid from the drink, and after complaining, the barista gets upset because I pointed out that there is OBVIOUSLY liquid missing from the cup. When ordering the drink, they don’t even ask for your loyalty card, and if you ask about it after you’ve already paid, they just say "too bad," "too late." I went asking to the barista if she could give me my drink as I paid for it, because obviously, she didn’t buy it nor give it to me for free, and she just suggested adding COLD milk to a hot drink to make up for the missing part. When I told her I just wanted my drink as it should be (pumpkin spice latte), she got upset, saying she had other drinks to prepare and I was obviously wasting her time.Terrible service. Thanks for nothing. 🐀🐀🐀🐀

14/08/2024: McDonald's, very dirty and poorly maintained, SMEs which do not work on the terminals. Salad, on all the tables, fries on the floor, spilled coke. Omissions in the order. honestly what does the boss do

10/06/2025: I ate sushi for the first time in this place and for years I only come back here, the sushi is incredibly good, cheap and frankly the service is excellent, the food is clean and well garnished I recommend! I thank Amel for the warm welcome, always with a smile and who knows very well how to recommend customers!! She really deserves a raise for all this kindness, I also thank the cooks who allow us to eat such delicious sushi!! I recommend with my eyes closed it is my favorite restaurant, thank you very much!

24/08/2024: Sushi delivered, no taste, lukewarm We wanted to try because our usual restaurant was closed but never again! Poor value for money

04/08/2024: I have been eating there regularly for almost a year and a half and I just noticed that the food is served in cardboard while the shelves are full of beautiful black dishes as presented in the menus, for all customers. For what? Quite disappointed by this presentation especially at the price we pay When we eat Asian it is for the taste, the presentation and the aesthetics I hope to eat from a real bowl or serve the sushi on a real platter next time

05/07/2024: Honestly a restaurant to avoid absolutely!!!! The food is very mediocre while the prices are very high, I prefer not to talk about the toilets. I advise you instead to go to the pizzeria next door which is well worth it. RUN AWAY!!!

24/08/2024: Durante la visita della città di Lione, ci siamo fermati per pranzo in questo locale, molto carino, in tipico stile Francese. Abbiamo ordinato delle torte salate e dolci, un panino con salame rosetta ed una bretzel. Tutto buono. Prezzi adeguati. Personale gentile.

31/07/2024: On this heatwave day, it’s even hotter inside than outside!! This is unacceptable for customers, but especially for staff. I even think that they do not have the right to work in such conditions. In any case, they are always so friendly! I took a bottle of water, it's hot. For the price we pay, it's really not satisfactory at all! I hope I don't get sick from the Bought Today sandwiches!!

15/12/2024: 35 minute wait for a Click & Connect at the drive-thru on a Sunday evening. Arrived 6:30 p.m. served 7:05 p.m. As a result, the fries are cold (not even warm...) and there is a shortage of ice cream worth €10. A shame, this must be the 4th or 5th time that this has happened to me at Mc Donalds in Saint Bonnet but that's enough, it's time to rate the restaurant for the level of service: non-existent. This is literally THEFT. Don't bother to call them they don't answer. You don't even deserve the star that I'm being forced to put

31/08/2024: Very good bakery, delicious bread... Pastry too. The restaurant part is not bad. For the prices we are still in the high range! I update my opinion in 2024: the prices are more and more expensive... The quality still present on certain products less on others, but on the other hand the opening hours change all the time, the opening hours displayed are not respected....it's discouraging.

20/07/2024: The price of bread took a real hit at the beginning of July: €7.50 per kilo for bread in Levant and today €8.90 for the same bread at the price it's brioche. Too bad I'll look for another bakery

29/08/2024: The pizzas are less expensive than the pizzeria across the street, and yet it's better despite the fact that it's a franchise.

16/08/2024: Very poor quality control. Several times, the pizzas were not acceptable (totally flat pan dough, very few ingredients, or even uncooked dough...). The manager's excuse each time is the same: the dough was received like that and did not rise well or the oven is set like that I followed the procedure... No commercial spirit. The rest of the staff is nice. After one last disappointment, I promise not to set foot in this Dominos pizza again. Too bad, I was a regular customer (once a week).

08/12/2024: Drive order at 7 p.m., there were a few cars in front of me. I thought I would wait a bit, which is normal. In the end, once the order was paid, it was given to me within 30 seconds. I'm checking it out because it's really fast. The fries are cold and the drinks have no bubbles because the ice cubes have melted. This McDonald's prepares all its products mega in advance. Considering the price it’s absurd… Anticipate too much = cold product = unhappy customer!!
